The price-performance ratio is virtually unbeatable. I ate in and ordered takeout. The food was always ready very quickly. The portions are really very large. Unfortunately, it's not possible to pay by card. Perhaps that will be available at some point☺️

We reserved a table by phone and arrived on time, but even after waiting for half an hour we weren't served any food or drinks, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The waiter had no interest in serving us. I left the restaurant without saying a word. I find that disgusting.

I will definitely report this store to Lieferando. I wrote a bad review because my food came half an hour late and was cold. I ordered Regartoni alforno and it came gratinated without cheese. I then received an email from his lawyer about my bad review, telling me that I would attack him personally, that I would badmouth his store, that I would invent things and that I wouldn't have ordered from him. I suspect that he simply reports bad reviews so that his ratings will be higher I was able to refute any accusation with proof of order and photos. refute. You shouldn't take action against reviews if you're not even able to distinguish whether it was a customer or not 🤣 In any case, I received the highest accusations against which I will personally take action because I definitely won't put up with something like that I'm threatened with a report if I don't lower my rating, just because I wrote a normal review like everyone else. The owner also said to me on the phone "that it sometimes happens that ingredients are missing due to stress, it's normal and he doesn't understand that I gave him one star just because I was missing cheese, that should be at least three" with the statement He confirmed that he is aware that he does not sell his dishes truthfully as stated online and, among other things, that he also knows that some orders are missing ingredients. I don't need to say anything more. I'm just deeply shocked that people handle criticism so badly and that they're already threatening you with a complaint.
