I ordered something via TooGoodToGo, supposedly worth 21 €, what I got was a lot of dry rice, three pieces of potatoes and a bit of overcooked cauliflower 😕 I had hoped for more

Great food, we can only confirm! The owner, the decor, the food – everything is absolutely authentic, completely without frills and gimmicks. We were guided by the great reviews, but we had to swallow hard when we walked in: It was quite dark, we were the only customers at lunchtime, and the ambiance wasn't what we expected, to say the least (hence a tiny star deduction). But the food and the homemade mint-lime lemonade proved: We were in the right place and would come back anytime!

We come by regularly, either to eat in the restaurant or take something to go. The food is always excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely fair and not excessive. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We hope you'll be around for a long time!! :-)

My cordon bleu was rolled up and deep-fried. Unfortunately, this made the meat very dry and tough. The accompanying fries were cold, and the grilled vegetables had no color or char and were also cold. My girlfriend's "small" burger was also a disappointment. The meat was excessively large and formed into a thick lump. As a result, it was raw inside but completely dry. The pickle and bacon were also far too thick, and the bacon was inedible. On top of that, the entire burger was drenched in cocktail sauce. The side dishes suffered from the same problems as the cordon bleu. The staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't charge us for the burger since we declined a replacement. However, friendly service doesn't fill you up. There were also several problems at neighboring tables with cold food and, for example, bacon in a vegetarian dish.

We felt comfortable and the food was very good.

Perfect! We've been there several times with our child (1 year old) and I have to say it's always been great and very child-friendly.

We visited the restaurant for lunch, as they had a poster outside advertising a discounted lunch menu. The dishes were by no means cheap; they were average in price. At €14.50 on the lunch menu, the portions were considerably smaller than those on the dinner menu. This was also confirmed by the staff. The food was inedible. Never again.
