I was at Hans im Glück Würzburg for the first time today and I am absolutely thrilled! As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted warmly and escorted straight to my seat. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy - the stylish design with the birch trunks creates a great feel-good atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight the fantastic team! All the employees are super friendly, attentive and radiate really positive energy. You can tell that people work here with passion - and that makes the visit all the more beautiful. The food was simply awesome! My burger was grilled to perfection, the ingredients were fresh and the combination of flavors was simply delicious. The side dishes – especially the crispy fries with the delicious sauces – were also a real highlight. All in all, my first visit was a complete success. A huge congratulations to the entire team – you are doing a great job! I'll definitely be back.

Burgers were very tasty. Not the fries though. Didn't taste like anything. The toilets looked very stylish but were not clean. It smelled very bad and the soap dispensers weren't filled up.

Always a safe number. The food and drinks are always good, the service is quick and the atmosphere is cozy.

We ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately, we heroes ordered under the wrong name and our cell phone went dead. On our honor, Hans in the Glücksteam prepared the entire order from scratch and sent it to us, even though it was our fault! That's what I call service! Hats off!

The burgers are prepared quickly and freshly. The staff is very friendly and with the price/performance ratio of the lunch menu and evening meal there is something for everyone.

Stopped in spontaneously and got a place straight away. Service was quick. However, the desired brioche bun was not brought when we ordered. But we accepted it without complaining. My partner's patty still has room for improvement. I had a double-smashed burger without a bun and it was very tasty. The bowl was absolutely perfect and very tasty. We missed the attention from the service, whether everything was okay and whether there was anything else we would like. That's why the tip wasn't too generous, for which no thanks were received and no pleasant evening was wished. P.S.: I was already extremely disappointed at the "Hans im Glück" Nuremberg after the presumed restaurant manager dressed down a service person so badly in front of all the guests. I actually thought it would be a perfect evening this time.

We celebrated our Christmas party there for the second time! We are thrilled with the service: attentive, fast and super friendly! The food was super tasty and was served really quickly after ordering! We really like the warm atmosphere with the beautiful decoration, which is why we like to go to this restaurant!

Wow, super great restaurant, the natural style gets you in the mood, eating is simply perfect, the conditions are friendly despite being at full capacity. 🌟 Dogs are allowed but it's pretty tight if you plan to bring a German Shepherd with you. Small dogs are no problem.

It's best to reserve online, it's super easy and you'll be reminded when the appointment is. But that's exactly where you get 1 star 🌟 Deduction, the table or which part of the restaurant you want to sit in cannot be booked, it is determined according to the number of people in a grid procedure and the stay is limited to 90 minutes. From the moment you arrive until you leave the restaurant, you are enveloped in a bubble of friendliness, attention, comfort and warmth. The different scents of grilled and fried waft around your nose, GORGEOUS!! We sat at a table for two that had a very rustic design and literally invited you to linger. The service was exemplary, on point, careful, competent = a true Gadtro angel.TOP!! The food was ordered quickly (after the inimitable instructions). 1 x pepper bag with fries 1 x full-bodied with fries Less than 10 minutes later the burgers were in front of us, WOW, that's what we call fast. Guys it smelled and looked amazing and the taste topped the sight even more. For both burgers= Juicy, perfectly seasoned patties, excellently fried, great roasted aromas, a taste explosion when you bite into them. You have to try this. The combination and composition of the various ingredients create a top-class culinary delight. Our conclusion: -Whoever loves burgers & fries -I enjoy sitting in a great atmosphere -Competent and friendly staff likes -Want to do something good for yourself -I'm happy to say - I was there 😉 This is exactly the right place. We'll be back to be whisked away to the land of friendliness and burgers.

Delivery time adhered to. Fries only lukewarm and no longer crispy. Delivery incomplete. Delivery should be made after the call. 30 minutes later - for a 5 minute walk - nothing happened. Rude employee when asked again by phone. Delivered after about 50 minutes, the rest of the food was already cold. Customer service can be improved.

Very friendly, child-friendly and attentive staff. Delicious, uncomplicated food that was brought to the table really quickly and was beautifully presented. We felt very comfortable. Citizens fried perfectly, good portion size. The homemade thirst quenchers were something special. The cappuccino was significantly better than it ever was in the previous café at this location. Prices are actually low considering the quality, service and ambience.

A wonderful taste One of the best burgers I've ever eaten

We were there spontaneously on Sunday and reserved a table at short notice. Our table was even lovingly decorated for my father-in-law's birthday - a wonderful gesture! We brought a cake with us, which the owner accepted without any hassle. This was even served to us in an appealing way. As a special surprise, the birthday child received a cocktail on the house. The service was extremely attentive and first class. The owner himself was remarkably friendly, accommodating and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasant. I have visited Hans im Glück in other cities, but this location was by far the best! Thank you for the great experience – we would love to come back!

I ended up at Hans im Glück at the trade fair and was super excited! Owner Isi was super nice and did a really great job. The burgers are fresh and really tasty, plus a chilled atmosphere. I can only recommend it! Thanks for the fun entertainment and the vouchers!

The three of us had dinner at Hans im Glück on Saturday evening. We received a very friendly welcome and the service at the table was also super nice, very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty.

The burger was good. The fries weren't worth the money. The service was scheduled. It is always disadvantageous when 3 different groups are supposed to take care of a task and then do not communicate sufficiently with each other. The atmosphere was like a club. Very loud and bass-heavy. I don't enjoy chewing to the bass rhythm. But since you couldn't talk, you were quickly out again.

I actually always enjoyed eating there, but after yesterday never again. I felt completely sick 3 hours later, stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. I still have a bit of a stomach ache too. My buddy didn't feel so well afterwards either, but probably better than me.

We ate hamburgers, one with meat and one vegan, and both were very tasty and had plenty of toppings. Sweet potato fries are a must with the burger. We ordered the large portion as it was too big for the two of us. Lemonades were very tasty and tasted exactly as described on the menu. The service was also very good, young attentive people. The atmosphere was very appealing, we immediately felt at home. Visited “Hans” for the first time and would do it again.

Today we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday in a separate area. We were very accommodating in many things (our own decorations, cakes, etc.), which we thought was really great because it wasn't something we could take for granted. The food was, as always, super delicious. The service was very nice and competent and took great care of us. Of course, the ambience also speaks for itself. We are more than satisfied and would celebrate here again and again. Thank you again for this lovely afternoon. Keep it up.

Hans im Glück offers a pleasant overall experience that impresses with the successful combination of delicious food and beautiful ambience. The dishes were tasty and were served in a surprisingly short time after ordering - a clear plus point for the service. The modern and stylish ambience invites you to linger, but unfortunately we noticed stains on the seat cushions, which slightly diminished the otherwise positive impression. Overall a good restaurant, but with little room for improvement.

Solid 4 stars, the burgers are sometimes a bit small so you won't be completely full from fries and burgers alone. But the burger itself is very tasty!

The service staff was very nice and accommodating, the two burgers also tasted very, very good, unfortunately neither of us felt well the next morning as we had stomach cramps and other mild symptoms of food poisoning. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Burger was on the table even before the barely cooked fries. Burger was mediocre in terms of meat, but the bun was tasty. There was also way too much sauce on the burger. I really didn't like the vegan sauces on the table, I've never tasted such a nasty fries sauce in my life. The whole experience was a bit like an expensive version of eating at the place with the big yellow M. In short, eat somewhere else if you are looking for a decent burger.

Mediocre burgers with mediocre service. It took a long time for the service employee to come to us. The burgers are nothing special in terms of taste for me. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is poor. I know prices have gone up everywhere. But for me this is not proportionate. I had requested the fries unsalted - but they were properly salted. The lemonade I ordered tasted very artificial and incredibly sweet. Sorry, there are better alternatives for us!

Unfortunately, the service is subpar, the order is commented on snidely, you have to wait forever for the things you ordered and to pay, and then tips are taken for granted and you react rudely if you don't receive one. There are good tips for good service, none for bad service. The food is ok and the ambience is actually quite nice. Nevertheless, this will be our last visit.

The food was very tasty, ordering was super quick and the service was very friendly. Since it's not easy to drink a hot drink in these warm temperatures, we were even given a cold coffee/chocolate drink for lunch as a courtesy! If we came from here, we would definitely come here more often :) Now we're heading back to the Allgäu.

What can you say? Hans is lucky. Quality and taste perfect. Child-friendly and accommodating. The staff also completely involved my 6 year old. Big praise to the staff. It was very, very nice. Would have liked to take pictures. But I forgot about it because of my little son.

I've been there several times now and have never been disappointed. Great attentive staff and the food was simply great. I particularly recommend the vegetarian alternatives, the best I have probably eaten so far and the salads are simply delicious only recommended :)
