The food is delicious. Fresh. Lots of herbs. I go there once or twice a year in the evening, and I order lunch there with work colleagues at least once a week. Great!

So: I was there on a Monday evening. Nice atmosphere, food looks good. Problem: You can't get any food. It took over an hour for my friend to get her food. After over an hour, the food was sent to be packed because my friend had already finished eating. Other guests at the next table refused to eat their food, even though they had waited two hours for it. A very unpleasant experience. The staff seemed perplexed; the food was ready to be served, but it wasn't served. They were using slips of paper, but the staff couldn't assign the dishes to the tables. The service clearly needs to be improved.

A truly unusual evening and an equally unusual location that completely captivated us! The extremely charming owner, after asking about personal preferences and especially allergies, provides you with wonderfully tailored starters, followed by a main course. Desserts are available and were also excellent, as were the accompanying drinks, which are served without a separate wine list. The ambiance in this small, rustic restaurant with wooden walls, large side windows, and candlelight is truly something special, as is the overall concept. Without the posh, snazzy attitude that is unfortunately everywhere in Munich, you'll find extremely delicious food prepared with fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients, as well as more than friendly and entertaining service. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable, almost cheap, for the high standard offered here. An absolute recommendation, but I hope it remains an insider tip, as it is truly something very special. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening!

This restaurant truly comes highly recommended to anyone who loves excellent Italian food. We were absolutely thrilled. As the name of the restaurant suggests, we literally felt like we were in paradise. The idyllic location, with its beautiful pond and river flowing by, makes you feel like you're on vacation. The food was outstanding; you can taste the very high quality and the love that goes into cooking and serving it. The service was also excellent; we felt very well looked after throughout the evening. We will definitely be back!
