The food is really great, everything is very fresh! Unfortunately we had to wait 75 minutes for our sushi... which really messed up our plans for the evening... Several products were also sold out (sweet ginger, tofu, a certain sauce), which limited the vegetarian selection that evening. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

A trip to Munich is justified just to eat here. I recommend the Temaki V like Veggie!

Very friendly handling and fine sushi selection. We ordered here to pick up and were able to try out a few dishes. So first of all, let's talk about the store itself, kind of crazy in the small space and still great for the theme. Above all, the black tiles behind the counter are ultra-stylish, but the two tables with the swing areas are also really appealing... if one had been free, I would have spontaneously changed my mind and eaten there 😂. As for the food itself, we had Truffled Edamame, I'm assuming with truffle oil but really well done, not too much and super exciting. The sushi and sashimi were all very tasty, of course the price is reasonable but if you want sushi you have to pay for it… Overall it was good, but I was still missing that last bit of “woow”… But you can definitely repeat it! Thanks.

Very cute cozy little place. The sushi tastes incredibly good. I always order the Daruma Surprise and have never been disappointed. My friends were also excited.

Sehr leckeres Essen, aber bei der Rechnung drauf schauen! Sie haben 20€ zu viel berechnet und auch sehr lange gebraucht…

Haven't tried all the sushi restaurants in Munich, but this one might be the best.

Dieses gemütliche Restaurant ist der perfekte Ort für jeglichen Anlass. Das gemütliche Ambiente wird zudem durch einen stets aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service ergänzt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ein echter Hingucker, welches sich druch perfekte Kombinationen, wie z.B. die Daruma Surprise ergänzt. Dieses nette, von nur zwei Leuten betriebene Restaurant kann man wirklich jedem empfehlen, der für angemessenes Geld ein gutes japanisches Essen, sowie Service erwartet.

Kleine Karte, klar auf Sushi fokussiert, sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Temaki Variationen, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es fehlt lediglich ein wenig die "Essen zum satt werden Option", auch die Donburis sind sehr klein, dafür aber reichlich mit Fisch gefüllt. Preise für München größtenteils auch okay. Mit großem Hunger sollte man nicht kommen (oder es wird teuer), das ist aber bei allen Sushi-Läden in Deutschland so. Hübsches kleines Lokal mit liebevoller Deko, aber extrem unbequem mit mehreren Personen zu sitzen, sehr kleine Tische. Am besten ordert man nacheinander, allerdings braucht die Zubereitung auch sehr lange. Ich würde alleine für ein Mittagessen jederzeit wiederkommen, aber eher nicht abends um bequem miteinander zu sitzen.

Had great sushi here, freshly made by marco, which as a result takes a little longer to prepare. Rice was good as well as all other ingredient. The restaurant was also very nicely designed, loved it. It was not cheap but i think quality price wizd it is balanced. Good luck with the restaurant

Sehr schöner laden mit charmanter Einrichtung und sehr leckerem Essen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Gutes Sushi - vor allem die Maki Rollen sind mal was anderes und netter Service. Die Trüffel Edamame sind super lecker!

Richtig schön und originell eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terrasse. Wir waren nur zu zweit und haben mittags ein Mittagessen gegessen. Die miso supper war etwas langweilig aber das Sushi war super 👍🏽 leider hat es trotzdem ewige gedauert bis wir unser Sushi gekriegt haben. Trotzdem alle sin allem finde ich den Laden sehr gut.

Excellent sushi. Recommend the eel temaki especially, super tender. Also very charming decor with swings as seats.

We spotted this cozy place and enjoyed exquisite various sushi such as nigiri, temaki and uramaki. - Also tried some starters, among which wakame really stood out. - Overall, it’s a good dining experience.

Sehr gutes Sushi & leckere Mochis. Man merkt, dass der Koch qualitativ top ist. Ich würde es als Sterneküche meets (Boutique) Imbiss bezeichnen.

I loved the very-Instagrammable interior. I sat on a swing at the corner table and had a great people-watching view. I liked the iced peach tea, produced in Germany. I ordered the Daruma Special sushi set and found the temaki a tad too volumous for me. The traditional temaki seems more hollow. My total bill (set & drink) was about €22. I visited this restaurant before watching the performance at the theatre on 15.7.2022. I'd recommend this restaurant (especially before a performance) because of the speedy service.

Eher für Leute die mal das etwas andere Sushi Lokal ausprobieren wollen, z.B das Maki mit Röstzwiebel. Also nicht so der klassische Sushi Laden. Das kann man gut finden oder eben auch nicht so.

Absolut 5 Sterne verdient, preis Leistung ist mehr als angemessen, die Speisen sind wirklich top 👍 in der Tat muss man etwas auf das Essen warten, aber der Meister behandelt jedes Stück Sushi mit Samthandschuhen 😋 kann ich sehr empfehlen.

It was the best sushi I ever tried. The food was amassing, and it was just the perfect amount to get full. Also the price was affordable compared to usual. The service was great and the stuff was so nice. All ingredients were fresh, including fish, which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place for sushi lovers!!

I have to say I've got high expectations for the food here because I heard that the chef used to work for Matsuhisa(?) Though the sashimi was quite fresh but the rice was not well cooked (it has raw hard bits in them). I ordered the kaisen-don, so the rice is quite important. The service was friendly though.

A small but welcoming spot for sushi. The interior is great, blending Japanese traditional elements into modern materials. Recommend asking for a swing bench table on a 2-person date.

Ein sehr nettes kleines Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Essen und wahnsinnig schönem Japanisch angehauchtem Ambiente. Vor allem die Schaukeln an den Tischen verleihen das gewisse etwas. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Really bad and unattentive service. It took 15 mins and a reminder to at least get our ordered water out, although a neighboring table ordered later and was served faster. The restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 1-2 tables beside ours. Very slow, unprofessional and lazy. The food was very underwhelming, though far from cheap.

Das kleine Restaurant bietet hauptsächlich Sushi / Sashimi an. Dank der steigenden Preise sind die frischen Gerichte nicht für jeden Geldbeutel was, aber sie sind ihr Geld auf jedenfall wert! Mega lecka! Dazu kommt das wundervoll japanische Ambiente.

Wirklich extrem gutes Sushi. Leider waren die Wartezeiten viel zu lang. Haben auf ein Temaki ca. 35 Minuten gewartet. Das warten lohnt sich aber es wäre ein angenehmeres Erlebnis wenn alles ein bisschen schneller von statten gehen würde.

Schöne und authentische Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist geschmacklich und qualitativ sehr gut. Der Service war allerdings sehr langsam.

Ein super Laden! Mega geile sushi und dazu ist es komplett frisch. Die Jungs machen eine super Arbeit!

Nachdem wir ( 1 Erw, 1 Kind) 30 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet hatten , hat mein Kind (6 Jahre alt)die Kellnerin höflich gefragt , ob das Essen bald kommen würde , da er Hunger hätte . Die Kellnerin antwortete aus meiner Sicht unangemessen und unhöflich :“Es sind noch andere Gäste da“. Sie ergänzte daraufhin , „dass es deshalb noch dauern würde“. Es waren 4 andere Tische besetzt . Vor uns war 1 Tisch, die vor uns bestellt hatten . Daraufhin haben wir eine Miso Suppe bestellt, die schnell kam - leider war die Suppe geschmacklos . Merkwürdigerweise kam dann auch direkt unsere Rolls . Hätten wir es gewusst , hätten wir die Suppe nicht bestellt . Die Kellnerin hätte sich auch mal informieren können . Sie meinte nur noch „kamen doch schneller als gedacht“. Die Rolls ( Maki, spicy Tuna und Lachs mit Trüffel?! ) und Mix Nigiri waren ansonsten lecker. Fazit : viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen . Nicht hingehen , wenn man Hunger hat .

Great sushi, among the best in Munich. However, service was horrible, waited 30mins for drinks and 60mins for our food!

Amazingly good Japanese restaurant, great atmosphere and service!

Very tasty sushi and sashimi. Chef is young but expert on what he is doing and obviously loves his job. Seats are not very comfortable but it does not matter when the food is ready quickly. I would suggest them to have more strong alcohol like sake and whisky in their menu rather than just beer and wine.
