We ordered dürüm.
Positive:
- Homemade dürüm bread
- The portions are large
Negative:
- The dough tastes like nothing
- The meat is very bland and undercooked
- The sauces could be better
Overall, it was satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't buy döner there again.
There are better options in the area.
We spent five wonderful days at Klosterbräu. We were treated to culinary delights every single day.
Even breakfast left nothing to be desired.
The evening menu once again impressed us with its high-quality ingredients and the variety of dishes selected by the chef; every wish was fulfilled.
The room was a dream, with a view of the monastery garden and the ponies.
The building and its surroundings are perfect for relaxation.
The service was also outstanding.
A nice little restaurant with a great selection of food. The pizza was also generously topped. They also have a good wine list with high-quality wines.
The service is very attentive.
A family-run hotel with very friendly owners. It's located right next to a ski lift, has a sauna, and an elevator for the upper floors. The rooms are clean, but a bit dated. However, we always felt very comfortable there. The room rates are great and still affordable. We'd love to come back!
The food at the restaurant is really delicious, and the service from most of the staff is very good. I actually really enjoy coming here.
However, the behavior of the young man who helps out is completely unacceptable.
There were several inappropriate comments like, "That's not much of a tip today." - Tips are given according to the service.
When you've already waited a very long time for your food—in our case, about 45 minutes—he comes to the table and says things like, "Yes, you've been waiting a long time," only to then launch into a monologue about math formulas or other topics. It just seems completely out of place in those situations.
At a neighboring table sat an older gentleman who obviously had diabetes. Because his drinks took so long to arrive, he drank his own iced tea. The young man reacted completely inappropriately, repeatedly asking the man why he brought his own drinks instead of simply serving the ones he had ordered.
He also likes to sit down at guests' tables without asking, even when they are having private conversations. I also find that very disturbing.
These are all experiences from several restaurant visits, and only the most striking ones. Unfortunately, inappropriate comments are part of the restaurant experience when the boy is there.
