Ignorance, unkindness, attack
... it's a great pity that in this day and age it's no longer important to say customer is king.... we were here for the third and last time and unfortunately the service is very haughty, unfriendly, arrogant, sometimes disturbed and... Certain staff are also aggressive... simply unbelievable... I read it several times on the Internet under the reviews, but no one does anything about it... for whatever reason... it's a shame... Ms. Gruber and a young man are trying to remedy this situation save (service staff) but the third service staff is only aggressive and not very customer-guest oriented...if not even haughty to the point of "please don't talk to me and don't ask me anything" they will pass this on to everyone...in contrast to this at Mömax the Italian restaurateur is always friendly and always good.... the XXXL Lutz Restaurant team should take an example... very, very unfortunate
Ich bin in meinem ganzen Leben noch nirgends so unfreundlich bedient worden. Wir haben den Kellner mit Namen Arif, auf seine Unfreundlichkeit angesprochen. Er meinte, das sagen alle, aber er wird daran nix ändern. Unglaublich ! Leider zu spät hab ich bemerkt, dass er mir auch noch 20 Cent zu viel berechnet hat.
Dieses Krenkl nie wieder!! Es gibt genug andere Gasthäuser in Landshut! Herr Arif hat wohl übersehen , dass sein Lohn vom Gast bezahlt wird..
I rarely write bad reviews, but if the stay was that bad, unfortunately it has to be. So, first of all: The burgers were cold and totally dry. I know it should be better, especially at Burger King, but this was really disappointing. Then – what really annoyed me – is that you sometimes eat with homeless people there. Sure, that's not a problem in itself, but they keep coming to the table and asking for money. I've told them several times that I don't have one, but it's just annoying when people keep asking me. And as if that wasn't enough, many of the employees didn't speak German, which made communication really difficult. It just wasn't fun to eat there. Sorry, but there really are better Burger King experiences.
The food was, and I have to say this so clearly, subterranean. The rice for the sushi seemed like rice pudding, it was wet and mushy. The rolls were careless and rolled crookedly. There was even a special roll that had nothing in it except rice. Sorry guys, but I can do a better job after my one-time attempt at rolling sushi myself. And that for prices that are not exactly cheap in relation to the performance.
I order 2 pizza and write without artichoke and still there is in the pizza . The delivery guy was stupid I try to explain to him he is not in my address but he say come to this adress and say to him I can’t and he still explain to me that I’m not in my adress also the pizza is not cut
The only good thing was the ready pita, the gyros for almost seventeen euros was cold and had been in the thermal pot for quite a long time. Tasted quite old and also dried out. I don't even want to talk about the fries, I think they were a soggy, cold kind. But unfortunately not my taste.
And after cold food and over 40 euros bill, 2 euros delivery costs. If so, go all the way through.

I'm actually a big fan of Subway, but unfortunately that hasn't had anything to do with Subway as we know it for a long time. Bread is just hard and flabby at the same time.. carelessly prepared. Vegetables don't really taste fresh either and there's less and less choice.. unfortunately I won't be coming anymore
The worst thing ever. You order something and they say it will come soon. 2 hours later you call them several times and no one answers. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting Burger King in all of Germany
Tiramisu was unfortunately frozen, currywurst was a bockwurst from a jar like you can buy in the supermarket (very cheap). Tortellini not fully cooked.
Not recommended.
