ATTENTION: Some time ago my partner ordered food from this restaurant with her work colleagues, which resulted in a disastrous experience. Shortly after consuming it, both my partner and one of her colleagues suffered from severe food poisoning and were incapacitated for several days. The health department was contacted to investigate the incident. My urgent advice to everyone: under no circumstances order anything to eat here! Such conditions are intolerable and pose a serious health risk.

Delicious pizza and especially delicious if you pick up the pizza and eat it straight away.

Pizza Single is only 25 cm SMALL, previously 28 cm, and now costs €1 more, previously €8.40, now €9.40😂.

I ordered food via Lieferando and the shrimp chips were missing. They actually wanted to deliver. After another 40 minutes I called and said that I would report it to Lieferando. The restaurant is actually near me, the food in general was more of a wait and then no longer worth it. I won't be ordering anymore

Seriously if you are staying at this hotel, just take the long hike into Regensburg. The food will be better, the portions larger, the bill cheaper and it will actually take less time. I only really ate here because I needed a quick dinner and it took half an hour and four separate requests for the waiter to finally bring me my bill. He and his manager kept coming back trying to up-sell me on various deserts. Then they refused to take my Corporate Visa, making things an even bigger pain. I know many restaurants in Bavaria don't like CC's, but I had just used the thing to pay for my room 50ft away on the same exact card reader.

Review: 1 star On May 12, 2025, I ordered a Couples Bundle from McDonald's Regensburg for €24.50 through the Wolt delivery service. The offer included two limited-edition Coca-Cola glasses. The order arrived super quickly and undamaged. Unfortunately, these glasses weren't included. No apology, no information, nothing. I find this absolutely unacceptable and misleading, if not fraudulent. Online purchases create a legally binding contract – if an item (such as advertised glasses) is missing, that's a clear breach of contract. I'm very disappointed with the service and won't order from them again.

You order food and drink, you pay for it in advance and they forget your drink that you have already paid for and today I can drive to them to pick up my money, that's an impudence. I can spend money to drive there to steal my money. I will never order food from you again. They also say the food takes between 30 and 55 minutes but no, we wait for over 2 hours. I wouldn't have ordered food then. It's an impudence. Think about whether you want to order from them. The food was also cold after over 2 hours said I'll never order from there again

Very unfriendly 😫Meat way too dry with fried noodles, way too expensive

Rarely have such bad food been served. One dish did not match the description. A court was missing. Very bland and doesn't taste good either. Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all. Last but not least, the Ayran that came with it had expired for a month.
