KochWERK in Eisenhüttenstadt

Unfortunately, I have to describe my experience at KochWERK as extremely disappointing. Both the price-performance ratio and the portion sizes left a lot to be desired. First of all, I was shocked at the high prices on the menu. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes did not at all meet the expectations that one should have at such prices. The portions were ridiculously small and hardly filling. I literally felt cheated out of my wallet and my hunger. In addition to the disappointing food, the service was also more than poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unable to respond to guests' needs. The food was served with a significant delay, without any apology or explanation from the staff. Even simple requests or repeat orders were ignored or only fulfilled reluctantly. What bothered me the most, however, was the unfriendly and unprofessional manner of the staff. Not a single smile, no politeness, no kind words - it seemed as if the staff were anything but interested in creating a pleasant atmosphere. This really spoiled the break and ruined any enjoyment of the meal. All in all, I unfortunately cannot recommend KochWERK. The poor value for money, the small portions, the poor service and the unfriendly staff made my visit a disappointing experience. I definitely won't be returning here again.

The prices are very inappropriate for what is on offer. A scrambled egg that is almost burnt on one side and still liquid on the other side. For the amount you pay, you can expect either a jumbo portion or an excellent dish. But you only get a small portion, which isn't even prepared properly. A mead roll now costs €1.70, but not a whole roll, no no, just half a roll!? What are these prices?

Food looks absolutely disgusting, would never eat there. Above all, prices were increased. This is vomit WORK. 🤮🤢🤮

Way too expensive since the price increase! And you can get the tasty fries in the picture for a super cheap €2.50 🤡
