Ignorance, unkindness, attack ... it's a great pity that in this day and age it's no longer important to say customer is king.... we were here for the third and last time and unfortunately the service is very haughty, unfriendly, arrogant, sometimes disturbed and... Certain staff are also aggressive... simply unbelievable... I read it several times on the Internet under the reviews, but no one does anything about it... for whatever reason... it's a shame... Ms. Gruber and a young man are trying to remedy this situation save (service staff) but the third service staff is only aggressive and not very customer-guest oriented...if not even haughty to the point of "please don't talk to me and don't ask me anything" they will pass this on to everyone...in contrast to this at Mömax the Italian restaurateur is always friendly and always good.... the XXXL Lutz Restaurant team should take an example... very, very unfortunate

Ich bin in meinem ganzen Leben noch nirgends so unfreundlich bedient worden. Wir haben den Kellner mit Namen Arif, auf seine Unfreundlichkeit angesprochen. Er meinte, das sagen alle, aber er wird daran nix ändern. Unglaublich ! Leider zu spät hab ich bemerkt, dass er mir auch noch 20 Cent zu viel berechnet hat. Dieses Krenkl nie wieder!! Es gibt genug andere Gasthäuser in Landshut! Herr Arif hat wohl übersehen , dass sein Lohn vom Gast bezahlt wird..

Die Pizza Art des Hauses ist der absolute Hammer, auch die Spareribbs kann ich nur Empfehlen.

This is now the 2nd Bürger King branch in the Isarstaedte catchment area between the state capital Munich and Landau a. d. Isar! In Lower Bavaria's capital Landshut is located on Bahnhofstrasse. 1 another Burger King branch from which I was once again seriously and bitterly disappointed by the operating staff after the Munich Ostbahnhof within just 13 days in the period February 17, 2025 and March 1, 2025! McDonald's branches, for example in Burghausen and the Munich area in Moosach and Munich-Schwabing, are nowhere near that disappointingly run-of-the-mill and Unfriendly like these 2 Bürger King branches already mentioned in Munich East and Landshut Hbf!

The food was, and I have to say this so clearly, subterranean. The rice for the sushi seemed like rice pudding, it was wet and mushy. The rolls were careless and rolled crookedly. There was even a special roll that had nothing in it except rice. Sorry guys, but I can do a better job after my one-time attempt at rolling sushi myself. And that for prices that are not exactly cheap in relation to the performance.

I've never had such a terrible pizza or salad! And then the prices are outrageous for the price I could buy 20 pizzas from Edeka for the same size and taste! You will never get this rating anywhere again! So that no one else suffers like we do! & there was a piece of meat + fries in the salad!

The only good thing was the ready pita, the gyros for almost seventeen euros was cold and had been in the thermal pot for quite a long time. Tasted quite old and also dried out. Since the ordering terminals were installed, the store is no longer usable. Endless errors when ordering, my waiting time was 40! minutes. The employees are completely overwhelmed. And we processed 4 or 5 orders during this time. The arrangement of the terminals is also more than suboptimal; if you order at the left terminal, the other customers can no longer get to the other terminals because a pillar blocks the way. Another customer was made a fool of by the staff because the order didn't work properly and the same order was presented twice and paid for. The apparently somewhat larger language barrier didn't exactly help with quick clarification. If everything stays like this, you will have lost me as a customer. For the price, you can get much better and faster service and better food elsewhere. PS: All the 5 star reviews that talk about the great “sandwiches” are all fake. Nobody puts it like that. Unfreundlich, aber vor allem sehr dreckig. Lange Wartezeit und die Mitarbeiter verstehen nur 30%. Alles in allem, ein richtiger Drecksladen.

Tiramisu was unfortunately frozen, currywurst was a bockwurst from a jar like you can buy in the supermarket (very cheap). Tortellini not fully cooked. Not recommended.
