Very tasty, authentic Neapolitan pizza. This certainly won't be our last visit.

The best pizza in my "strict" assessment in Germany :) ok honestly speaking in Europe, or the one I've had in my life, and I've eaten it a lot. 4 cheeses are incredibly tasty and properly made! A low bow to the Pizzeria and I wish you not to stop there! If you are in Würzburg, go for pizza right away.

5 stars because the waitress is extremely good at making me believe that she actually loves me.

The idea of ​​seasonal pizza is great, but the classic pizzas were also very tasty and large. To finish off, there was a delicious panna cota. However, it was very busy; we waited more than half an hour for our order (on a Sunday evening). The service was friendly, attentive, and quick.

An absolute hotspot in Würzburg. The two pizzerias Pepe in Roma and Pepe in Cosmos are always worth a visit. A great concept, top-notch, award-winning pizzas 🍕 prepared and served by friendly, motivated, and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back 👍

The food on the website looked like something my dog ​​had puked on. Aside from that, the food came way too late and was closer to ice cold than piping hot! When I called to inquire about the missing pizzas, I hung up angrily. In addition, the pizza didn't taste good and wasn't cut! How am I supposed to eat my pizza on the Main now!!!

We were in Naples last year and have been big fans of Neapolitan pizza ever since. Here at Pepe we got this great combination of fluffy edge and wafer-thin base for the first time since vacation. The selection of delicious combinations is huge, i.e. h. We can come back here very often before we have eaten everything. 😁😊🍕 Kind regards also to the two dark-haired young ladies from the service, who worked very quickly and very cordially. ♥️

I called there, pizza didn't come after 2 hours then I called and the dog just hung up on her

When making a reservation on the phone, rude and arrogant - as a guest you have the feeling that you are replaceable because the restaurant is "so popular" and apparently does not rely on individuals. Although I really like the pizza and the ambience (even though the music is too loud), that's why I won't be coming again. When making reservations for a large group, 16-19 people, you absolutely needed an exact number, which I was unable to provide 2 1/2 weeks in advance due to unclear acceptances/cancellations. I was then informed that the restaurant was so popular and that otherwise they would have to turn people away. The suggestion that the exact number be delivered a week in advance was therefore not acceptable. How do you imagine this when organizing a group event?

We wanted to have a nice evening for our team and decided to have Pepe at Cosmo to take away and ordered the day in advance because by phone the restaurant wasn't open until 5 p.m. Unfortunately, our main person became ill and we had to cancel our order. An email was written in a timely manner and a continuous phone call was made an hour before opening time. Since some of us have catering experience and we know that a kitchen would have to prepare everything and we ordered for 5:15 p.m. + haven't received any response by email yet, we really tried everything to convey the message. Despite all our efforts, we were able to get a curt “Yes, the pizzas are being prepared, they should have said earlier” - now you could imagine how we finally felt after we finally got there at 4:53 p.m....

Order placed for pickup. Unfortunately this had to be canceled. We wrote an email in good time and tried to reach them by phone well in advance. After an hour of calling, we finally reached someone, but here was the unfriendly note that they should have “called earlier” or “written an email” - exactly what was done. Service not recommended. I can't rate the food accordingly.

Food perfect, everything is nice and good, but when it comes to service, sorry, they get 0 stars. Despite a reservation, you have to leave after just under 2 hours. What's that? When it comes to the antipasti plate for 8 people, you can't even get all the plates slapped on one plate and that's it... I definitely won't be going there again because service is the be-all and end-all

So so great. The food is great, very reasonably priced and the staff was very nice. We got tap water without any problems. The atmosphere is also totally modern and cozy. The vegan offering is really good.

Ordered today at 6:30 p.m. and only after that! Received an email that the pizza should arrive at 9:15 p.m. We weren't told this when we ordered ourselves! At 9:13 p.m. we got a call that they had run out of ham! The pizza was delivered at 9:35 p.m. So way too late and not even the right thing! Not recommended! There wasn't even an apology!!!!

Ordered pizza at 6:40 p.m. Delivered 3 hours later. A pizza was wrong. I would have at least expected pizza bread as an apology.

Unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic... we all ordered pizza, which tasted good, but was rather expensive and unfortunately not well baked. The dough was so thin and "unfinished" that it was extremely floppy and nothing stayed in place when it was cut... nice and crispy and al dente is something else. We reserved a table online for 5:30 p.m. and everything worked out so far. But it wasn't until we sat down at the table that we were told that we only had it for 1.5 hours because others would come afterwards. A bit stupid, but ok. But now it happened that at 6:41 p.m. we were asked to leave because the other group was already there and waiting... so much for at least 1.5 hours, I found that very cheeky... Unfortunately it was really cold in the whole restaurant, so we all froze while eating…

Cozy pizzeria with friendly service and fantastic pizzas. Excellent dough with high quality toppings. Not 50 cm Pizza that hangs over the plate and saves on toppings. I had Pizza Neapolitana with Taggiasca olives, where else can you get that? Plus extra grilled eggplant and a harmonious Merlot. We'll definitely be back, I still have to try the Primitivo.🥰

Pizza was good as always. Service was terrible, we waited 1 hour for the food. A table next to us who arrived after us got a discount even though they didn't have to wait nearly as long as we did. When we wanted to pay we were told that someone would be there soon... 1 hour later there was still no one there. Finally I can say good pizza Service however completely bad!

The room has an attractive appearance, but the temperature was borderline warm and I found the benches to be uncomfortably cool. Unfortunately, the mixed antipasti was served cold and didn't offer any particular taste. The pizza had burns on the edge and was cold in the middle, and the cheese wasn't melted. We had a class reunion after 40 years. I was able to reduce the number of places at short notice because some participants became ill. Nice, competent and friendly service. He kept a close eye on our group and always brought supplies on time. We had a pizza flat rate. A brilliant idea. We always had food and nothing got cold while we were talking.

Until the last time, when I took my boyfriend's family to the pizzeria for the first time and I was tremendously mortified by the terrible treatment we received from the waitress Jana. Totally inappropriate and rude tones to the requests of an elderly lady, rolling her eyes when she is pointed out that there is a fly in the drink and finally starting to shout in the middle of the room, I find it unacceptable to say the least. I'm sorry because this type of service doesn't do justice to Pepe and his restaurant. For this reason I feel I have to unfortunately remove a star

Unfortunately, my high expectations were not met - but I still didn't have anything left 😄👍🏽 I've always seen a lot of customers, which is generally a great sign, so I wanted to see for myself. The pizza was quite good but I honestly expected more. Service was super nice, but occasionally forgot about us, so in the end I didn't get the second drink, but it was still on the bill. After a short explanation, it was of course removed from the bill and they apologized for it, which was fine but of course rounded off the aftertaste.

We ordered two pizzas - a classic and a vegan Margherita. We were able to receive them on time and hot from a friendly waiter. Although we requested it in the order comments field, unfortunately they were not cut. In terms of taste, the classic pizza was great, but unfortunately we didn't like the vegan pizza at all; subjectively, the cheese had an unpleasant smell and consistency. Unfortunately we had to throw them away. We'll be happy to come back for non-vegan pizzas.

Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. Pizzas are Americanized with dip for the crust, vegan pizza tastes salty, sour, greasy and unfortunately just not good. Simply not justified for the price. You won't find good Neapolitan pizza here.

The pizza is one of the best in Würzburg. So far there hasn't been a pizza that hasn't impressed me. The service is friendly, but you are strongly advised to order via the website and not over the phone. The opening times are a shame as there is no lunch menu. The location is easily accessible. The atmosphere is cute. Card payment is possible. Toilets are clean.

We ordered pizza and picked it up. Not only was the pick-up time specified incorrect, we were given the wrong pizza. We only noticed this when we got home. Then we tried calling... and after 5 calls we finally got someone. The lady said the driver would come by and swap the pizzas. We haven't eaten any of it yet...then the driver comes 15 minutes later and gives us the cold pizzas. No sorry or anything - no compensation. And I don't want to know whether the pizzas were in another apartment before.... Service failed!!
