We were delighted when the Kurchenwirt reopened... The value for money is simply unbeatable for the good, traditional pub fare... Very friendly and efficient service... We always enjoy coming back here...

I went to the Kirchenwirt restaurant in Pang and ordered the Jägerbraten (hunter's roast). Unfortunately, the food was cold and completely tasteless. For the price, I would have expected significantly better quality and preparation. I hope the restaurant takes this criticism to heart.

The roast duck leg was small, limp, and expensive. We ordered roast pork or similar dishes several times. They were always almost cold. Not enough for €15. No salad was included.

Finally back in Pang! Excellent quality and friendliness for years.

We had dinner at the Kirchenwirt a few days ago. Seven people in total. Everyone was very satisfied with the food, the drinks, and the attentive service. I had a cordon bleu with fries and a side salad. A generous portion and very tasty. We'll be back. Please keep up the good work!

Finally, the Pang district has a good, home-style inn again. Seven of us came for dinner. The service was friendly, competent, and prompt. The food was freshly prepared; you could hear the schnitzels being pounded, and from where we sat, we could even see into the kitchen. We had zander, cordon bleu, roast pork, knuckle of pork, and the Kirchenwirt schnitzel with homemade potato salad. It needed a bit of salt, but that's not a criticism. To each his own. We sat in the inn's parlor. There's also a nice side room, a hall, a winter garden, and a beer garden. That wasn't the last time we ate here. We'll definitely be back soon.

A super rustic and cozy inn with friendly staff and absolutely delicious traditional Bavarian food. A definite recommendation since it reopened! Tip: I've never eaten such tender pork knuckle that falls off the bone! 10 out of 10!

Want a landlord? Go to the landlord. Greet the landlord. The food is consistently delicious – large portions, fair prices, everything fresh and made with love. The landlord himself stops by, sits down for a moment, asks questions, and is happy to share a little story – honest, down-to-earth, and personable. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the whole place has just the right mix of coziness and character. That's what true Bavarian pub culture looks like – warm, uncomplicated, and run with passion. Nothing stands in the way of Sunday church service.

We visited the Kirchenwirt in Pang after it reopened. Very cozy restaurant with a lovely winter garden. The food was a small roast pork for €11.80, which was delicious. Unfortunately, it was only lukewarm. The service was very friendly.

Very good food at this Bavarian restaurant. The price/performance ratio is very good. I can recommend the restaurant without hesitation.

We had schnitzel, roast pork, spinach dumplings, and liver spaetzle soup. The restaurant is rustic Bavarian, the service friendly, and the food delicious! But honestly, friends, anyone who complains about the prices should please stay back in their weird German town where they came from! For what a decent portion costs here, hardly any innkeeper in any German city, or even province, would open their restaurant anymore! So friends: keep your feet on the ground and realize that for a meal that costs €13-15.00, there's still a little left over after all costs have been deducted, and that's not much here! So, in conclusion: come, enjoy, be happy, and always stay relaxed! 😜

When the weather was nice we could sit outside. food came quickly and was tasty.

It was really good a year ago and we enjoyed going there often. At some point the prices were increased and the opening times became a bit stressful and the last time the Viennese style schnitzel with potato salad (used to have really good fries with it) was no longer really cooked with love. They were no longer interested in the guests and they no longer greeted them. Honestly? In the future without us. Too bad.

If you order a dessert and the kitchen is already closed, it wouldn't be too much to ask that you be informed. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Rustic, pleasant atmosphere, very friendly service However, the food was disappointing... The menu had schnitzel, plain with paprika sauce = it was ok, says my husband. However, the schnitzel with mushrooms also came “natural” without it being on the menu...the taste of everything was reminiscent of canteen food..

Ich habe schon öfters auch größere Veranstaltungen beim Kirchenwirt in Pang gebucht und war immer zufrieden. Qualität und „Preis-Leistung passt“. Werde auch in Zukunft öfters einkehren :-)

Top renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail, bayrische Küche auf hohem Niveau, super nett und sympathische Bedienung, der Chef persönlich steht in der Küche, rundum ein Ort zum gut Essen - man muss unbedingt den kleinen Abstecher von der Autobahn machen, um hier zu essen!

Ich war heute dort zum Abendessen mit Mann und Bruder und Freundin. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich dort. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich aber absolut ausreichend. Es finden sowohl Fleischesser als auch Vegetarier leckeres zu Essen. Die Preise sind gut und die Portionsgrößen passen auch. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Es ist kein recht schickes Lokal aber dennoch eine gemütliche Wirtschaft. Ich gehe richtig gerne dorthin zum Essen.

War auf einer Versammlung dort und wollte zum Wiener Schnitzel Champion Rahmsosse habe...ging nicht, weil es die nur beim Chapignonrahschnitzel machbar ist...und dann noch das Auftreten vom Wirt bei der Aussage frech und persönlich... Schnitzel war ...naja...Pommes versalzen...Kundenfreundlich ist was anderes.

Ich habe gestern beim Abo-Essen mein Schnitzel mit perfekter Panade bekommen! Und wir wurden wie immer freundlich und schnell bedient. Schade, dass noch Bewertungen vom vorherigen Pächter da sind

Das Gebäude ist sehr sauber, auf das Essen mussten wir länger warten, Schnitzel mit Pommes war ausreichend aber (Schnitzel war trocken und Pommes versalzen) , Fisch mit Kartoffelsalat war wenig und (Fisch sieht aus wie Fertig gekauft und in Fett ausgebacken) und Schweinsbraten war ausreichend aber (Schweinebraten war zäh und Knödel hart).

Gute bayrische Küche , freundliche Bedienung, gemütliche Atmosphäre im Freisitz.

Seit dem Pächterwechsel wirklich ein toller, schneller Service! Super leckerer Schweinebraten, super zartes Fleisch und eine mega leckere Soße. Besonders hervor zu heben ist der nette und zuvorkommende Umgang mit den kleinen Gästen! Hier werden die Kinderessen extra schnell serviert! Wirklich toll! Gerne jederzeit wieder!
