I was very impressed! I had the Chicken Vindaloo, and it was pleasantly spicy but not too hot. The Butter Chicken was also delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! I'll be back soon!

November 2025: Excellent Indian cuisine; the new owner and his team are incredibly friendly. The appetizers are highly recommended. My favorite main course is the mango chicken. The naan bread is exceptionally good. The interior was renovated over the summer.

Anyone expecting to find the original Little India staff here is mistaken! The new team is the very same one that, along with the old team, practically threw us regulars out months ago! Anyone who eats here is beyond help, because they're just supporting this kind of business practice! Besides, the food is just as questionable in quality as the food from the pizza delivery service next door. We'll stick with the original Little India team; they actually know how to cook! We're definitely never coming back here.

It was the best Indian restaurant visit in a long time. We celebrated a family birthday there, and everyone at the restaurant was so kind and accommodating. It's also a very child-friendly restaurant! We'll be back very soon.

Best butter chicken and I can only recommend the lentil soup

The service was very friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated that my vegetarian dish was customized to my taste, especially the combination of vegetables.

Service has become a disaster! Waiters are inattentive. They overlook empty plates. Everything is too relaxed and slow... They don't ask for drink orders. You wait forever for the food. It tastes good. Hidden price increase for the mango dessert... :/

There was a fly in my food. I mentioned it, but there was no apology or anything. They quickly took the food to the kitchen and then brought back the same plate without the fly. No compensation or anything. They remained silent and acted as if nothing had happened. Hygiene can be improved.

By far the best Indian restaurant in the greater Munich area, probably within a 60km radius or more. The food is always top-notch! Perfectly seasoned, the meat tender, and everything simply divine. The food is good. The prices are okay. Unfortunately the service is very bad. Sometimes it takes a long time for someone to come over to take the order and as soon as the food and drinks are at the table, there is no waiter to be seen. If you want to order or pay for something else, you have to wait a long time to see a waiter once things quiet down in the evening, or you have to get up and go behind to draw attention to yourself.

A highly recommended Indian restaurant with excellent service. We found a large selection of vegetarian dishes and the food was very tasty - apart from the salad, which lacked dressing. Very rich and sweet sauces that fill you up quickly. The mint sauce was not to our taste and we missed a typical Indian dish where 5 sauces are served for dipping.

The first restaurant in town was just full, we ended up here and we didn't regret it. A very nice clean restaurant with friendly and efficient service. The food was very good and the desert was the icing on the cake. The price-quality ratio was a 10+. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely come back. We enjoyed it👌

What a disappointment! We have ordered there several times before but the butter chicken and the mango chicken just now (we had picked it up) were miserable! Every jar from the supermarket is better and doesn't just taste like sauce thickener. The amount of rice included was extremely manageable. That doesn't fit with a price level of €18 per dish. Is there a reason today? With this kind of quality we won't be coming back.

The vegetable curries were below average and overly priced for the taste and quality. Hospitality was really good.

So to start with, the food and the service are really good. I always order and then pick it up. But please what happened to the prices, €20 for a lamb dish is just too much, especially if you only order it to take away.

Unfortunately very disappointing. I've been going to Little India regularly for 5 years and have always loved the butter chicken and the price has always been worth it to me. Unfortunately they probably changed the recipe or the chef? However it doesn't taste like it used to, it tastes like a completely different dish. A pity :(

Was there often before. Very disappointing for the second time now. Chicken Korma consists of three small pieces of meat that taste like nothing, a very thin sauce that is also tasteless. Plus a ladle of rice and the whole thing for 18 euros to pick up yourself...

Very nice Indian restaurant with great food, not run-of-the-mill, friendly service and good prices. Visiting with a dog is no problem. But you should make a reservation, especially on the weekend. The hot pans are recommended and also naan bread with garlic. There are enough parking spaces around. All free of charge, with a parking disc for 2 hours if necessary.

See a delicious Indian restaurant in Vaterstetten. Easily accessible by car or on foot, including from the train station. Roadside parking is sometimes a bit scarce. Toilets are not barrier-free. The food is perfect, the prices are mid-range. The combination of dishes is possible without any problems. The service is very courteous and has a big smile on their faces. I like to go here!

The food is delivered hot in specially made iron bowls on wooden boards. Simply delicious.

The best place to be in Munich for North Indian food. There is no restaurant even close to its delightful food and the friendly Staff. Have been there a 1000 times now and the quality is always world-class. This place is a must when you are in Munich. Hats off to Little India for everything. 👍👍👍

We were here with the whole family, wanted to eat Indian food again after a long time and I have to say that Little India surprised us very positively. Even though the restaurant was full we were warmly welcomed, the staff was very friendly and the food was simply to die for. We can't wait to come back. Keep it up 👍🏼

We have eaten at Little India several times and have always been satisfied. The service is always very friendly, the food is always freshly prepared and the waiting times are okay. The price has become a little more expensive, but is still acceptable. Sometimes things get a bit hectic or it gets quite warm in the dining room, but when there's a lot going on, that's hard to avoid. We will come back in any case!

Unfortunately everything is very close together, there is a lot of background noise the starter was at the table before the drinks. Would be from food Really good but unfortunately the seating was far too narrow.

There are coloring books etc. for children Dogs are also allowed into the restaurant, which unfortunately is no longer allowed everywhere these days. For many people, dogs are simply part of the family. I really really liked it there. I will definitely go there more often.

We had dinner here for the first time yesterday. The food was really good, large enough portions, certainly belongs to the upper middle class, so far so good. Now comes the but: The seating was relatively tight (possibly due to Valentine's Day), not really comfortable. The biggest problem, however, was the lack of ventilation, which meant that after a while you were sitting in a sauna with Indian spice infusion - the clothes still smell like that today, including the jackets, so the washing machine was a lot of work can look forward to. In addition, the service was sometimes unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. Drinks and dishes were brought to the wrong tables, we received our starter completely late and only after we had almost finished the main course. To save my honor, I would like to point out that the starter was on the house.

The best Indian I've ever been to. Portions not too big. At other Indian restaurants I always end up almost too full. Not here. Got a table spontaneously. Served quickly. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. There are enough dishes for carnivores and vegetarians.
