After 20 minutes, we got up and left because no one had come. When we mentioned that we'd like to order something to eat and drink, she just told us she'd let us know. Despite the small number of guests and the many conditions, unfortunately, she couldn't manage it. A shame.☹️

The waiters weren't prepared for guests. Took a long time to bring the drinks.

The food was only lukewarm, the fries cold. Overall, the food didn't look appetizing. The staff were disinterested and unfriendly, talking loudly on their cell phones and laughing behind the counter. The counter didn't look hygienic, and the sauce station was dirty. Definitely not worth a visit for the price.

The kebab convinced us, it somehow tasted a little different than the others, but it was just really good! Price-performance ratio given. The employees are in a good mood and open to a nice chat. The store is clean and tidy.

Unfortunately we couldn't rate the food because we simply weren't served. To the left and right, the tables were still full of the legacies of the predecessors. After a while the left table was cleared, the right one still wasn't cleared until we left. Since we were sitting directly opposite the counter, we were able to see how well the waitresses were having a good time. When we got up after an eternity of waiting, a waitress was there in no time and asked what we would like. When we said that we didn't need anything more, she just said: "Then don't" No apology, nothing... Since it's not easy to shop while hungry, we went over to Ikea and did some shopping there. The Mömax Card's birthday cake didn't help either.
