Although the food was good, the entire experience was utterly ruined by the appalling service. To begin with, the waitstaff was shockingly unaccommodating when I requested a simple dietary adjustment to the lunch menu. I asked to substitute what would have been 3 pieces of raw fish with a vegetable, which should have been a straightforward switch. The waiter begrudgingly agreed to check with the kitchen only after I insisted multiple times, displaying a clear lack of willingness to help. When it came time to pay, the situation deteriorated further. The waitress announced the total and stood there in uncomfortable silence for about 15-20 seconds before rudely demanding to know why there was no tip. I explained my negative experience with the raw fish issue, expecting some understanding or an apology. Instead, she responded with a condescending remark about it being a sushi restaurant, delivered with a smug sneer. The poor service overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. I will not be returning and CANNOT, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone who values decent customer service.

I had a Pho beef, rice noodle soup. It was very tasty. I've been here often and will come again, again and again.

Sehr Schade!!!Wir haben bei Vietnam Today regelmäßig in den letzten Jahren bestellt und waren immer sehr zufrieden! Leider haben wir auf unsere letzte Bestellung vor ca. 4 Wochen ganze 2 1|2 Stunden gewartet. Das Essen wurde extra schon um 19 Uhr bestellt und kam nach 21.30. Das kann einen schon den Abend verderben. Heute habe ich 1 1/2 Stunden nach der Bestellung dort angerufen (es hieß es dauert 60-80 min) und bekam zur Antwort dass sie es noch nicht einmal bearbeitet haben. Daraufhin habe ich abgesagt. Das die Preise ziemlich angezogen haben bringt wohl jetzt auch einen schlechten Service mit sich. Wir suchen uns für die Zukunft jedenfalls einen anderen Lieferservice.

Four of us went there for dinner. A disaster!!! 1x pork schnitzel with fries, 1x turkey schnitzel with fried potatoes, 1x Regina pizza, 1x vegetarian pizza with corn, peppers and without olives, ordered without champions. Two plates of schnitzel were brought, each with fries. When I asked what turkey it was, the answer was "I think this one, I'm just bringing it." When I pointed out that fried potatoes had been ordered and I didn't eat fries, I was asked if I could eat them instead of fried potatoes , which isn't available today, would like a cordon bleu with my schnitzel. When I said no, the waitress just said "and now". It is not up to the customer to find a solution. We were then able to agree on Djuvec rice (which was very tasty), the only problem was that the schnitzel with the fries was left and only the rice was brought after 20 minutes. Now the two pizzas arrived. Regina, it was perfect, everything was right. Now the vegetarian pizza, this one had no corn, no peppers, but had olives and champion on it. The waitress was immediately made aware of this, all we got in response was: "The corn and peppers are out, you have to eat them, you know, I'm serving until 5 a.m. I'm exhausted," my daughter then explained to the waitress that she was They should have told us that the corn and peppers were out and they weren't eating the pizza. The waitress just said she didn't have to tell us that she was here to serve us and not to distribute information. When we wanted to speak to the boss "Lisa", the waitress just said, OK, then I'll bring you the right pizza, which came after 30 minutes and was delicious. Why didn't we just leave?, it was 9 p.m. We live one house away and were hiking all day, we were happy to sit. But never again as long as this service is there, on any other day as the food was delicious.

Unacceptable behavior by the staff. He was making fun of me in German because I ordered in English. He was saying that "This is not America" and other stuff in German which I wasn't fully able to understand. It is very sad to treat customers like that and make them feel bad. Also, they are not clean, they use their bare hands to pick food and money. Not recommended at all.

⸻ Very disappointing - never again! We ate at this restaurant and unfortunately had a very bad experience. We ordered drinks twice but they never arrived. The food was cold when it was served and the wait staff was rude and inattentive. When we finally wanted to pay, the waiter wanted to charge €9.50 for my meal, even though the menu said €9. Overall a very disappointing visit - absolutely not recommended.Never again.

We were there for dinner yesterday around 5:30 p.m. Was a big mistake. The restaurant was very cold, I think because there were no people there so early and it wasn't heated up. First I ordered 2 Hefeweizen. The waiter asked: Light? Yes. Then comes two pilsners. Ok, I didn't complain, I just took it, no problem. We ordered a starter, olives, alioli and 4-5 pieces of very thin baguette slices were also included for €9.50. I ordered a bit more bread, another 4-5 small slices came for an extra €4.10. Later I looked at the invoice. Then he brought out the main course, first some fish in sauce or I don't know, we didn't even order it. Squid rings and anchovies had strange tastes. Chili con carne and baby squid were delicious. We wanted to go smoke, the young waiter asked if we wanted to pay?! No, we're leaving without paying. After smoking he asked if I would like another beer, I said no thanks and he wanted to take my empty glass with him. If he had any idea about serving people, he would know that you don't do something like that, it's just rude. Then you sit there without glasses like a bum. I ordered an invoice and then I saw that there was an extra €4.10 for the 4 slices of skin-thin bread. Then I freaked out. Started to argue and said he should call the boss. Then came the answer that he was just cooking. Ok, a boy came out of the kitchen and said in Spanish that he should deduct the €4.10 from the bill. I even tipped €1.60, but for what. In 2023 and 2024 I was there often, always friendly service, good prices, delicious food. Now things have changed. Too bad. That was my last visit with them.

Feels like 25% less than before We have been getting delicious food here regularly for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the portions have shrunk a lot recently, we even find up to 25%. It's a shame that you can hardly get enough from a main course these days.
