Very friendly service. Some sauces overpowered the taste of the main dishes. Very salty. Food has gotten better this fall 2023. Salad dressing is more subtle and supports the flavor of the salad ingredients. However, when offering a steak dish, they should asks the guests how they would like their steak to be done. Still delicious in Fall 2024. And in May 2025. Delicious strawberries with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Very friendly service and very good food. I can only recommend it, I'll be back.

Yesterday we went to Sophienbäck for the first time. What can I say... amazing, absolute insider tip if you want to eat delicious Franconian food 👌 Always my pleasure

It's okay to go and eat, but the staff are very unfriendly and you'll get shit on because you dare to order.

Order placed for pickup. Unfortunately this had to be canceled. We wrote an email in good time and tried to reach them by phone well in advance. After an hour of calling, we finally reached someone, but here was the unfriendly note that they should have “called earlier” or “written an email” - exactly what was done. Service not recommended. I can't rate the food accordingly.

There's a wide selection of casseroles. I had the gnocci, wild salmon, and spinach casserole, and Stefan had the Texas. Highly recommended!

The restaurant wasn't crowded so we had quick and fast service. The dishes also came very quickly. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about.

Leider waren die Teller dreckig und der Salat machte den Eindruck nicht mehr ganz frisch zu sein. Die Pizza war lecker und das Bruschetta auch. Leider wurde das Fenster im Restaurant erst auf Nachfrage geschlossen , da es allen kalt war.
