PEPE im Cosmo in Würzburg

Pizzaboden leider in der Mitte nicht genug durchgebacken und am Rand verbrannt - das galt für alle 4 Pizzas am Tisch... wahrscheinlich zu viel Hitze im Ofen... das fand ich sehr schadei... ansonsten alles ok

Komme immer wieder gerne 🫶🏼 die Pizza ist total lecker, eine echte Empfehlung!

War ein sehr angenehmer und schneller Service all in all Top Erlebnis :)

Wir haben einen angenehmen und leckeren Abend (Pizzen und zwei extra Saucen für den Rand, Kaltgetränke und Espresso) im Pepe verbracht. Die Pizzen waren wie erwartet frisch zubereitet, der vegane Belag auch wirklich sehr lecker, ebenso die Saucen. Lediglich der Espresso fiel etwas ab, er war für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu sauer. Insgesamt aber wirklich ein sehr schöner Abend, wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Große Empfehlung!! Sehr leckere neapolitanische Pizza 🍕 Wir waren schön öfter dort und die Qualität ist immer Top. Der Service ist auch freundlich und auf Zack. Immer wieder gerne ❤️

Unkompliziertes Tisch reservieren. Die Anmerkung das der Tisch 1,5 Stunden reserviert ist, finde ich persönlich immer nicht so toll. Ansonsten alles super. Nette Bedienungen essen wie immer top gewesen.

The pizza was delicious and arrived quite quickly. The atmosphere was lively and entertaining. My father asked if the pizza could be cut for him, as he has difficulty doing so himself. We were told that, unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, this was only possible for takeaway orders. We didn't understand what difference this made hygienically and were disappointed that his request couldn't be accommodated.

Good, solid pizza, overall satisfied. Service was friendly, but the ambiance wasn't quite to my taste; it was too dark in places. Tastes vary, so it's best to try it yourself.

The waiters are exceptional, cordial, fast, friendly, efficient and the pizza is pretty good. The antipasti though should be improved with original ingredients like salsiccia, sopressata, italian cheese. In Würzburg, many seem to believe that in Italy we eat rucola, parmigiano as appetizers. Also, nice instrumental music instead of loud one would help elevate a bit the overall experience. The rest is pretty good, bravi.

Disgusting! My girlfriend found mold in her Parmesan pasta. The pasta was just plain butter, no sauce, and the Parmesan was already moldy. The overall taste was very poor. All three urinals in the men's restroom were out of order, and one of the two regular toilets was also out of order 🤣 Never again. I don't understand all the good reviews at all.

The pizza here is high-quality. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the pizza chefs know their stuff. Approved 👍

I went to Pepe's at Cosmo with my girlfriend this week, and I have to say: simply fantastic! 🍕 The pizza is authentic Neapolitan, just as it should be, with a light and airy crust, fresh ingredients, and a flavor that immediately reminds you of Italy. You can tell the passion and quality that goes into their work. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Everything was PERFECT. Everything we ate was top-notch. The pizzas, desserts, salads, and appetizers. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was quiet, and even though the place was completely packed, we waited maybe 10-15 minutes at most for everything. It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars!

The pizza is very great. Very authentic. A friend recommended saying it is the best pizza in Würzburg and I do agree. However I find the music is a bit too loud for talking with friends.

The food was delicious. (: They also offer a selection of vegan dishes. The alcoholic beverage selection is somewhat unusual, but that's not a problem. The service was very good on a relatively busy Friday evening, after a few initial difficulties with seating. Start war gut, Getränke schnell da, freundlich - freundlich gefragt was wir essen wollen, wir brauchen noch kurz. Nach 2 Minuten war die Bedienung wieder da, ok bestellt. 3 Pizzen - 1 Salat. Pizzen super schnell da, Salat fehlt. Nach 2 mal nachfragen, ob dieser vergessen wurde (ne ist in Arbeit, 30 Minuten nach Pizza ist dann erst der Salat gekommen.) Dann kam niemand mehr. Keine Teller abgeräumt, nicht gefragt ob jemand was trinken möchte . Selber nach 30 Min. Getränke an der Theke bestellt & wollten noch die Schoko Pizza. „Ah,kam die Kollegin nicht, die Küche ist schon zu, gibt noch Tiramisu und Cheesecake?“ Dann kam die Bedienung ob was zu trinken, schnell geliefert. Nach 5 min - letzte Runde, 2 min später, abkassieren - aber ihr könnt noch austrinken in Ruhe und sitzen bleiben. 5 min später. Ihr müsst gehen wir schließen. Es war 22:25 h. Fazit: laut opentable (es war Freitag bis 23 h offen), Kundenservice ist was anderes, wir kommen nicht mehr

The pizzeria is very cozy and suitable for small groups. Four of us were there and easily found a seat. It's easy to have a good conversation, and the food is delicious.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. What I can, however, is how one particular lady treated customers. We had a reservation for two and wanted to be seated in the back because the front area was so bare and smelled quite strongly of pizza COMPARED to the back area. There were already guests sitting there and there were free tables. The employee in charge said to us, "I'd like you here with me." for (presumably) organizational reasons, which I, as an employee, wouldn't let on. I then asked politely whether she had a spot in the back and then things got really unpleasant. She made such rude comments that I was really, really surprised. Negative. After she then absolutely had to mention that she runs the place and put on her arrogant smile, the climax came: She gave us a seat in the back because she's so gracious, but ruined our evening with her truly rude comments. My companion then said that it was really enough and that there was no need to be so unfriendly. We both work in responsible positions (in the medical and educational fields) and greatly appreciate respectful, professional interaction. This made her behavior that evening all the more irritating for us. So we left. Afterwards, she loudly abused us in Turkish. Too bad we understood her. Afterward, we went to Pepe in the city center. It was amazing! The food and service were top-notch, and she was incredibly friendly!

After my neighbor complained about a "black" pizza, the waitress simply grabbed my pizza, which was already waiting at the counter, and gave it to the other customer. I then received a much smaller pizza, which I sent back. The new pizza was missing olive oil, which made it very dry. There was also a hair on my pizza.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Super-thin crust, thick crust, and truly fresh ingredients. The service was incredibly friendly and young, and the other customers were really pleasant. You can also sit outside and enjoy life. Simply a must-visit 🌞😁 And one more thing: super delicious homemade lemonade and iced tea 😋😋

Definitely the best pizza in town – Italian friends will be happy here too! Everything is delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The interior design is both modern and cozy. The only thing missing is a dessert collaboration with Cico Gelateria – that would be fantastic.

We were in Naples last year and have been big fans of Neapolitan pizza ever since. Here at Pepe we got this great combination of fluffy edge and wafer-thin base for the first time since vacation. The selection of delicious combinations is huge, i.e. h. We can come back here very often before we have eaten everything. 😁😊🍕 Kind regards also to the two dark-haired young ladies from the service, who worked very quickly and very cordially. ♥️

When making a reservation on the phone, rude and arrogant - as a guest you have the feeling that you are replaceable because the restaurant is "so popular" and apparently does not rely on individuals. Although I really like the pizza and the ambience (even though the music is too loud), that's why I won't be coming again. When making reservations for a large group, 16-19 people, you absolutely needed an exact number, which I was unable to provide 2 1/2 weeks in advance due to unclear acceptances/cancellations. I was then informed that the restaurant was so popular and that otherwise they would have to turn people away. The suggestion that the exact number be delivered a week in advance was therefore not acceptable. How do you imagine this when organizing a group event?

Noch nie so einen guten Service gehabt Kellner am 28.03 (blonde Locken, groß und Brille) war wirklich top, super freundlich trotz viel Kundschaft und sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Pizza hätte bisschen mehr Salz haben können, ansonsten viel Belag und sehr heiß. Tische waren leider etwas nah beeinander, mit zwei Personen war das aber okay. Sonst alle Top!

Dachte immer das wir in unserem Süditalien-Urlaub inkl. Neapel das beste Pizza-Erlebnis hatten. Nö, ist ne Schippe drauf! Preise sind ordentlich, aber so extrem göttlich, bin jedes Mal wieder begeistert. Service is prima und gut gelaunt, alles fein :-)

We wanted to have a nice evening for our team and decided to have Pepe at Cosmo to take away and ordered the day in advance because by phone the restaurant wasn't open until 5 p.m. Unfortunately, our main person became ill and we had to cancel our order. An email was written in a timely manner and a continuous phone call was made an hour before opening time. Since some of us have catering experience and we know that a kitchen would have to prepare everything and we ordered for 5:15 p.m. + haven't received any response by email yet, we really tried everything to convey the message. Despite all our efforts, we were able to get a curt “Yes, the pizzas are being prepared, they should have said earlier” - now you could imagine how we finally felt after we finally got there at 4:53 p.m....

Order placed for pickup. Unfortunately this had to be canceled. We wrote an email in good time and tried to reach them by phone well in advance. After an hour of calling, we finally reached someone, but here was the unfriendly note that they should have “called earlier” or “written an email” - exactly what was done. Service not recommended. I can't rate the food accordingly.

Food perfect, everything is nice and good, but when it comes to service, sorry, they get 0 stars. Despite a reservation, you have to leave after just under 2 hours. What's that? At 9:13 p.m. we got a call that they had run out of ham! The pizza was delivered at 9:35 p.m. So way too late and not even the right thing! Not recommended! There wasn't even an apology!!!!

Ordered pizza at 6:40 p.m. Delivered 3 hours later. A pizza was wrong. I would have at least expected pizza bread as an apology.
