MAM-MAM Burger in Würzburg

In my opinion the best burgers in the city - but the biggest highlight is the service 👍

Very unfriendly and poor reception/service in the restaurant. No greeting from the waitress while waiting for a seat and very inflexible.

An average modern burger restaurant. Nothing special, but not bad either. Unfortunately, the differences in the burgers are only due to the sauces or cucumber/jalapeno.

Chic, rather spartan burger joint hidden away near the cathedral. The waitresses are on point, the food came quickly and was tasty, only the burger could have been a little hotter. All in all, a good spot for burgers.

We ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening and it was very busy, we were lucky to get a table. Be sure to reserve in advance on weekends! We had the mam mam burger and the spicy sriracha burger and sweet potato fries with avocado dip. Both burgers were nothing special in terms of taste, the toppings were poor (2 leaves of iceberg lettuce, 2 gherkins, some onions, a very dark pattie, and some sauce) and carelessly placed on the burger, and it wasn't really hot anymore. There wasn't much of a difference between the burgers. In terms of taste and appearance, it's no better than various fast food chains. On top of that, we waited over 35 minutes for our food, which was incredibly long for a restaurant that only serves burgers. The price is also way too expensive for what you get, we paid €36 for our meal plus two drinks. The ambience also has more of a fast food vibe, as everything is very sterile. It was also very loud. Maybe enough for lunch, as it's cheaper then. But if you want to eat a delicious burger in the evening and stay seated for a while, it's better to go somewhere else.

Super tasty fries, especially the sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. The burgers are OK, but nothing really special. It's nice that you can order all of them vegan with Beyond Meat. The cocktails are also delicious and reasonably priced. The service was quick and courteous.

I was here with a total of 5 people and we were all extremely impressed by the very good service and the good food. It's one of the best burger places I've been to. The ambience is very modern and abstract. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious burgers in the past, but delivery has been very unreliable for several months. It happens more often that delivery times of 90 minutes are the rule. It also often happens that you are held back for over an hour with an arbitrary number of minutes, which indicates how long the order still needs. Just to end up canceling it. Unfortunately also on Sunday evenings when only a few restaurants are still open. The burgers are good, if you want to rely on delivery… I wouldn't order.

The burgers were ok, nothing special. Unfortunately it was very cold inside, so we ate with jackets on. Overall, everything seems very uncomfortable and cold. It also smelled strange (like toilet/urine) 🫤 But the service was very good!

It was very tasty. I was there with colleagues at lunchtime. We all had the lunch menu, which was really good for the price. We stumbled across this really nice shop because it is located in a side street that you can see at first glance, not an insider tip but highly recommended.

Mam-Mam Restaurant is perfect for people of all ages. The burgers actually taste different from others in city-based burger joints because they use delicious homemade sauce and fresh vegetables. Great burger restaurant in Würzburg! The ambience is classic for such a restaurant and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. The burgers and fries were very tasty, as was the coleslaw. The lunch menu, which is available from Mon-Fri from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., is a great deal (€12.50 for burgers, fries or coleslaw and a soft drink/0.33l beer) There are also vegan alternatives with Beyond Meat patties. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It's also great that ketchup and mayo are available for self-service on every table.

Had a burger at MAM-MAM yesterday. The waiter was super nice and helped me a lot with the order. It was super delicious! I can only recommend MAM-MAM Burger and will always come back. ☺️

I ordered online and the burger was RAW!. Can not be considered medium done, was burned from outside and pink from inside, worst experience ever to eat Raw meat, I had to throw it away. If you dont want to post my experience at least give me my money back !!!!

Recommend taking advantage of the lunch offer. I had a truffle cheese burger which was a bit dry, but sauces are on the table and don't need to be ordered, the fries are also very tasty. I can't recommend the cole slaw.

Update: I would be careful about the reviews of this restaurant here on Google. The owner tried to have this review removed through a law firm. Questionable practices. Everyone has to know for themselves whether they want to support such a business. Hardly overpriced for what you get. The burger tastes pretty McDonalds-like for €12, fries another €5 separately. There are no sauces at the table either; you have to pay an extra €1 each for them. The ambience is cool, but rather wannabe.

Please make a short appeal to all reviewers!! Mam Mam can't help the underground driver, who is unrivaled in his rudeness and generally demands that we pick up the delivery downstairs from the front door because he's too lazy to walk up to the second floor. And so last night I learned through a quick phone call with employees that they can't really control who delivers the food. Unfortunately, I gave another company a negative review because of this driver (he appears to drive for several companies) and deleted this unjustified review after speaking to Mam Mam staff. Unfortunately, we associated these companies with the driver, so we rarely placed any orders to avoid the driver. However, these companies can't do anything about it and we urgently ask you to rate the email with the ticket number, which is then addressed to Lieferando - that's exactly where the rating belongs. And now for the burgers: Handmade patties and great taste, just like burgers should be. Home fries were a bit larger in portion, but tasted exactly as they should. UNFORTUNATELY you can't make coleslaw yourself (it's really easy and takes very little effort), but you can eat it. 😉 Guys, apart from the coleslaw there is nothing negative to report (at least yet) and we remain loyal to you - but this driver will never get a tip again. ✌ In summary, even with a small minus point, it absolutely remains 5 full stars ❤ I can't say anything about the ambience, but next time we're in town we'll come visit you live 🤗

Mam Mam is a centrally located burger restaurant in Würzburg. The ambience is quite classic for such a restaurant and there is both indoor and outdoor seating. The selection of vegan dishes is okay. There are Beyond Meat burgers. However, these are rather expensive compared to the other burgers. The drink prices are also strangely high at almost €4 for a small amount of water. In terms of taste, the burgers were tasty and also filling. In my opinion, a restaurant that you can visit, but definitely not necessary. We had it delivered. Actually wanted a late lunch (order at 2:23 p.m., with usual delivery time of up to 50 minutes) but it was late in the afternoon - delivery just before four; no plans to retain us as future customers, e.g. B. through free drinks or a voucher or something similar. The quality left a lot to be desired: the burgers were completely soggy, the meat was bad and the chili cheese fries are twice as expensive as those from the relevant fast food chains, but at most half as good. All in all a really disappointing experience and completely overpriced.

It was my first time ordering from this store, the order went through Wolt. Unfortunately, I have read several times in the reviews that the meat was said to have been raw in some places. After eating the burgers, I experienced the worst 24 hours of my life - I had severe gastrointestinal symptoms that clearly indicated food poisoning. The taste of the food was really good, but the quality of the preparation apparently left a lot to be desired. You should definitely be careful here.

Simply delicious!! The burgers are crispy on the outside and just right on the inside, good portion. The onion rings are delicious, I recommend them, they come in 6. The service is very friendly. I don't give 5 because there were few tables occupied and the order for 2 was delayed. But, it was worth it! What a delight!

Salad, burgers and milkshakes were really good and the waiter/service employee was very nice. As far as the cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant is concerned (floor, tables, toilets clean, no greasy cards, etc.) everything is perfect! I don't think you see that that often today, regardless of the price category. You can tell from the shop that someone is interested in the customer.

On a Thursday evening, four of us (a family with two children) went to the store to eat burgers. Staff: We were greeted very friendly, and since there weren't that many people there at that time, we were able to choose where we wanted to sit. The waiters gave us enough time to decide, but we didn't have to wait long for a waiter to come over to take our order. The waiters were always friendly and didn't stress us out when ordering, telling us to talk faster or anything like that. He never greeted us, which is completely fine in a restaurant like this. When the waiter brought our food, he briefly mixed up the table, but quickly switched gears and then brought us the food. Our other orders were a chicken burger without onions with a side of fries and peach ice tea to drink, an original cheeseburger (double) with fries and coleslaw and a Fritz-Kola. We also ordered a blue cheeseburger (double) with fries and Fritz lemonade. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our food and everything arrived just as we ordered it. We had to wait an extra two minutes for the onion rings because they weren't ready yet. In my opinion, the cheeseburger could use a little more sauce, but otherwise I/we had no “complaints” about the food. The burger patties tasted very good and not artificial at all. The onion rings were fresh and also very good. The fries were very crispy and fresh. Overall, everything tasted very good. Ambience: The restaurant had very modern furnishings, so it wasn't old-fashioned at all. The graffiti/pictures on the walls created a good atmosphere. There was hip-hop music playing in the background. Since there weren't many people in the restaurant, it was very quiet and it was easy to talk to each other without having to shout. Overall, you can say that the atmosphere in the restaurant was very good. Never again, there are other good burger shops, the waiter was passive aggressive, chilicheese burgers came without jalapenos, which of course can happen. Then his colleague came out and stood there for a few seconds as I didn't round up because of the tip, then when I gave it out she dropped the small money and laughed smugly, it really doesn't work at all, staff NO GO!

Very good burger shop. Had dinner there by chance and recommendation. Very nicely decorated restaurant. Very well maintained and beautiful pictures on the wall. Very clean. Now about the food. Ordered two burgers. Food comes to the table very warm. No pre-made patties. Sauces very tasty. Fries very hot and crispy. Here sauces are right at the table. Very pleasantly cool given the current temperatures, but not too cold. No air conditioning, a good ventilation system. Tables were wet cleaned after guests left. Should be normal, but unfortunately it's not done everywhere anymore. We were soooo very satisfied. Keep it up. Our new first stop at Burger. It is delivered via Lieferando. Have had a few driver pickups during our time there. Have been there several times now and always good and friendly. Keep it up

After an extremely strenuous day, I ordered the cheeseburger with truffle mayo, along with potato fries and sour cream dip. I swear to you, that was definitely the best burger and fries I've ever eaten in my life. The atmosphere in the store is very cool and the staff is top notch. Hats off! And please keep it up👍🏽

The burgers were average, but still ok. I think the price for the Tijuana Fries (€7.50) is a bit too high - it's a relatively small portion. All in all just under €30 for 2 burgers and a small portion of fries, average taste - 3 stars overall. Because of the positive reviews, we spontaneously tried Mam Mam... Mmhhh... first impression was positive and the service was really very friendly 👍😃.. The menu is clear and there isn't too much choice! Which isn't a bad thing!!!! However, if you're in the mood for a bowl or various salads, you're in for a treat. The chilicheese burger was ok, the sweet potato fries are tasty but for €6.90 it's just far too little!! The Caesars Salade is not worth the money.. Drown in dressing, some fried chicken pieces and shaved parmesan.. done. Sorry, there's a lot of room for improvement. The ambience is nicely done, but the noise is like that of a train station... you should hang up one or two acoustic panels. We were therefore disappointed. Oh yes and finally... If you read through the reviews, you'll notice that only the 5 stars are commented on 👎🏼

I was at Mam-Mam Burger in Würzburg and had a chili cheeseburger with fries. The fries were great – nice and crispy, but also tender. The burger was freshly made and tasted really good. One small drawback: I would have liked a little more spiciness for a chili burger. Still highly recommended!
