We were there for the Christmas party, so it wasn't during normal business hours. But the service was perfect and the location is super cute, tucked away in an allotment garden.

The steak with sides was excellent, the hake with all the trimmings was absolutely delicious. The service and the ambiance were, as always, exceptional. My wife and I love "Moritz".

A cozy inn! We only ate there, but the food was especially delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly staff; we'll definitely be back for another meal.

On the recommendation of a local from Pfronten, we stayed two nights at the Oberer Wirt and also had dinner there once. We were absolutely delighted. The location is fantastic in the old town center, very quiet with a wonderful mountain view. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and comfortable. The historic dining room is one of the most beautiful in the area. The food is excellent and beautifully presented (the mother cooks). Everything was delicious, whether it was Schäufele (pork shoulder), venison roast, or roast pork. Breakfast was also very good, served at the table, with a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, vegetables, eggs, juices, yogurt, jam (without plastic packaging), Nutella, and honey. And not to be forgotten: incredibly friendly hosts. If we stay overnight again, we'll only stay here.

The Greek buffet is delicious. Everything is freshly prepared and immediately replenished when something runs out. We will definitely come back.
