We had a small celebration in the "Il Gardino" area. Both the planning and the execution were wonderfully uncomplicated! Everyone was very friendly and always solution-oriented. The waiter in particular (on 06.1024) was quick, lively, funny, courteous and very friendly!! Simply a successful evening from Guiseppe in the Kunstmühle.

We were there for brunch...The ambience is still really nice, although it's still a bit noisy as it's quite echoey...the coffee (or in my case: cappuccino) was excellent...the portions are nicely prepared though the sizes and the price-performance ratio have decreased quite a bit compared to before... I had the farmer's breakfast, the fried eggs were good but the spring onions were practically non-existent, the fried potatoes were barely fried so they were more like boiled potatoes... what about that Bacon was almost a bit very dark (but just within reason)... plus you inevitably had to add more seasoning... there was a pretty small bread basket for the entire table of 4 people, even though everyone had ordered their own breakfast and we were told when we asked that there would be a basket of bread with every breakfast. (since the bread wasn't explicitly listed but only the other side dishes and breakfast components... there's probably a method)...the food was okay but unfortunately a bit disappointing...especially considering the prices...

I have been here multiple times. It is a very nice place, with super friendly stuff, nice food and good atmosphere. It is located in an interesting historical building in Rosenheim. Really recommended

The place was beautiful and coming from a Roman, the food was good. I was at a wedding. The service was a little slow but good. The criticism was too high. The music from the person in charge of entertainment but overall very good and for a gourmet, the desserts were also excellent. Overall good

It was my first time having breakfast at the Kunstmühle. Very stylish furnishings, gigantic mosaic on the west wall, excellent ambience. The food (large breakfast) was more than plentiful, large selection and tasty. And finally I have to praise the staff. Fast, friendly and attentive, just as you would like as a guest and unfortunately experience far too rarely these days. I would also give this 6 stars if it existed. So to the entire team: please keep it up.

It's a bit noisy when it gets crowded. But the food and service is excellent. You can also pay quickly and easily via QR code and Google Pay (or credit card), which is a little faster. I love digitalization 🥰.

Nice atmosphere. In our case, the service was probably a bit overloaded and quite disorganized. We were the only ones standing at the entrance for probably 5-10 minutes with no other guests and even though only the small outdoor area was occupied by people. Pizzas etc. were packed up first before the only two other guests were seated. It also took a long time to order and our food arrived with a time difference of about 15 minutes... so eating together is less fun. Basically, the service was nice, but everything seemed to be quite disorganized or perhaps simply not enough people. The taste of the pizza and pasta was quite good, but not outstanding either. You can go there, but it's not the best Italian restaurant I've been to.

Really great atmosphere, delicious food, but portions were sometimes too small. We were looking for a restaurant with a play area (which is shockingly rare in Rosenheim) and were happy to have found the Kunstmühle. Unfortunately most of the toys were broken.

Was turned away at the door, even though the restaurant was obviously at most a third full. Reason: did you reserve online? We hadn't, decided spontaneously with a small child. Then we made a test online reservation for the same evening: accepted! Craziness. Unfortunately, the restaurant has forever lost a customer who was there often and lives nearby.

The food is very greasy, oily, I didn't like it. The sauce isn't my taste either. Pizza Panne was good, but less salty would be better.

Had a small problem with our reservation, but the service was unbeatable, nice and accommodating. After a short wait we got a great table with a great view of the river. Got pizza bread to bridge the waiting time. Food was excellent!!! Thanks again for the great service!

We were there on a Sunday for breakfast. It's very nice to sit outside. With the Mangfall in the background. The breakfast was very tasty. friendly staff.

The cake is super delicious. Produced in the Café kuchenträume. Add dark coffee and everything is good. The terrace is beautiful

Good Italian restaurant, spacious and attractive, very good food.

Food was average. Dessert was a flop. Tiramisu was way too watery, panna cotta was ok, but there was free ice cream. Waiters brought the wrong drinks and didn't bring food, which was probably due to a lack of staff. The location and restaurant are first class, but there is more... Coffee was above average and very tasty!

A beautiful atmosphere. Nice, young staff. However, as is usual today, the food was expensive, but unfortunately the quality couldn't keep up with the price. The spaghetti carbonara was made with such cheap bacon that I couldn't eat half of it because it was greasy and looked like bacon rinds. My companion's pizza wouldn't have made it into the Guinness Book of the best pizzas either. It's a shame, the restaurant is in a nice location, the atmosphere is very pleasant, but......

The Kunstmühle is our favorite breakfast restaurant in Rosenheim. The food tastes wonderful every time and we are always served very friendly and quickly. Highly recommended :)

A little worn but otherwise everything is great

Two of us had breakfast there and were warmly welcomed and served. The breakfast was very varied and large for the price. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. We'd love to come back!

Note: The smoking and non-smoking areas should definitely be marked on the terrace. Smoke from the neighboring table while eating is disgusting. Otherwise everything was great!

I was in Rosenheim for two appointments, and nearby appointments were arranged with Giuseppe on two subsequent days. The two young conditions did a good job and tried hard. The meal was okay. Unfortunately pizza was cold. The young lady was kind enough to take it with her to warm it up, no idea under a heat lamp maybe, because it wasn't really warm afterwards and couldn't be eaten. But what really spoiled all of our appetites was going to the toilet. That's one reason unfortunately not to go there anymore. Apparently it hasn't been cleaned in a while. We were there twice in a row at lunchtime, and the day after that the condition had not changed. Toilet paper and soap were replenished, but the floor, sink and toilet were dirty. The second time we were in the smaller salon where children also have a small play area. We had to brush off any leftover food and crumbs from the sofas beforehand. When you sat down you could see the floor and there was dust and bread crumbs or something else everywhere. It can't be that it was from previous guests because we were pretty much the first ones there. A good cleaner must come at least once a day for a restaurant like this, and the staff should be trained to clean the seats every now and then, including wiping the table with a cloth beforehand, which would be pleasant for the next guests. Otherwise you can recommend it if you want solid Italian cuisine. I would also like to mention that we got an espresso on the house as compensation for the pizza. I ate the burger and it wasn't that great. Tk meat, dry ready-made bun. Sweet potato fries were great, but it's no easy task to cut open a bag and throw it in the fryer. The meal then cost €22. Staff super friendly, nice atmosphere. But then again: broken glass and advertising on the table (I've never seen it before and thought it was inappropriate)

The atmosphere is super nice and very cozy and the waiters are very accommodating. As always, the food was great. We like to drive the 30 km here because you won't be disappointed by the food or the service!!

Warm chocolate cakes. Hmmmm tastes so delicious. It's number 2 on my dessert list (baklava is number 1). We recommend.

Went for dinner early in the evening on Mother's Day with 6 people. I was there for the first time. Ambiance is great. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and was really disappointed with the consistency and taste, it didn't really have anything to do with a real Italian carbonara...and the dishes were brought out at different times, so by the time we all had something the pizzas were already cold, a shame. Since we were invited by our children, I didn't want to complain.

We went here for breakfast on the occasion of a birthday. The service was very attentive and our wishes were taken into account. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. At the end there was even a small cake with a fountain and a great flower arrangement for the birthday child, which was really sweet and thoughtful. Thank you very much!

Were there for breakfast. After we were taken to the square and made our choice, no one came for ages. After ordering, neither coffee nor food came. The food had been sitting on the kitchen counter for ages. Accordingly, the eggs were cold by the time they were at the table. Coffee came after the food. The waitresses sometimes walked around the restaurant haphazardly with the food and didn't know which table it belonged at. Fruit salad was ordered with honey but delivered without. There was also not enough cutlery at the table. I actually expect more professionalism and service for a location like this. That was nothing today.

Four of us had breakfast this Sunday and were very disappointed. Service was very unfriendly Quality of breakfast very poor Cappuccino cold all in all a disgrace. We won't be coming back

Very nice atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and courteous staff. On the weekend you have to make a reservation, otherwise the chances of getting a place are zero. You have better luck during the week, but I would still recommend it. It's not exactly cheap, but the price-performance ratio is right. I can recommend the restaurant and the other restaurants run by the operator.

Andra is just a great woman and has the shop under control. She's also cute! 🫣

Unfortunately not a pleasant visit, self-service is the order of the day. The first of three dishes was served before the drinks, which had been at the bar for 10 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't come after another 5 minutes, so we carried them to the table ourselves. The second meal was served after about another 10 minutes and was somewhat blandly seasoned. We had to wait a full 50 minutes for the third dish and it was only served after two requests from the waitress; of course we were hungry after the long wait. As compensation we were served dessert, thank you very much for that. We won't be coming back for the time being because the price in combination with such poor service and the lack of communication with the kitchen is not justified.

Definitely the last time I was there today. We sat at the table for a long time until someone asked what we were getting. The lady was generally rather listless and unfriendly. We ordered an iced coffee, orange juice and a piece of cake each. The iced coffee was cold milk with some filter coffee and topped up with ice cubes. Unfortunately the cakes were cold, but tasted ok. Afterwards, no one came and asked if it could be anything else, no one cleared away. 15 minutes after we were finished and no one showed up, we said we wanted to pay, which then took ages. Then the lady came and said: card or bar: nothing else, just this one sentence. It cost €19.40 for two pieces of cake, an orange juice and cold milk with ice cubes and a shot of coffee. Due to the poor service and the extremely unfriendly manner, we didn't leave a tip. However, we just noticed that the good lady had €20.00 deducted. All in all a very disappointing visit.

The restaurant is excellent and highly relaxed. People try to be a fantastic restaurant with quality food. It has a beautiful atmosphere, and the people who serve the food are kind and friendly, but the authentic hospitality culture is missing. I wish them that they will pack it. Being there is such a special feeling. Beautiful!

I celebrated my birthday there with my family (18 adults and 4 children). We had a super nice, pleasant and attentive employee. The pre-ordered breakfast platters left nothing to be desired, there was something for everyone. The extremely delicious Dinzler coffee and other drinks that were ordered a la carte on site always arrived very quickly. It was a pleasure for us to celebrate with you and we will all be happy to come back.

Unfriendly service and very slow service. We waited 10 minutes until we had a menu, another 10 minutes until we could place an order, 15 minutes until the blackcurrant peppermint iced tea came, which was more of a fruit juice. It took another 10 minutes for the cake to arrive. When we wanted to pay, we told a waitress and nothing happened for another 10 minutes. Then we had to tell another waitress again. All in all very disappointing and far too small pieces of cake for the price.

I had to wait forever for my food. The staff unfriendly and awkward. It would have to be said again and again what was missing. The food wasn't great either 😕 Unfortunately I can't recommend it 😢

For me, since the Werndls took over, it has been a good restaurant, with a children's play area, good food and the great ambience of an old mill.

The art mill is always worth a visit! If the location is quite full, the acoustics suffer a little - but apart from that, you can have brunch, lunch or coffee here. Quite spontaneously, the waitress even gave us a birthday Prosecco, on the house. Very attentive ☺️

Excellent :) !! I celebrated my civil wedding last Saturday at Guiseppe in the Kunstmühle and I am extremely satisfied! There were around 40 people + 5 children and we couldn't be happier. The service was top notch, the atmosphere was a dream (the event room is wonderfully furnished, modern, airy) and the food was delicious. We will most likely come back in small as well as large groups :)! The only note: even though the coordination was super, super friendly, the communication took quite a long time. You should plan at least 6 weeks in advance of the event.

The ambience is super nice and probably the perfect location for a café. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have received really bad service. No reorders can be made on Saturdays and Sundays. So my pregnant friend can't leave out the salami at her breakfast... Unfortunately, the fruit salad consists more of canned fruit than fresh fruit. There is no non-alcoholic sparkling wine. As an alternative, an orange juice is served without being asked, which is actually included in the breakfast. No other alternatives are mentioned. The waiter fell over a chair while serving, which was unfortunately a bit heavy due to his handbag. No apology, the chair is not even picked up. Overall, the food might be okay if you want exactly what's on the menu, but it's completely overpriced. Once you've finished drinking you won't be asked if you want to drink anything else. Despite the nice atmosphere, I won't come again after chance number 3.

We were at the Kunstmühle in the late afternoon. When we were greeted at the entrance, we were told we had free choice of seats. A colleague pointed out to us that some seats were reserved and the statement about seat selection was incorrect. We ordered coffee, cake and sandwiches. We waited over half an hour for the sandwiches - that's not possible. Especially because there was little going on. The taste is rather average and at over €10 it is also expensive.

Everything was great, the managing director was great, the employees Very hard-working, great atmosphere, delicious food, what more could you want...We were super satisfied, would love to come back❤️

Giuseppe e Amici is a charming Italian restaurant with delicious food and very friendly service. The dishes were deliciously prepared and the service was courteous. The prices were reasonable and overall it was a successful visit.

Strange mix. The food looks great and is an 8 out of 10. Service is mediocre to horrible. Last time we were there (7 people) there was no draught light beer. Delivery did not arrive, they said. In a city with 2 breweries it’s a bit of a lough. The waitreses were as good looking as models and behaved like that. Drinks were ordered at the same time and then deliverer in batches. One after 3 next few after 10 and the last two (bottled) beers after 30 minutes and 2! reminders. Everyone got their food at the same time with one exception. That was delivered after waiting 15 minutes and a reminder (and it was a sandwich!). At every contact the waitreses behave like they are made for a higher purpose and not working there. There are tons of foreigners in the place every time I go. But no english menu. If you ask them for that they seem insulted. Of course will not offer help to translate. But I don’t think they speak english. They are made for higher purposes than learing languages ;-).

I've been waiting for my drink for 30 minutes with the store half full.

Update February 2024: Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated a lot, the food unfortunately tastes a bit bland and the toilet wasn't clean during our visit today! Originally: Very tasty pizza, the pasta was good and the burger was great too. The restaurant is very nice inside, but the most beautiful thing is the terrace on the small canal. Also perfect for breakfast or drinking coffee.

We were at the restaurant earlier today. I booked a table for 4 p.m. for myself and my partner for Valentine's Day. We arrived around 15:55, I told the waiter that I had made a reservation, and we were given a table and menus. We knew almost then what we were going to order, but obviously we looked it over... At 16:23, no one came to our table. They were not stressed, there were still many tables free. We sat there, hungry and thirsty, waiting for a waiter. None of the 2 people came to us, but they came to the 3 people sitting next to us, and they also ordered from the waiter, so that they arrived later than us. We waited another 2 minutes, but nothing happened. I satisfied the wait, put on my coat and we walked out. On the short walk to the door, the waiter who escorted us to the table said goodbye and thanked us (I don't know what). Shocked, I just kept walking... Honestly, seriously! We are also caterers in a 400-seat hotel. At my place, the guest does not wait more than 10 minutes for me and his drink. We returned home disappointed and with a very negative experience. I just don't know where to put what happened. I don't recommend it!

It's a nice atmosphere, no question. However the drinks were a disaster. The quality is very bad. According to the menu I wanted to drink a Primitivo, but it wasn't available, which is ok. Otherwise the choice was limited if you don't like white wine. The other red wine alternative had too much acid, a bad wine. We then decided on a Merlot; unfortunately not good either, cheap quality. The meal was okay; but nothing that I couldn't do at home. The espresso afterwards was a disgrace. Absolutely sour and can only be described as a concoction. Not to mention a typical crema. We couldn't drink it either. I still decided on a Lillet. I don't know what the origin of this drink was, maybe it was poured from the bottle into the glass, a few berries in, and that's it. In any case, this drink, which I couldn't drink completely, gave me a terrible stomachache. The place is basically a low quality canteen with a nice atmosphere. It's a shame actually.

We went out to eat today and ordered 2 gluten-free dishes, both of which tasted very good, but unfortunately we found out when we got home that they weren't gluten-free. Unfortunately, my girlfriend had to give up on this. At an extra charge of €2, I actually expect the food to be gluten-free. Otherwise the ambience was nice and the staff friendly.

We were here for coffee and cake in the afternoon. The cake was delicious and plentiful and the service was top.

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, I didn't find Pizza Vegetariana particularly special, both in terms of the toppings and the base, otherwise everything was good.

Had great starters. Pizza was a bit too cross fried so the salssicia was quite hard and dry. The wife's veggie pizza was also very good. It was quite loud inside, but that was because some parents let their little screaming children run around the whole place, even though there was some kind of “children's section”. I think the large mosaic wall is cool, but the rest of the room is missing something. The small tables have seen better times and are more reminiscent of a bistro. The big ones are chic. All in all, you can eat well and cheaply there and the service is great.

Four of us had breakfast at the Kunstmühle and there were considerable things to complain about with every dish! I had the French breakfast; The granola was missing from the yoghurt with fruit and the (actually natural) croissant was rock hard, as if it had already been baked four times and filled with jam. My friend only received the bread basket that went with the cheese plate after 20 minutes and multiple requests. My friend had 7 raspberries on her plate as decoration, all of which were rotten or even moldy on the bottom. The bread for the French toast appeared to have been taken from a leftover bread basket as it was completely covered in caraway seeds. It was very full, so the waitress was almost never in sight and didn't come to pay until 30 minutes after the request. I have no problem paying more for good food; However, with this subterranean quality and service, the exorbitant prices are an absolute disgrace!

Die Kunstmühle ist ein schön gelegenes Restaurant direkt an der Mangfall mit einer schönen Inneinrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Leider war das Essen wenig überzeugend. Wir waren an einem Samstag Vormittag gegen 10:30 zum Frühstücken in der Kunstmühle. Beim Bestellen des Pastrami Brotes wurde angemerkt, dass es leider kein Pastrami mehr gibt. Alternativ haben wir dann das bayrische Frühstück (2 Weißwürste und eine Brezel) und ein French Toast mit Nutella bestellt. Nach einigen Minuten kam die Bedienung wieder und hat uns darauf hingewiesen, dass auch das Nutella leer sei. Darauf hin haben wir den French Toast von der Bestellung streichen lassen und haben auf die Weißwürste und die Brezel gewartet. Nach weiteren Minuten kam die Bedienung erneut und meinte, dass auch die Brezen aus sind und wir zu den Weißwürsten eine Semmel haben könnten. Daraufhin haben wir auch die Weißwürste von der Bestellung streichen lassen und aus einem Frühstück wurde lediglich nur ein Kaffee. Mir ist es nicht erklärlich wie an einem Samstag Vormittag solch simple Geschichten wie Nutella und Brezeln bereits aus sein können. Mir erscheint, dass hier falsch kalkuliert wurde, was leider zu einem schlechten Gesamteindruck des Restaurants geführt hat.

Schönes Ambiente und gutes Essen aber hohe Preise und der Service war leider nicht besonders gut. Wir mussten eine Bedienung suchen um noch Nachtisch bestellen zu können.

Die Lage einfach nur schön dem Essen ist auch sehr gut wenn man sein Ruhe haben will und eine schöne Lage das beste Platz

Super chic place with elegant ambience amd friendly service. Menu doesn't offer many choices but the food had been fresh and nicely served. Chocolate souffle had been delicious.

Sehr nett hier. Essen ist gut, Bedienungen sind freudnlich und die alte Dinzler-Location wurde nochmal schön hergerichtet. Kann sowohl als Augen- als auch als Gaumenschmaus die Antipastiplatte sehr empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Das Ambiente ist schön. Die Mitarbeiterin die für unseren Tisch zuständig war, war sehr aufmerksam.

Das wirklich hervorragende Essen rechtfertigt die teilweise doch recht teuren Preise. Lediglich den etwas kargen Beilagensalat finde ich mit 6,50 EUR unangemessen bepreist. Ansonsten allerdings wirklich tolles Essen, egal ob Pasta oder Frühstück. Und das alles in einem wirklich schönen Ambiente in der Kunstmühle. Mein Tipp: hausgemachte Ravioli mit Feigen, Schafskäse und Salbeibutter

Nice and comfortable place to meet up for breakfast, cake and coffee.

Mal was anderes die alte Mühle ist richtig schön hergerichtet und man super Essen oder auch frühstücken.

Es war sehr schön bei Euch wieder gewesen. Die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Essen war reichlich, sehr lecker wie immer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
