Unfortunately, our visit was anything but pleasant. We had reserved the bowling alley in advance for a celebration with around 20 guests and expressly agreed that we could bring two cakes with us - for the agreed basket fee. But as soon as we arrived we were greeted unfriendly and reprimanded for the cakes we had brought with us, as if we had done something forbidden. Instead of a polite clarification, we were ignored at the counter and every attempt to clarify the situation was rudely blocked. We were even accused of lying and insulted - a completely unacceptable way to treat guests! This was particularly disturbing for the children present, but the entire circle of friends was also stunned by this disrespect. In addition, we were unpleasantly suggested several times to eat in the restaurant, even though we specifically only wanted to rent the bowling alley. This intrusive manner only reinforced the negative impression. Such disrespectful and customer-unfriendly behavior is unacceptable. If you value friendliness and hospitality, you should avoid this restaurant! We will never set foot in this restaurant again and we will also complain to the sports club to which this bowling alley belongs.

From my personal experience. The service was not good, the prices were very high and the behavior of the restaurant staff and guests was very rude. Instead of warm, dry bread, they bring leftover bread to the guest. My advice is to pay attention to these points.

The food has always been okay. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. What was particularly negative this time was that our request to postpone the reservation by 30 minutes was met with incomprehension and excessive annoyance. The reserved table was subsequently given to someone else. The communication on the phone and on site was disrespectful and unprofessional. If we hadn't been dependent on a location, we would have left the restaurant immediately. We have been guests several times with larger groups, but after this experience it was definitely our last visit.

If junk food then here! Unreservedly recommended! I have been a customer there for almost 20 years and have always been 100% satisfied; whether eaten on site or take-away. The ingredients always look fresh, the subs are prepared properly and the employees are always friendly. You're never immune to fruit flies in summer, but maybe you can find a solution. They could have come in from outside. An air curtain would be helpful here. Ambiance: quite small but clean But as long as it stays as it is, I'm loyal to this branch. Edit: yesterday was so awesome again! You (almost always) save me my evening.

I can absolutely recommend Croque Factory! The croques are freshly topped, super tasty and really generously portioned. The pizzas and burgers are also great – juicy, tasty and always served hot. You can just tell that the work here is done with love and quality. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and the waiting times are pleasantly short. If you're looking for really good food at fair prices, you should definitely try Croque Factory. I'll definitely be back!

I like ordering from Hungry Belly. They always deliver on time, usually earlier. I love the wonton soup and the chicken dishes.

Today 5/4/2025 I was here and the man who served me was very rude and arrogant. I was a regular customer, but if this man continues to work here I won't come again.
