Schönes Ambiente. Gutes Essen. Guter Service! Einzig die kostenlosen Zwiebeln und grünen Chilischoten fehlten, was in einem indischen Restaurant, das sich speziell an indische Gäste richtet, üblich ist.

Das beste Paneer-Curry, das ich je gegessen habe! Wir hatten eine Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten, die allesamt hervorragend waren, aber das hausgemachte Paneer war für mich das absolute Highlight – einfach außergewöhnlich. Der Service war ebenfalls erstklassig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das beste indische Essen, das ich seit meinem Umzug nach Deutschland gegessen habe! Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich toll und der Service exzellent. Der junge Mann, der mich bedient hat – ich glaube, er hieß Sam – war sehr sympathisch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann Little India uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wow ... Ein wunderschönes Restaurant! Das Essen war köstlich, besonders das Chicken Korma. Der Service war sehr freundlich, und der Sommergarten ist abends so schön und romantisch. Ich bin so froh, dass ich Little India in Vaterstetten entdeckt habe.

Sehr gerne. Hier eine starke, authentische Version: Little India in Vaterstetten hat nach dem Neustart wirklich einen riesigen Sprung gemacht. Seit der Eigentümer selbst übernommen hat, merkt man den Unterschied sofort: Das Ambiente, der Service, die Freundlichkeit und die Professionalität sind im Vergleich zu früher wie Tag und Nacht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich auch als Frau selbstverständlich und respektvoll angesprochen wurde. Das war früher leider anders, da oft nur mein Mann beachtet wurde. Jetzt ist die Atmosphäre herzlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Was wir aber vor allem hervorheben möchten, ist die Qualität des Essens. Wir sind ein deutsch-indisches Paar und müssen wirklich sagen: Das war das beste indische Restaurantessen, das wir bisher hier im Umkreis gegessen haben. Alles schmeckte frisch, authentisch und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Der Eigentümer erzählte uns, dass alle Zutaten frisch und aus Deutschland sind, das Fleisch direkt bei einem deutschen Händler bestellt wird und sogar der Käse selbst hergestellt wird. Das merkt man. Für uns war es ein wahnsinnig schönes Erlebnis, gestern hier zu essen. Wir wünschen den Eigentümern nach diesem Neustart von Herzen alles Gute. Qualität, Professionalität und Herzblut müssen sich einfach bezahlt machen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Kommen aus Köln und sind somit nur gelegentlich in der Nähe. Aber jedes mal plane wir mindestens einen Besuch hier ein egal wie kurz unser Aufenthalt ist. Essen schmeckt unfassbar lecker. Man fühlt sich wohl und der Service ist einfach toll. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen hier hin zu gehen!!

Wir haben Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen geschmacklich wirklich top. Bei der Abholung mussten wir etwas länger warten, wurden aber sehr aufmerksam behandelt – es gab einen Mango Lassi und einen Schnaps aufs Haus, was wir sehr nett fanden. Unser Kritikpunkt sind allerdings die Portionen, die für den Preis etwas größer sein könnten. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

Super authentischer Inder! Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Tandoori Chicken war unglaublich zart und geschmackvoll – wirklich auf den Punkt zubereitet. Auch die anderen Tandoori-Gerichte waren ein absoluter Traum. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders schön: Bei der Reservierung hatten wir angegeben, dass wir einen Geburtstag feiern, und der Tisch wurde liebevoll entsprechend dekoriert – eine richtig tolle Überraschung! Alles in allem eine klare 10/10 – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Little India Ist ein sehr sehr tolles Traditionelles Restaurant. Die speisen sind , ohne Frage , hervorragend. Aber was ich noch viel besser fand ist das Personal und der Service . Es wird sehr auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet und die Freundlichkeit steht gefühlt an erster Stelle . Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und das immer mit einem Lächeln! Kann ich definitiv sehr empfehlen!!!

Wir waren hier spontan als 4-köpfige Familie mit Hund und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch der Sanitärbereich muss hier positiv erwähnt werden. Das Essen war sehr lecker - lediglich das Bhatura-Fladenbrot haben wir vermisst. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder 🙂

Waren hier zuletzt zum 70. meiner Mutter und waren sehr zufrieden . Essen kam heiß an den Tisch und trotz sehr gut besuchtem Restaurant war der Service hervorragend. Sehr hervorzuheben auch die allgemeine Gastfreundschaft !! Wurden am Geburtstag sogar mit Handschlag nach draußen begleitet. gehen trotz Inder um die Ecke in Ottobrunn hierher ! Heute hatten wir etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt und waren wiedermal begeistert . Das beste indische Essen, das ich je gegessen habe! Der Service war exzellent. Obwohl wir etwas nach Ladenschluss geblieben sind, waren die Kellner unglaublich freundlich und haben kein Wort mit uns gewechselt. Als wir die Uhrzeit bemerkten, machten wir uns sofort auf den Weg nach draußen und hatten ein schlechtes Gewissen. Sie waren so zuvorkommend, dass sie uns sogar noch Getränke vom Haus angeboten haben.

War heute spontan zum Abendessen im "Little India". Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen (Butter-Chicken und Garlic-Nan) wurde in angemessener Zeit geliefert und war auch schön angerichtet. Geschmacklich war es sehr gut! Das Chicken gut gewürzt und trotzdem mild im Geschmack. Das Nan frisch gebacken und knusprig mit genau der passenden Menge an Knoblauch. Empfehlenswert! 👍🏻

Das kulinarische Erlebnis war früher großartig.

Wir waren kurz nach der Neueröffnung unter der Woche um kurz nach 17 Uhr dort und waren die erste halbe Stunde alle im Restaurant. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich, Essen war sehr gut aber hatte gehofft das Reisportion etwas größer gewesen wäre für 2 Portionen und den Preis. Als mehrere Personen im Restaurant waren wurde es lauter, was micht ein klein wenig am Ambiente gestört hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben zwar eine Mehrwertsteuersenkung für Restaurantbesuche von der Regierung bekommen, aber gleichzeitig sind die Preise in den Restaurants gestiegen! Irgendwas hat sich überhaupt nicht geändert. Hühnchengerichte für 20 € und Lammgerichte für 25 € – reine Abzocke, obwohl das Essen ganz okay ist!

Folgendes passiert hier nicht: Kennt Ihr das? Ihr geht zum Inder und probiert was die Anderen am Tisch so bestellt haben. Und obwohl es verschiedene Gerichte sind, schmeckt jede rote Soße gleich. Anders hier im Little India. Alle Gerichte hier waren zum reinknien und schmeckten unterschiedlich und abwechslungsreich. Ab jetzt unser Lieblingsinder.

November 2025: Excellent Indian cuisine; the new owner and his team are incredibly friendly. The appetizers are highly recommended. My favorite main course is the mango chicken. The naan bread is exceptionally good. The interior was renovated over the summer.

Anyone expecting to find the original Little India staff here is mistaken! The new team is the very same one that, along with the old team, practically threw us regulars out months ago! Anyone who eats here is beyond help, because they're just supporting this kind of business practice! Besides, the food is just as questionable in quality as the food from the pizza delivery service next door. We'll stick with the original Little India team; they actually know how to cook! We're definitely never coming back here.

It was the best Indian restaurant visit in a long time. We celebrated a family birthday there, and everyone at the restaurant was so kind and accommodating. It's also a very child-friendly restaurant! We'll be back very soon.

How wonderful that Little India has just opened in Vaterstetten! Of course, we had to try it out immediately. Verdict: we'll be eating there more often now. Service has become a disaster! Waiters are inattentive. They overlook empty plates. Everything is too relaxed and slow... They don't ask for drink orders. You wait forever for the food. It tastes good. Hidden price increase for the mango dessert... :/

There was a fly in my food. I mentioned it, but there was no apology or anything. They quickly took the food to the kitchen and then brought back the same plate without the fly. No compensation or anything. They remained silent and acted as if nothing had happened. Hygiene can be improved.

The food is good. The prices are okay. Unfortunately the service is very bad. Sometimes it takes a long time for someone to come over to take the order and as soon as the food and drinks are at the table, there is no waiter to be seen. If you want to order or pay for something else, you have to wait a long time to see a waiter once things quiet down in the evening, or you have to get up and go behind to draw attention to yourself.

I've been to Little India a few times now and the food is always delicious. The service is good and the location is inviting. Price performance is quite reasonable. Absolutely a recommendation.

A highly recommended Indian restaurant with excellent service. We found a large selection of vegetarian dishes and the food was very tasty - apart from the salad, which lacked dressing. Very rich and sweet sauces that fill you up quickly. The mint sauce was not to our taste and we missed a typical Indian dish where 5 sauces are served for dipping.

The first restaurant in town was just full, we ended up here and we didn't regret it. A very nice clean restaurant with friendly and efficient service. The food was very good and the desert was the icing on the cake. The price-quality ratio was a 10+. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely come back. We enjoyed it👌

What a disappointment! We have ordered there several times before but the butter chicken and the mango chicken just now (we had picked it up) were miserable! Every jar from the supermarket is better and doesn't just taste like sauce thickener. The amount of rice included was extremely manageable. That doesn't fit with a price level of €18 per dish. Is there a reason today? With this kind of quality we won't be coming back.

The vegetarian dishes we took were below average, the curries has no taste and consistency. Would not recommend this place. Outdoor seating was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches flying from no where!
