Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, es ist etwas europäischer angehaucht und wird definitiv mit Sahne gearbeitet um es ein wenig milder zuhalten, für mich hätte es „schärfer“ sein können. Der Service ist erstklassig!

Meine Frau und ich waren von diesem Restaurant absolut begeistert. Der Service ist auf einem Niveau, das man sonst nur in Gault-Millau- oder Michelin-Sternerestaurants findet. Wir hatten Suppe und anschließend Palak Paneer und Chana Lamb. Jeder von uns bestellte ein Getränk und Wasser. Das alles für nur 75 Euro. Sie könnten den Preis problemlos um 10 % erhöhen, ohne dass sich jemand beschwert. Die Qualität des Essens, des Services und des Ambientes – es ist jeden Cent wert. Ich habe dem Personal Trinkgeld gegeben und empfehle Ihnen, das auch zu tun, wenn Sie dort essen. Solche Restaurants sind heutzutage, wo überall große Ketten mit (fast) Fast-Food-Restaurants wie Pilze aus dem Boden schießen, ein wahrer Schatz.

Ich kann gar nicht genug betonen, wie wunderbar es war, nach so langer Zeit in Europa endlich wieder authentische nordindische und punjabische Küche zu genießen. Khana Khazaana hat meine Erwartungen mit seinen hervorragenden Gerichten, dem einladenden Ambiente und dem aufmerksamen Personal übertroffen. Ich hoffe schon jetzt, dass sie eine Filiale in Toulouse eröffnen!

Toller Service und sehr leckeres Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder essen.

Wir haben dort reis mit Hähnchenfleisch gegessen Der reiss war nicht richtig durch die Portionen viel zu klein für denn Preis Waren zu 3 dort und alle hatten Bauchschmerzen Nicht zu empfehlen hoffe das sich das Konzept besser liebe Grüsse

Meine Frau und ich sind durch Lindau gegangen und haben dieses Restaurant gesehen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen direkt einen schönen Tisch ohne Reservierung. Die Karte ist sehr umfangreich und bietet alles was man sich an indischem Essen wünscht. Die Speisen waren vorzüglich und der Service sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Außergewöhnlich guter Service, einer der besten Indischer bei denen ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer süßen, ruhigen Seitengasse. Man kann auch sehr gut draußen sitzen

Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal ist überaus höflich und aufmerksam! Da sie wissen, wie scharf indisches Essen sein kann, haben sie sich besonders viel Mühe gegeben, uns eine passende Empfehlung zu geben und unsere Sonderwünsche genau zu notieren. Das Essen, das wir schließlich bestellt haben, war größtenteils hervorragend, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Nun zu den Problemen – und das Wichtigste, was sie sofort unterlassen sollten: Bitte keine Farbstoffe mehr ins Essen geben! Selbst wenn sie essbar sind (ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie unbedenklich sind, selbst wenn sie erlaubt sind), möchte ich keine Zusatzstoffe, Konservierungsmittel oder Chemikalien in meinem Essen haben. Die Farbe war so intensiv, dass sie selbst nach dem Händewaschen noch an unseren Händen klebte. Das zweite Problem war eher meine eigene Vermutung, aber ich denke, sie hätten es definitiv besser lösen können. Es gab Chana Chaat und Gemüse. Samosas standen auf der Speisekarte – und als echter Fan von nordindischem Streetfood fragte ich, ob sie mir Samosa-Chaat zubereiten könnten, was sie zum Glück auch taten! Das war wirklich nett von ihnen. Trotz ausdrücklicher Anweisung, es nicht zu tun, machten sie es dann aber doch süß, anstatt es scharf zuzubereiten. Und das ist im Kontext der nordindischen Küche ein absolutes Sakrileg 🤦‍♂️. Paneer Jhalfrezi wurde fast wie ein Sizzler serviert, und ihr Butter-Naan war so gut, dass ich mir gleich noch eins bestellt habe.

Wir sind zufällig vorbeigekommen und haben es gerade noch rechtzeitig zum Mittagessen geschafft. Das Essen war köstlich. Das Naan war superlecker und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Ein rundum angenehmes Erlebnis.

Ich habe noch nie besser indisch gegessen!! Große Empfehlung!

Ausgezeichnetes indisches Essen, große Auswahl, auch vegane Speisen. Faire Preise. Kostenloses Dessert ( Mangocreme mit Vanilleeis). Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Familiäres Umfeld. Nicht zu laut. Geschmackvolles Ambiente. 100% Empfehlung für alle, die indische Speisen lieben.

Mein Mann und ich waren hellauf begeistert: das Essen war sehr lecker, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam und das Lokal und auch die Toilette absolut sauber. Wir waren gestern in einer großen Gruppe dort und alle waren begeistert und wollen wieder kommen.

Vermutlich eines der besten indischen Restaurants in der Region.

Ich war früher wirklich oft da essen aber leider hat es mir letztes mal absolut gar nicht geschmeckt. Das Hühnerfleisch hat richtig künstlich geschmeckt (wie gummi). Die Bilderrahmen hatten rundum Spinnweben. Eine gründliche Reinigung wäre mal zum empfehlen. Schade für dieses Restaurant.. War mal echt gut...

Ein sehr mittelmäßiges Restaurant mit Zutaten und Speisen von sehr geringer Qualität.

Wir waren in einem indischen Restaurant in Lindau und waren vom Essen wirklich begeistert. Die Gerichte sind durchweg sehr lecker, besonders das Chicken Banana hat uns positiv überrascht. Insgesamt stimmt die Qualität und der Geschmack jedes Mal. Das Ambiente ist zwar eher schlicht und nicht besonders hochwertig, aber das wird durch den sehr netten, freundlichen Service und das tolle Essen locker ausgeglichen. Ausserdem sind die Preise richtig günstig. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder.

Wenn wir in der Gegend sind kommen wir hier gerne fürs Mittagessen her. Mittags gibt es eine kleine Karte an Speisen, Vegetarier werden auch fündig. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service weit über dem zu Erwartenden. Gleichzeitig sind die Preise günstig. Mango Lassi trinke ich am liebsten und passt zu fast allen Gerichten.

I've been to many Indian restaurants, but this one is truly excellent and stands out. The naan bread is delicious, as are all the dishes I've tried so far. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

First of all, the food here is really very good, hence 3 out of 5 stars. If I were to rate only the food, it would definitely be 5 stars. We love Indian cuisine; in our hometown, we go to Indian food at least once a week. If I could only rate the service, I wouldn't even give it a star; it's truly abysmal. I have never experienced anything more unfriendly than this waiter in my entire life. The man behind the counter, on the other hand, is exceptionally friendly; it would be better if he took over service. The ambience is, I would say, typically Indian: run-down and dingy. The place needs a thorough cleaning and renovation.

Lunch: Chai is served in a cafeteria cup... tastes okay, but unfortunately not very hot. Butter chicken: average, rice lukewarm. Garlic naan: a bit greasy. Mango chicken is very sweet. Obviously, artificial colors have been added. The flavors are unbalanced. The restrooms were appalling 🙈

Very disappointed, Indian restaurants in our home town are 10 tens better and cheaper with very polite staff. This place , the Staff rude, no manners, the food was ok at best. Suspected that some items not cooked in house.No one asked if everything was ok during the meal.When paying the bill wanted cash, not happy that I wanted to pay via debit card. Once paid gave me the receipt and turned away to speak to another customer. No please/ thank you. Etc. Would NOT recommend.....

The staff ranged from indifferent to unfriendly. My meal was too spicy, even though the menu didn't mention anything about it. It was also quite mushy, lacking a bit more sauce. Most annoying was the high-quality white wine I ordered. It was much too warm, and it definitely wasn't Lugana.

We had an amazing experience here! We ordered from the vegetarian menu and the paneer dishes were finger-licking good. The service was top tier. They helped us choose good options from the menu based on our dietary preferences. Overall, it was a very warm experience that we decided to visit again the next day. They treated us with amazing complimentary beverages and desserts on our second day.

Highly over rated restaurant. High price. They treat Indian customers not proper way compared to other nationals as they get most of business from non Indian customers. They don't take cards and accept only cash which they don't tell you upfront and dont speak English. Pathetic experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. The palak paneer was so flavourful and fresh! We arrived just as the restaurant was about to close, but the staff still accommodated us warmly. They prepared everything with a smile and didn’t rush us at all. Super friendly team, amazing food.

We had a very tasty meal here last night in this beautiful restaurant. Staff dressed very smart - it made it feel we were in a classy restaurant. We ordered butter chicken and mutton jalfrezi. Both excellent but they were a bit mean with the pieces of chicken. As they were busy we had to wait a short while before ordering. It seemed a long wait for the drinks to arrive after ordering 2 wines. It was all worth the wait. Even the rice was so fluffy and delicious. People on here mention the prices, but for this touristy town I’d say it’s fair. We paid by card.

We had 4 different dishes and they all were delicious. Absolutely the best Indien food we’ve ever had! The service were good too. If we ever visit Lindau again we will definitely go back to this restaurant

Very good Indian restaurant. We were here for the first time and loved it. You just can't pay by card.

The staffs were very rude so I started going to Street Khazana which belongs to same group of people. Unfortunately people from here moved to Street Khazana and making that place also horrible and unpleasant. Worst experience with these guys. I would suggest staff to please go back to your old restuarant especially bald one and another one with a turban.

Mein Partner und ich waren hier letzte Woche spontan zum Abendessen und es war grandios. Das Service war perfekt, flott und sehr freundlich, uns wurden sogar die Servietten aufgefalten und auf den Schoß gelegt. Das Restaurant war sehr gemütlich und schön dekoriert und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten die Pani puri, eine Dosa, das Mango Chicken Curry und das Chicken Tikka und waren von allem begeistert. Besonders geschmeckt hat uns die Dosa und das wunderbar zarte Hühnchen tikka. Ich habe außerhalb von Indien noch nie eine so gute Dosa gegessen! Wir werden bald wieder kommen und können dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wirklich top!

When asked about the payment the bearer replied very rudely saying about no card payment. When we asked about bankomat near the restaurant,he again responded very rudely. As we were in that restaurant for the first time we did not know much about the place . But this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Responding kindly is very much needed when you are talking to people. And for me this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. This is my genuine experience.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant! Es war sehr sauber und der Service ist besonders hervor zu heben! Die Kellner sind sehr sehr freundlich und engagiert, es wird einem sogar geholfen die Stoffserviette über die Beine zu legen. Das ist mir bisher noch nicht oft passiert. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Für uns ist indisch immer eine Wundertüte. Aber sowohl meiner Frau die ein Hühnercurry als auch ich Ente in Tamarindensauce genommen habe, hat es wirklich wunderbar geschmeckt! Die aufmerksamen Kellner haben dann noch Reis nachgebracht, was auch nocht selbstverständlich ist Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und wir werden definitiv bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder in diesem Restaurant essen gehen. We were there for lunch today with 8 people. The reservation we made was forgotten and we were sent back and forth between the two restaurants. It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. The appetizer came before the drinks. The rice as a side dish was carelessly pushed onto the plate and asked to pass it on. Like in a canteen! Skin gait was average. My food lukewarm. Payment: A complete disaster. Card doesn't work. Bar and separately. Bill placed on the table. According to the motto "divide it apart yourself. They couldn't wait for us to be outside. Farewell. Far from it. We were only there twice. The first time and the last time. Note: We are knowledgeable in gastronomy.

Once upon a time there was a great Indian...and that was a while ago. It's been a while since we've been back and something has changed. The food is still very good, but no longer "top". The menu appears a bit thinned out and the famous naan is no longer on the menu. You just have to ask 😉. The service is still attentive and friendly, but not quite as it was back then. There is also a bit of help missing with the definition of “hot” and “medium hot”. But I would say it is a slightly Indian assessment. But why there is nothing in the menu addition "Vindaloo", the traditionally spiciest variant, should definitely be questioned when ordering.... despite all that, I'm only taking away one star for the food because despite my criticism, the Khana is fully recommended.

We regularly visit Lindau. We like this special place on the great lake between Switzerland and Germany. Every time we also visit this restaurant because of his great Asian kitchen. This time we even visited it twice. Every meal was delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. We will come back.

Very good real Indian restaurant in the heart of the island. Work is currently underway on the exterior facade. Very attractively furnished inside, which increases the comfort factor. Toilets not corona-compliant (urinals too narrow, no disinfectants available). Only cash payments possible. All service staff are male. After the small house starter (pappadums with three sauces), we recommend chicken banana or duck fried with mint naan and pineapple-coconut lassi

Don't go there to eat alone! You get the cat table in front of the toilet even though other tables were free. There was a lot going on and then everything goes hush hush. As soon as I put the cutlery down, the waiter wanted to clear away the food. Strange. Overall good food but you don't feel welcome.

I had dinner at Khana Khazana with my wife. We were both absolutely thrilled. The food was a culinary delight, wonderfully seasoned, large portions, really a poem. The vegetarian biryani with paneer that my wife ate really tasted like a dream, she said she has rarely eaten better. I ate rice with chicken, which I also really enjoyed. The price-performance ratio is also right. The restaurant is very cozy and tastefully decorated, and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating.. All in all, the Khana Khazana is always worth a visit.. Since we come from Freiburg, the way there is quite a long way... what but that doesn't deter us from going back.. We're already looking forward to the next time.. big compliments to Khana Khazana.. keep it up.. the feel-good effect you feel with you is unparalleled..
