We went to Hans im Glück in Würzburg as a group on Good Friday – and what can I say: it was just great! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and our table was perfectly prepared despite the large number of people. I would particularly like to highlight the extremely nice and polite service: attentive, charming and always with a smile on their faces - you really feel welcome! Special requests were also responded to flexibly and easily, which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. The food? Great as usual! The burgers were fresh, juicy and lovingly prepared, and the vegan options were also really well received in our group. The side dishes, especially the fries and the homemade sauces, round the whole thing off perfectly. The ambience with the cozy green interior in tree house style also creates a relaxed atmosphere - ideal for a relaxed evening with friends. Conclusion: If you are looking for a stylish burger shop with great service in Würzburg, you have come to the right place. We'll definitely be back!

We were tasked with installing the security systems. In our work, we also witnessed internal processes and mechanisms. There is a lot of emphasis on food safety here. The managing director is personally on site and ensures that every guest is treated like a star. The employees are just as friendly and professional, that is obviously their success concept👍👍👍👍👍

I was at Hans im Glück Würzburg for the first time today and I am absolutely thrilled! As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted warmly and escorted straight to my seat. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy - the stylish design with the birch trunks creates a great feel-good atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight the fantastic team! All the employees are super friendly, attentive and radiate really positive energy. You can tell that people work here with passion - and that makes the visit all the more beautiful. The food was simply awesome! My burger was grilled to perfection, the ingredients were fresh and the combination of flavors was simply delicious. The side dishes – especially the crispy fries with the delicious sauces – were also a real highlight. All in all, my first visit was a complete success. A huge congratulations to the entire team – you are doing a great job! I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in spontaneously and got a place straight away. Service was quick. However, the desired brioche bun was not brought when we ordered. But we accepted it without complaining. My partner's patty still has room for improvement. I had a double-smashed burger without a bun and it was very tasty. The bowl was absolutely perfect and very tasty. We missed the attention from the service, whether everything was okay and whether there was anything else we would like. That's why the tip wasn't too generous, for which no thanks were received and no pleasant evening was wished. P.S.: I was already extremely disappointed at the "Hans im Glück" Nuremberg after the presumed restaurant manager dressed down a service person so badly in front of all the guests. I actually thought it would be a perfect evening this time.

Rude employee when asked again by phone. Delivered after about 50 minutes, the rest of the food was already cold. Customer service can be improved.

Citizens fried perfectly, good portion size. The homemade thirst quenchers were something special. The cappuccino was significantly better than it ever was in the previous café at this location. Prices are actually low considering the quality, service and ambience.

We were there spontaneously on Sunday and reserved a table at short notice. Our table was even lovingly decorated for my father-in-law's birthday - a wonderful gesture! We brought a cake with us, which the owner accepted without any hassle. This was even served to us in an appealing way. As a special surprise, the birthday child received a cocktail on the house. The service was extremely attentive and first class. The owner himself was remarkably friendly, accommodating and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasant. I have visited Hans im Glück in other cities, but this location was by far the best! Thank you for the great experience – we would love to come back!

The three of us had dinner at Hans im Glück on Saturday evening. We received a very friendly welcome and the service at the table was also super nice, very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty.

The burger was good. The fries weren't worth the money. The service was scheduled. It is always disadvantageous when 3 different groups are supposed to take care of a task and then do not communicate sufficiently with each other. The atmosphere was like a club. Very loud and bass-heavy. I don't enjoy chewing to the bass rhythm. But since you couldn't talk, you were quickly out again.

We ate hamburgers, one with meat and one vegan, and both were very tasty and had plenty of toppings. Sweet potato fries are a must with the burger. We ordered the large portion as it was too big for the two of us. Lemonades were very tasty and tasted exactly as described on the menu. The service was also very good, young attentive people. The atmosphere was very appealing, we immediately felt at home. Visited “Hans” for the first time and would do it again.

We were very accommodating in many things (our own decorations, cakes, etc.), which we thought was really great because it wasn't something we could take for granted. The food was, as always, super delicious. The service was very nice and competent and took great care of us. Of course, the ambience also speaks for itself. Hans im Glück offers a pleasant overall experience that impresses with the successful combination of delicious food and beautiful ambience. The dishes were tasty and were served in a surprisingly short time after ordering - a clear plus point for the service. The modern and stylish ambience invites you to linger, but unfortunately we noticed stains on the seat cushions, which slightly diminished the otherwise positive impression. Overall a good restaurant, but with little room for improvement.

Solid 4 stars, the burgers are sometimes a bit small so you won't be completely full from fries and burgers alone. But the burger itself is very tasty!

The service staff was very nice and accommodating, the two burgers also tasted very, very good, unfortunately neither of us felt well the next morning as we had stomach cramps and other mild symptoms of food poisoning. Unfortunately, it's a shame.
