Very tasty, wafer-thin pizzas with a tasty crust. Mine unfortunately turned out a bit dark, but all in all, they were very tasty.

Definitely one of the best pizzas in Würzburg! If you like authentic Italian pizza, you can't go wrong here. The dough is fluffy and topped with the finest ingredients. The waiters are all very friendly. The restaurant is beautifully decorated.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. What I can, however, is how one particular lady treated customers. We had a reservation for two and wanted to be seated in the back because the front area was so bare and smelled quite strongly of pizza COMPARED to the back area. There were already guests sitting there and there were free tables. The employee in charge said to us, "I'd like you here with me." for (presumably) organizational reasons, which I, as an employee, wouldn't let on. I then asked politely whether she had a spot in the back and then things got really unpleasant. She made such rude comments that I was really, really surprised. Negative. After she then absolutely had to mention that she runs the place and put on her arrogant smile, the climax came: She gave us a seat in the back because she's so gracious, but ruined our evening with her truly rude comments. My companion then said that it was really enough and that there was no need to be so unfriendly. We both work in responsible positions (in the medical and educational fields) and greatly appreciate respectful, professional interaction. This made her behavior that evening all the more irritating for us. So we left. Afterwards, she loudly abused us in Turkish. Too bad we understood her. Afterward, we went to Pepe in the city center. It was amazing! The food and service were top-notch, and she was incredibly friendly!

After my neighbor complained about a "black" pizza, the waitress simply grabbed my pizza, which was already waiting at the counter, and gave it to the other customer. I then received a much smaller pizza, which I sent back. The new pizza was missing olive oil, which made it very dry. There was also a hair on my pizza.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Super-thin crust, thick crust, and truly fresh ingredients. The service was incredibly friendly and young, and the other customers were really pleasant. You can also sit outside and enjoy life. Simply a must-visit 🌞😁 And one more thing: super delicious homemade lemonade and iced tea 😋😋

Definitely the best pizza in town – Italian friends will be happy here too! Everything is delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The interior design is both modern and cozy. The only thing missing is a dessert collaboration with Cico Gelateria – that would be fantastic.

We were in Naples last year and have been big fans of Neapolitan pizza ever since. Here at Pepe we got this great combination of fluffy edge and wafer-thin base for the first time since vacation. The selection of delicious combinations is huge, i.e. h. We can come back here very often before we have eaten everything. 😁😊🍕 Kind regards also to the two dark-haired young ladies from the service, who worked very quickly and very cordially. ♥️

The food on the website looked like something my dog ​​had puked on. Aside from that, the food came way too late and was closer to ice cold than piping hot! When I called to inquire about the missing pizzas, I hung up angrily. In addition, the pizza didn't taste good and wasn't cut! How am I supposed to eat my pizza on the Main now!!!

When making a reservation on the phone, rude and arrogant - as a guest you have the feeling that you are replaceable because the restaurant is "so popular" and apparently does not rely on individuals. Although I really like the pizza and the ambience (even though the music is too loud), that's why I won't be coming again. When making reservations for a large group, 16-19 people, you absolutely needed an exact number, which I was unable to provide 2 1/2 weeks in advance due to unclear acceptances/cancellations. I was then informed that the restaurant was so popular and that otherwise they would have to turn people away. The suggestion that the exact number be delivered a week in advance was therefore not acceptable. How do you imagine this when organizing a group event?

Order placed for pickup. Unfortunately this had to be canceled. We wrote an email in good time and tried to reach them by phone well in advance. After an hour of calling, we finally reached someone, but here was the unfriendly note that they should have “called earlier” or “written an email” - exactly what was done. Service not recommended. I can't rate the food accordingly.

We wanted to have a nice evening for our team and decided to have Pepe at Cosmo to take away and ordered the day in advance because by phone the restaurant wasn't open until 5 p.m. Unfortunately, our main person became ill and we had to cancel our order. An email was written in a timely manner and a continuous phone call was made an hour before opening time. Since some of us have catering experience and we know that a kitchen would have to prepare everything and we ordered for 5:15 p.m. + haven't received any response by email yet, we really tried everything to convey the message. Despite all our efforts, we were able to get a curt “Yes, the pizzas are being prepared, they should have said earlier” - now you could imagine how we finally felt after we finally got there at 4:53 p.m....

Food perfect, everything is nice and good, but when it comes to service, sorry, they get 0 stars. Despite a reservation, you have to leave after just under 2 hours. What's that? When it comes to the antipasti plate for 8 people, you can't even get all the plates slapped on one plate and that's it... I definitely won't be going there again because service is the be-all and end-all

So so great. The food is great, very reasonably priced and the staff was very nice. We got tap water without any problems. The atmosphere is also totally modern and cozy. The vegan offering is really good.

Ordered pizza at 6:40 p.m. Delivered 3 hours later. A pizza was wrong. I would have at least expected pizza bread as an apology.

Ordered today at 6:30 p.m. and only after that! Received an email that the pizza should arrive at 9:15 p.m. We weren't told this when we ordered ourselves! At 9:13 p.m. we got a call that they had run out of ham! The pizza was delivered at 9:35 p.m. So way too late and not even the right thing! Not recommended! There wasn't even an apology!!!!

Unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic... we all ordered pizza, which tasted good, but was rather expensive and unfortunately not well baked. The dough was so thin and "unfinished" that it was extremely floppy and nothing stayed in place when it was cut... nice and crispy and al dente is something else. We reserved a table online for 5:30 p.m. and everything worked out so far. But it wasn't until we sat down at the table that we were told that we only had it for 1.5 hours because others would come afterwards. A bit stupid, but ok. But now it happened that at 6:41 p.m. we were asked to leave because the other group was already there and waiting... so much for at least 1.5 hours, I found that very cheeky... Unfortunately it was really cold in the whole restaurant, so we all froze while eating…

Cozy pizzeria with friendly service and fantastic pizzas. Excellent dough with high quality toppings. Not 50 cm Pizza that hangs over the plate and saves on toppings. I had Pizza Neapolitana with Taggiasca olives, where else can you get that? Plus extra grilled eggplant and a harmonious Merlot. We'll definitely be back, I still have to try the Primitivo.🥰

The room has an attractive appearance, but the temperature was borderline warm and I found the benches to be uncomfortably cool. Unfortunately, the mixed antipasti was served cold and didn't offer any particular taste. The pizza had burns on the edge and was cold in the middle, and the cheese wasn't melted. Without a doubt the best pizzeria in Würzburg. I have been a regular customer for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Until the last time, when I took my boyfriend's family to the pizzeria for the first time and I was tremendously mortified by the terrible treatment we received from the waitress Jana. Totally inappropriate and rude tones to the requests of an elderly lady, rolling her eyes when she is pointed out that there is a fly in the drink and finally starting to shout in the middle of the room, I find it unacceptable to say the least. I'm sorry because this type of service doesn't do justice to Pepe and his restaurant. For this reason I feel I have to unfortunately remove a star

Unfortunately, my high expectations were not met - but I still didn't have anything left 😄👍🏽 I've always seen a lot of customers, which is generally a great sign, so I wanted to see for myself. The pizza was quite good but I honestly expected more. Service was super nice, but occasionally forgot about us, so in the end I didn't get the second drink, but it was still on the bill. After a short explanation, it was of course removed from the bill and they apologized for it, which was fine but of course rounded off the aftertaste.

We ordered two pizzas - a classic and a vegan Margherita. We were able to receive them on time and hot from a friendly waiter. Although we requested it in the order comments field, unfortunately they were not cut. In terms of taste, the classic pizza was great, but unfortunately we didn't like the vegan pizza at all; subjectively, the cheese had an unpleasant smell and consistency. Unfortunately we had to throw them away. We'll be happy to come back for non-vegan pizzas.

Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. Pizzas are Americanized with dip for the crust, vegan pizza tastes salty, sour, greasy and unfortunately just not good. Simply not justified for the price. You won't find good Neapolitan pizza here.
