We spontaneously stopped by for lunch today and received very friendly service. The burgers were amazing, as always; everything was perfect.

Always delicious, excellent service, and very family-friendly. Kids get pens and a coloring book.

The staff served me a brownie for my birthday and were very welcoming overall. We felt very comfortable.

The food was excellent, as always. The seating was very uncomfortable. The plexiglass at the back meant there was no room to move.

This place is awesome. Surprisingly, the dinner combo comes with either an alcoholic or a non-alcoholic drink. I ordered a Mojito and it came in a big tall glass. The restaurant is very nice inside, the decoration is very cozy. Last but not least, our server, Ayça, was excellent, super nice and friendly. I had a few questions and she always answered with a smile. The restaurant has a sauce so delicious, Orange-Senf-Sosse. I had to buy one to take home. You will never regret having a lunch or dinner at this great and awesome place.

The burgers are delicious and beautifully presented—just as you'd expect from Hans im Glück. The staff was really nice, friendly, and quick. We sat outside, where it was really nice and cozy.

I've already visited Hans im Glück in Heidelberg, and today I visited the Würzburg branch for the first time. The food was truly outstanding, and all the employees were very friendly. I was eating alone, and an employee asked me with a smile if I liked it. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer properly because I was just taking a bite – but it was truly delicious and a touching experience. As a poor student, I'll probably stop by more often to treat myself to some nutritious refreshment. On certain days, I eat vegetarian, and it's great that they have so many delicious vegan and vegetarian burgers. Today I ordered the classic burger with potatoes and a pilsner. Based on this experience, I will now firmly believe that the hamburger is a German dish – haha! 🇩🇪🍔 Thank you for this wonderful experience!

It took quite a while for someone to even ask for drinks. We only found out then that they had a system outage; they could have announced it earlier. The food was definitely delicious.

Fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared! Special praise also goes to the lady who served us – super friendly, warm, and attentive. We immediately felt welcome. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Hand im Glück!

We went to Hans im Glück for dinner for the first time on Saturday evening. We got a nice spot on the market square, and the server, Thea, was fantastic! She was a super sweet and attentive girl, and helpful from the very beginning. The cocktail selection is very extensive, and we were not disappointed. The food arrived quickly, and my Bravur salad was excellent. From the ambiance to the food and drinks, it was truly a perfect evening! Many thanks to the Hans im Glück team.

After my friends and I were ignored for 15 minutes in the restaurant across the street, we decided to go to Hans im Glück! We received a very friendly welcome and were served immediately! A huge compliment goes to the service staff, who were so attentive and super friendly! When you're treated like that as a guest, the food tastes even better! We'll be back♡

Waiter without hesitate lie about free tables. I feel discriminated. Not a good place! If you want your trip to be ruined try to sit there. They are not friendly to foreign tourists.

A visit to "Hans im Glück" in Würzburg is highly recommended – a fantastic experience all around! The service was excellent: The staff was attentive, friendly, and very dedicated. Special requests were readily accommodated and fulfilled, which made the visit particularly pleasant. Overall, we felt extremely welcome. The menu is balanced and varied, so there's something for every taste. For our main course, we chose the smashburger with various toppings – a real hit in terms of taste! The ingredients and sauces were perfectly matched and impressed with their freshness and quality. The side dishes were also impressive across the board: The BBQ cauliflower wings, sweet potato fries, and crispy beans were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and superbly seasoned. Combined with the freshly prepared, intensely flavored dips, this created an exceptional taste experience. The portions are generous and satisfying even when you're very hungry – without sacrificing quality or presentation. For drinks, we opted for the house's creatively curated thirst quenchers, whose fruity freshness perfectly complemented the food. Gastronomically, this is a showcase restaurant that sets standards – everything is just right here!

I'm sorry, but I can't give a high rating and will instead offer a rather critical review. I often visit the restaurant "Hans im Glück" in Munich for lunch or dinner and I value it very much. This makes my first experience in Würzburg all the more disappointing. Firstly, the wait for the food was very long – the salad wasn't served for about 45 minutes. Secondly, I ordered the dinner menu, which for €23.80 includes a burger or salad, a side dish, and a cocktail. I had also discussed this with the waitress. In the end, however, I was charged €31.80, which I only noticed when checking my bank account the next day. I am aware that there is an extra €2 for the sweet potato fries. However, I'm unclear what the additional €6 was for. This total price is even higher than for individual orders. Could this have been an oversight on the part of the waitress? Or is it perhaps due to my foreign origin? Furthermore, I didn't receive an invoice, although I assume one is usually given to the customer. I have already left Würzburg due to a business trip, but I would still like to express my disappointment about this experience.

We stopped here for lunch as part of a day trip. Both the outdoor seating and the service were very good. We received a friendly welcome and were served in a friendly manner. The food was freshly prepared and both delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed the drinks.

The special outdoor area right next to the market is very nice. The staff is friendly. I saw the flyer and ordered the "Feast of the Gods." Unfortunately, the ouzo wasn't chilled, and neither was the glass. Ouzo should be ice cold. What a shame! The worst thing, though, was that the burger was very small and the meat was cold—not even room temperature, but cold as if it had just come out of the fridge. We mentioned this, but unfortunately, they said the chef had it in his hand and it was warm and had cooled down. Sorry, but at 30 degrees outside, the meat can't arrive at the table colder than the drinks, even if they had been warm. Since I was so impressed in Bremen, I thought it would be the same here. No, I was disappointed.
