Delivery time adhered to. Fries only lukewarm and no longer crispy. Delivery incomplete. Delivery should be made after the call. 30 minutes later - for a 5 minute walk - nothing happened. Rude employee when asked again by phone. Delivered after about 50 minutes, the rest of the food was already cold. Customer service can be improved.

Very friendly, child-friendly and attentive staff. Delicious, uncomplicated food that was brought to the table really quickly and was beautifully presented. We felt very comfortable. Citizens fried perfectly, good portion size. The homemade thirst quenchers were something special. The cappuccino was significantly better than it ever was in the previous café at this location. Prices are actually low considering the quality, service and ambience.

A wonderful taste One of the best burgers I've ever eaten

We were there spontaneously on Sunday and reserved a table at short notice. Our table was even lovingly decorated for my father-in-law's birthday - a wonderful gesture! We brought a cake with us, which the owner accepted without any hassle. This was even served to us in an appealing way. As a special surprise, the birthday child received a cocktail on the house. The service was extremely attentive and first class. The owner himself was remarkably friendly, accommodating and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasant. I have visited Hans im Glück in other cities, but this location was by far the best! Thank you for the great experience – we would love to come back!

Best burger in Würzburg, if not the best restaurant. If you have it delivered to your home, the quality is just as good!

The selection of vegan burgers is also significantly larger than at many other burger shops. + Variation of free sauces for fries are great. - Unfortunately, my non-alcoholic cocktail consisted mostly of ice cubes. That's a shame, because although it was tasty, it was empty after a few sips.

The three of us had dinner at Hans im Glück on Saturday evening. We received a very friendly welcome and the service at the table was also super nice, very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty.

The burger was good. The fries weren't worth the money. The service was scheduled. It is always disadvantageous when 3 different groups are supposed to take care of a task and then do not communicate sufficiently with each other. The atmosphere was like a club. Very loud and bass-heavy. I don't enjoy chewing to the bass rhythm. But since you couldn't talk, you were quickly out again.

I actually always enjoyed eating there, but after yesterday never again. I felt completely sick 3 hours later, stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. I still have a bit of a stomach ache too. My buddy didn't feel so well afterwards either, but probably better than me.

We ate hamburgers, one with meat and one vegan, and both were very tasty and had plenty of toppings. Sweet potato fries are a must with the burger. We ordered the large portion as it was too big for the two of us. Lemonades were very tasty and tasted exactly as described on the menu. The service was also very good, young attentive people. The atmosphere was very appealing, we immediately felt at home. Visited “Hans” for the first time and would do it again.

Today we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday in a separate area. We were very accommodating in many things (our own decorations, cakes, etc.), which we thought was really great because it wasn't something we could take for granted. The food was, as always, super delicious. The service was very nice and competent and took great care of us. Of course, the ambience also speaks for itself. We are more than satisfied and would celebrate here again and again. Thank you again for this lovely afternoon. Keep it up.

Delicious food, fast service, nice location in the middle of the city center

Hans im Glück offers a pleasant overall experience that impresses with the successful combination of delicious food and beautiful ambience. The dishes were tasty and were served in a surprisingly short time after ordering - a clear plus point for the service. The modern and stylish ambience invites you to linger, but unfortunately we noticed stains on the seat cushions, which slightly diminished the otherwise positive impression. Overall a good restaurant, but with little room for improvement.

Solid 4 stars, the burgers are sometimes a bit small so you won't be completely full from fries and burgers alone. But the burger itself is very tasty!

The service staff was very nice and accommodating, the two burgers also tasted very, very good, unfortunately neither of us felt well the next morning as we had stomach cramps and other mild symptoms of food poisoning. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Mediocre burgers with mediocre service. It took a long time for the service employee to come to us. The burgers are nothing special in terms of taste for me. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is poor. I know prices have gone up everywhere. But for me this is not proportionate. I had requested the fries unsalted - but they were properly salted. The lemonade I ordered tasted very artificial and incredibly sweet. Sorry, there are better alternatives for us!

Burger was on the table even before the barely cooked fries. Burger was mediocre in terms of meat, but the bun was tasty. There was also way too much sauce on the burger. I really didn't like the vegan sauces on the table, I've never tasted such a nasty fries sauce in my life. The whole experience was a bit like an expensive version of eating at the place with the big yellow M. In short, eat somewhere else if you are looking for a decent burger.

We had a really delicious dinner there and both kids and adults loved their dishes. The kids enjoyed a lot the burgers with fries and we loved the salads. Really nice and helpfull staff and a cheerful atmosphere. Our oldest son was really impressed by the quality and taste of the burger he had.

Unfortunately, the service is subpar, the order is commented on snidely, you have to wait forever for the things you ordered and to pay, and then tips are taken for granted and you react rudely if you don't receive one. There are good tips for good service, none for bad service. The food is ok and the ambience is actually quite nice. Nevertheless, this will be our last visit.

The food was very tasty, ordering was super quick and the service was very friendly. Since it's not easy to drink a hot drink in these warm temperatures, we were even given a cold coffee/chocolate drink for lunch as a courtesy! If we came from here, we would definitely come here more often :) Now we're heading back to the Allgäu.

What can you say? Hans is lucky. Quality and taste perfect. Child-friendly and accommodating. The staff also completely involved my 6 year old. Big praise to the staff. It was very, very nice. Would have liked to take pictures. But I forgot about it because of my little son.

I've been there several times now and have never been disappointed. Great attentive staff and the food was simply great. I particularly recommend the vegetarian alternatives, the best I have probably eaten so far and the salads are simply delicious only recommended :)

For all burger lovers and those who aren't yet: if you want to find out what a real burger tastes like, it's best to come here! A wide selection, lots of young and, above all, friendly waiters and an extremely nice ambience are reason enough to eat a burger here.

Ambiance: A bit artificial and too narrow for four people at a four-person table. Service: Very friendly and accommodating. Eat: Burger too small for the price, no side dishes; The cooking level was totally over the top and the side dishes were only average. Conclusion: Despite the good service, the price-performance ratio is not convincing, so a second visit is not recommended. I've had better burgers for the price.

The food is really delicious, but the prices are very high. You pay €4.90 for around 120g of fries and €10.90 for a cocktail. An ear of corn cost just under €6. So really tasty but unfortunately too expensive. Otherwise the store is nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. A bit uncomfortable that the seats don't have backrests.

The atmosphere is cool, but that's about it. The burgers are middle class at best but expensive. The portion of fries for just under 5 euros are a joke and also only taste mediocre. For 33 euros we got 2 burgers with 1x fries and a glass of water. Others can do it much better for less money. You can save yourself the blah blah answer, we won't be coming anymore.

Unfortunately, I have to change the review since my last visit was really not up to standard. The young and hip service workers have no manners and have been continuously rude. The quality of the burgers went down quite a bit and the prices are now out of proportion for what you get. 25€ pP for burger, fries and a drink just not fair if the burger is that uninspired. Plus a lot of my friends had to leave the place still hungry. Cocktail prices are ridiculous with 9€ for an alcohol free beverage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Very nice staff and delicious food! We sat in the market in front of the cathedral. The benches were a bit uncomfortable but the atmosphere was still nice. The indoor area is beautifully designed and would have been a more comfortable option 😅.

The best option with the Hans im Glück burgers is the option*without* the bread. They heap it full of extra salad instead, so you get two meals on one plate. This is my 3rd city to try them, each time it's a treat.
