Super friendly staff, good value for money, delicious food with good portions

We were there for lunch yesterday. The food was excellent and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately, it's too far away for us. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back for dinner. The portions are huge.

Nice ambience, unfortunately only one schnapps

Ewin-style burger Freshly baked bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Great! No lactose, yes—I can eat it. Think again. Ketchup and mayonnaise were replaced without asking with cocktail sauce. With yogurt. So, with lactose. The only thing the manager behind the counter said was: "You ate it, right?" And you would have eaten mayonnaise too. Yes, there's no dairy in it either. When will restaurateurs finally learn that there are people who can't eat everything and depend on the ingredients being correctly labeled? Never again!

Hotel management is uncooperative when rebooking due to illness and insists on cancellation fees and all sorts of excuses…does not respond at all to the 24h deadline specified by booking

We found the pizza, pasta, salad, and ice cream to be very good. A strong recommendation for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. The service was also very good, although we would have liked a bit more attention (empty plates were left in front of us for 20-30 minutes, empty glasses were simply cleared away without a request for a new drink).

We stopped by spontaneously without a reservation. However, we got a table right away, even though it was otherwise quite busy. And we had very friendly service! The food was excellent, all our requests were met, and the server simply made us feel at home. We'd love to go back!

Delicious food at fair prices. I got extra rice without any problems; I think it was free, too.

So, really, everything's fine, but removing mozzarella cheese from their range is completely unacceptable. Suck whoever requested this.
