Service only comes when you get it, unfriendly and seem bored, just standing around even though people want to order or pay. Not recommended 😞

Great atmosphere, very tasty food, but drinks and beer are Dubai prices.🫣

The kebab convinced us, it somehow tasted a little different than the others, but it was just really good! Price-performance ratio given. The employees are in a good mood and open to a nice chat. The store is clean and tidy.

While working, people make private calls via FaceTime and show the bruises on their arms on the camera. We had to pay 20 for the currywurst!!! Wait minutes. The currywurst sauce was pushed aside with the cleaning rag and the employees constantly grabbed their faces with their gloves. Fries have no taste. This is now the second “PommesFreunde” store where we had such a horror experience. Something must be going completely wrong at the management level. Profit maximization at its finest without regard to losses.

Unfortunately we couldn't rate the food because we simply weren't served. To the left and right, the tables were still full of the legacies of the predecessors. After a while the left table was cleared, the right one still wasn't cleared until we left. Since we were sitting directly opposite the counter, we were able to see how well the waitresses were having a good time. When we got up after an eternity of waiting, a waitress was there in no time and asked what we would like. When we said that we didn't need anything more, she just said: "Then don't" No apology, nothing... Since it's not easy to shop while hungry, we went over to Ikea and did some shopping there. The Mömax Card's birthday cake didn't help either.
