It's a lovely, classic Franconian inn in the heart of Schniegling with a small beer garden. It's somewhat hidden, right on Schnieglinger Straße.
Two of us were there. They serve classic Franconian cuisine. The food was decent, and the service was friendly. Everything was perfect.
Not only is it a charming hotel with some modern touches (and air conditioning now that it's 33 degrees Celsius outside), but even more important is the service. They helped us with a problem we had, and they went above and beyond the call of duty, which really deserves six stars!😀
If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
The name of the restaurant says it all. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Plus, you can watch all BVB games there...
I tried my way through the menu a bit until I found my dish, which I give a smooth 10/10. I can recommend Butter Chicken to everyone! It's always a sensation for me, but it's a bit expensive. Nevertheless, I will continue to order here regularly in the future.
Difficult to rate: the food is okay, fresh ingredients are used, but there's plenty of room for improvement in terms of craftsmanship. Since the owner is both a hostess and a cook, and essentially everything in one, everything takes a very, very long time. But the owner is exceptionally kind and caring to her guests, hence a generous 4 stars. The interior design is stuck in the 70s, and cleanliness is okay, just don't look too closely. Overall, 3 stars, but certainly positively influenced by the exceptional friendliness.
Dear owner. I just reviewed the new kebab stand at the Christmas factory.
I met a customer here who, like me, was a regular. Please educate the reddish-haired employee on the contents of a kebab, or test your own product yourself, comparing it to the one at the Christmas factory. It's okay for a small appetite, though. Just not the price! One star for value, especially since the skewers are at least identical!
Update: It was somewhat to be expected that this restaurant in Kolbermoor wouldn't last... Closed again!
Not good value for money!
Small portions at overpriced prices.
...we were here for the last time today, as much as I'm sorry, but the food was or is unfortunately no longer as it used to be, unfortunately not as fresh and tasty anymore 😔, we were the only guests, now I can imagine why... I'm sorry, I would have liked to have taken back positive memories, but this was definitely our last visit.
