⭐☆☆☆☆ I thought long and hard about whether to write this review here. But since this is unfortunately a serious hygiene issue for me, I'm writing these lines. I was unfortunately very disappointed with my visit to City Feinkost in the City-Galerie Aschaffenburg. I found a cigarette butt in my doner kebab plate – I consider this a serious hygiene issue. I don't want to show any pictures here. When I complained, the staff treated me rudely and there was no apology, even though I got my money back. This kind of customer treatment and such unhygienic conditions are unacceptable to me. They claimed they didn't smoke and that someone had thrown the cigarette butt from the upper level. The butt wasn't just on top; in that case, I would have just returned it; it was under the salad. I don't even want to think about it anymore before I feel sick again. We've eaten there several times and were always satisfied, but this was the last time. I hope this is urgently improved so that other guests don't have to experience the same thing.

Clean atmosphere, small but excellent! As you can see from the photos, the portions are large and the food is incredibly delicious. Even though the snack bar is a bit out of the way in the passage next to the Frankenapotheke pharmacy, you should definitely stop by and grab something tasty to take away. There are also two tables on site where you can eat.

I went to this restaurant for the first time today with a friend; she's a regular there... I'll be one now, too. The food is very good, the owner serves directly and is very friendly. Everything is very clean, including the restrooms. I had gyros with calamari, rice, and salad... The only thing I would like to point out is... at a Greek restaurant, I would like an olive, pepperoni, and a piece of feta cheese on the salad... like they used to!!! Otherwise, everything was great😋👍

We celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect, from the food to the service! All our requests were met :) The grand hall and the garden are also perfect for a wedding! :) We can only recommend it :) Thank you again!

Best schnitzel we've had in a long time. Most of the time you just get flattened meat with a lot of breading, full of tendons, etc. But not here :) Great, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent place to have an authentic kebab. The staff is super friendly compared to what you'd expect in these places… kind, helpful, and at a very good price.

The location is okay, but the food is a different story. The value for money isn't there; the portion sizes are more like a snack for the price of a main course. The concept isn't discernible.

We've always enjoyed ordering takeout from there since it opened. Unfortunately, in the last six months, either the recipes have changed or they're now using ready-made sauces. The food—no matter what it is—just tastes disgustingly sweet. The peanut sauce is like melted Snickers. The curry sauce is also completely over-sweetened. This is the second time it didn't taste good. I'm not sure if we'd risk a third visit... Probably not.

La Pasteria is by far the best restaurant in Amberg. The owner is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need. There is a great amount of options on the menu and they are all delicious. The food is always cooked fresh and will never let you down.
