An absolute disgrace. Waiters unfriendly and grumpy high 10! No sushi on the treadmill. Only fried stuff was on the conveyor belt. You had to order sushi separately, although it was “free”, but it arrived very late. Some of the fish was still half frozen! Rice tasted sweet. Tuna was fibrous and flaxy. Difficult to chew. Drinks were warm and non-carbonated from an open PET bottle! Then the waiter tells me stupidly why I haven't eaten?! Never again! Stay away from the store! The worst sushi of my life!

The very last restaurant for 20 people was reserved and everything was okay and already agreed. Suddenly there was no response from the restaurant, not even a cancellation. The birthday party now had to take place somewhere else at short notice. I definitely can't recommend it!

Just underground even after several attempts. The operators always cheat when ordering drinks - you order a small drink and they always bring a large one.

Food was always very good. What I don't like is that there is unfortunately no San Pelligrino anymore, the profit margin on tap water (table water) is simply too tempting

I consciously gave the store a second chance, according to the motto: “Once is never a chance”. But after my second visit, unfortunately I can only warn others about it. Absolutely nothing has changed. What struck me as particularly negative was that the kebab meat was lying around open and unrefrigerated - before it was even processed further. Instead of cutting it fresh from the spit, an employee threw it into a pan and put it in the oven for what felt like less than 30 seconds. Then the kebab was topped directly with it. I've never experienced anything like this before. In my opinion, the hygienic conditions are absolutely questionable - I seriously wonder how the health department hasn't checked this store yet. I'm now thinking about informing the health department because, in my opinion, this is potentially dangerous to my health.

Vegan options aren't labeled, only vegetarian options. You have to Google what vegan is. The staff couldn't help either. I can't rate the food because I didn't order anything after spending five minutes searching for vegan options.

I was standing in line at the checkout line as usual, and was ignored for minutes, then yelled at by the shift supervisor, who apparently acted as if I'd committed a crime, with the remark, "Kiosk orderers get priority." The nerve.

I ordered a pizza to pick up today. First I waited forever until the unfriendly waiter approached me. At the end there was a blast when I got the pizza to take away. I asked if he could still cut the pizza. Reaction from him: reluctant, shaking his head, coming back to meet the pizza, then cutting it and saying that they should have said that beforehand!! What arrogance. Pizza was good but such a disgrace. I've already told everyone in my circle of friends that you should avoid this place... I know Italians differently in Caorle. This has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. impudence...

Highly recommended. Where else can you get a giant schnitzel, with fries and ketchup (or mayo), a drink with it (optionally with 0.4 liters) and a dessert for a whopping €14.90 awesome.... 🤩👍 It also tastes great... I can only (very happily) recommend it.
