I had a lovely lunch there with my partner. The lasagna was delicious, as was the salad, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I'll be back!

It's closed for vacation, so it's closed. But reservations are confirmed electronically, and there's no indication of this on the website. Very unprofessional.

Service and location are good. Personally ordered vegetarian borsht and oven chicken and was somewhat disappointed. Didn’t taste bad but honestly it didn’t taste good either. Don’t feel like I wasted money but could have gotten better food for the same price elsewhere.

I ate at Burger Turm with a friend yesterday. We both ordered a vegetarian meal with fries and a drink. When my burger was ready, I realized it was a meat burger. Mistakes happen—that's okay. However, the staff's reaction was annoying. Instead of simply correcting the error, I had to spend 5-10 minutes discussing it and explaining repeatedly that I didn't want a meat burger, but the vegetarian burger I had ordered. The food itself was okay, but the way complaints were handled unfortunately soured the experience. I wish they had been much more customer-friendly and understanding.

What a load of crap... You reserve weeks in advance and still don't have a table. If you don't want to leave anything to chance while preparing for a marathon, better stay away from Ladybug. The pizzas looked quite tasty, though!

The food was very good and they put effort in the food presentation. The staff members were also very friendly, I would highly recommend. It’s an only cash restaurant.

Love it, food is good and it's a perfect spot for post club 5 in the morning kebab. The staff is friendly even in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Would definitely recommend.
