They have huge problems with how they prepare food. Always dump the sauces in one place or in a way after one bit it falls all over. And over cooked hard bread.

We ordered sushi. Unfortunately the breading and rice was dripping with fat. I haven't eaten such bad sushi in a long time... Shame about the money

Beware of fraud! We ordered two currywursts with fries for just under €11 each. Unfortunately, we only realized after we'd finished our food that there was hardly any sausage on the plate, as it was completely drowned in sauce. At the counter, the sausages were considerably larger than they were sliced ​​and served on our plates. The saleswoman (older than me) must have divided one sausage between our two portions. Absolutely outrageous. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, but if I go there again, I'll take revenge for this blatant rip-off.

I had three family pizzas delivered. They were delivered on time and were absolutely delicious! Excellent value for money, and the staff was very friendly. Above all, I'd like to thank you for your trust; not everyone orders the day before and pays the next day! I'd go back anytime!

I eat there often, and so far, the food has always been delicious. I usually go for the shrimp dish with vegetables. The vegetables are always fresh, and the warm food arrives in just a few minutes.

I went there with a visitor for coffee. Ordered two pieces of cake, which were old, dry, and inedible. When I complained, it turned out that it was from the day before, stored in a display case without refrigeration, meaning it had been sitting on plates almost freely for a day. They charged me €3.40 for the slice (!!! mass-produced ready-made items). Instead of being understanding and simply refunding the money, they resorted to provocation and escalation, cursing and insulting me. Then they issued a ban on entering, which was certainly no longer necessary. Just keep in mind: They sell inedible food, but the customer is insulted and banned from the premises for their completely justified complaint. You should think twice about going there, as this place hardly gets any customers anymore anyway. Others have probably complained too. 😂

We had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was shockingly poor, and it was clear that they treated German customers with much more attention and care while completely disregarding others. We felt ignored and unwelcome, while German customers were given special treatment. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable in any establishment. A restaurant should value all its customers equally, regardless of nationality. Definitely not a place we would recommend or return to.

Achtung, Falle BK-Parkplatz! Habe vor kurzem einen Strafzettel bezahlen müssen, weil ich zu lange im Restaurant war! Das Auto wird neuerdings auf dem Parkplatz gescannt. Ich verstehe ja, dass niemand da stundenlang parken sollte. Aber Kunden bestrafen, die im Restaurant etwas essen? Ich habe mich bei BK beschwert. Sie erwägen eine Verlängerung der Parkzeit für Kunden, wie nett. Bin gespannt! APRIL 2023: Staumeldung: auf meine Bestellung von nur 2 Hamburgern am Drive In musste ich so lange warten, dass sich ein Stau bis zur Einfahrt gebildet hat. Warum? Die Antwort: alles frisch zubereitet. Nee, oder ...????? Meine Bewertung, irgendwann früher: Im allgemeinen sauber und schnell. Angenehmer Aussenbereich mit Kinderspielplatz. Wenn viel los war, wurde bei uns schon mehrfach etwas vergessen, vor allem beim Drive in. Hängt natürlich auch vom Personal ab, das gerade im Dienst ist. Manche geben sich wirklich Mühe und sind sehr freundlich und korrekt. Es gibt aber auch chaotischere Kollegen, die leicht überfordert wirken. Heute, 01/19, King Box getestet: gut und frisch! Satt für 5 Euro (Pommes, Nuggets, Cheeseburger, Chili Cheeseburger, Getränk), Team gut drauf, nett und schnell.

To top it off, the milkshake was extremely thick and tasted very artificial. If you charge such prices, you as a customer can certainly demand a certain taste and standard. But if the burger doesn't taste good, you won't come back. If you want to go to the toilet as a customer, you now have to pay €1... As a paying customer, I find that cheeky. You pay for your food and then have to pay for the toilet. In other branches you don't have to pay anything if you buy something. There is the pin for the door on the receipt, in a branch a lady sat at the entrance to the toilet and looked at the receipt (date) and you were allowed in.

Please, no one orders anything here. The food never arrives and the money is gone. And the store never opens. Fraudulent. I'm contacting the police.

The burgers and fries are super tasty, the thirst-quenching dragon fruit is perfect.
