I ordered a plant-based chicken teriyaki but unfortunately I was served normal meat. I ordered via the app so I didn't have a chance to see it being prepared. So I couldn't eat it, which was a shame

The store is a complete disgrace. I ordered an Italian BMT with an extra fajita. On the bill they then charged me extra salami and extra cooked ham. When I asked, the man told me that they always do it like that, which is a lie, it wasn't the first time I'd eaten it. And this isn't the first time that they've charged 2x double meat for a 30 CM sub - the store is a complete rip-off, plus the fact that a large proportion of the employees don't seem to understand the app's own vouchers, for example the 2 for 1 15 cm voucher which is just a 30 cm sub. And I don't think I have to start with the fact that most of the employees don't understand what you're saying...
