Unfortunately, our experience at Fries Friends in Potsdam was very disappointing. The service was already problematic because the employees spoke neither German nor English and, when asked, simply pointed their finger at the menu without giving any further explanations. We actually wanted to leave, but the kids were hungry, so we gave the food a chance. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: the children didn't like the fries at all, so we ended up having to go to McDonald's. The burgers were also disappointing in taste and could have been prepared better at home. Overall the experience was very unsatisfactory and we will definitely not be returning.
