Domino's Pizza Erlangen Innenstadt in Erlangen

I regularly used to order delivery at home while I was living in the city center area. The quality of food was consistently good mostly. But since I am relocating in the Bruck locality, I feel really sad to know that Dominoes does not carryout deliveries there. Is it possible to increase the delivery radius so that the population living in that area also gets benefitted. Any future plans of expansion???

The lettuce is ALWAYS brown, what's going on??? I can't reach anyone by phone to complain. I've seen this happen so often... it makes you want to call the health department.

I was there last Saturday and was impressed by the closing team members. Great crew!

Very chill atmosphere when you visit on evenings/nights, the pizza is great and the background music is really giving you that NA late night pizza time feeling. Great place, also the worker gave us free sauce so that's also great.

My order was overlooked, which significantly increased the wait time. The food was as you'd expect from Domino's.

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the food was great. The only downside was that it was a bit hot inside, and there was no outdoor seating available.

Tried Domino's for the first time because the desserts looked delicious. Ordered food for pickup via the app. The app is absolute garbage. Confusing, slow, and more geared toward advertising than a smooth ordering process. Pickup was seamless, and the food was ready on time. The restaurant itself is a typical lobby with token tables and chairs. Now for the food. And it was an absolute disaster. I've rarely eaten such a tasteless, sticky, sugary, and disgusting excuse for a pizza. The dough actually tastes like cardboard. The sauce is so sweet it could pass for a dessert. And the cheese was reminiscent of eraser. Forget about cheese pulls here. Plus, everything was dripping with grease. The Gouda wedges were as hard as they were lukewarm. Nothing melted at all. If those things can even melt. I suspect they used the same kind of rubber as for the pizza topping. And dessert... table is a good description. A small board smeared, very sparingly, with disgusting-tasting applesauce. If you add three or four toothpicks, you could use the thing as a doll's table. The "dough" was both crumbly and tough. Respect for the way they managed it. All in all, it was pretty much the most disgusting thing I've eaten in a long time. And then charging such exorbitant prices for it is an absolute disgrace. Even with a 50 percent discount on the second pizza, it's completely overpriced. I can't imagine, for the life of me, that there are actually people who think, "Yeah, that was good, I'll go back." Conclusion: an absolute flop. Any frozen ready-made meal is worth more than this abomination.

Absolutely bad service (03/23/2025 10 p.m.) Waited >1 hour for food, then called and was told that the hash browns weren't available (we ordered online). I'm wondering why I didn't get a call from the store but was just left standing there. They probably wanted to be stuck with the money without delivery, but oh well. We arranged on the phone that we would get a pizza instead at no extra charge, great, we're happy. Another 40 minutes later the order arrives, what do we get? Only one pizza that we didn't order and 2 sides of which we only ordered one. To be honest, out of the three things we ordered, only one was correct, even though we called again. That doesn't work at all. Ordering locally and taking away works. But I'll never order delivery again and will check every order several times for everything. If I'm a customer again, that's just not possible.

Great pizzeria, nice atmosphere. We ordered three pizzas, but knocked out two. We had to wait until the third one was prepared.

- I see a poster with a burger pizza for €9.99 - I'm going in. It costs €10.99 - I was lied to :( - I ask. Man says "Look, here's the box of a new poster. We'll hang it up tomorrow." - two weeks later the old poster is still hanging - I was lied to twice :(( - The burger pizza tasted good. Not being lied to :(

The pizza was actually inedible. The cheese was a lump - just a chewy topping, as if a plastic cutting board had melted over the pizza (see top picture on the left). That's how it tasted too. However, the cheese crust was non-existent - it cost quite a bit extra for the 32cm pizza. If I could give zero points, I would. Domios is through to me. They used to be good, but now... well - see our order. There are enough good and very good pizzerias in Erlangen...

There are not that many customers but even you have to wait 20 minutes. The food is good but unfortunately it always comes too late. I remember waiting at the checkout for 10 minutes so someone could take my order.

Hab heute 3 pizza bestellt pure Enttäuschung für 50€. Ich hab noch nie in mein leben so ein pizza gegessen. Empfehle es nicht weiter.

You get your food very quickly. The recipes, which are rather unusual compared to other pizzerias in the area, are also a nice change.

If Dominos Pizza were a person, she would be Rainer Calmund. I can really feel my arteries calcifying when I eat. The pizza is so greasy that you can use it as fuel in a survival situation. But sometimes that's exactly what you need. Delivery time always great! The cholesterol is usually fresh at your doorstep within 30 minutes. 👌🏻

Pretty average experience for a Domino’s. What does really surprise me is the items that you get in a German Domino’s. They have some really unique stuff and it’s not half bad. Their sides and seasonal items are also a nice change from the pizzas. If you need a meal and it’s pretty late, in Erlangen this is one of your better options. Don’t go for the burger place.

I was always a huge fan of pizza rolls. I ordered this hot dog pizza over the weekend and was extremely disappointed. There were maybe 6-7 pieces of sausages on the whole pizza, if you compare that to the advertising photo in which the pizza is overloaded with sausages, it's a joke. and in general, in my opinion, the sauce tasted far too sweet, as if half a pack of sugar had been poured into it

Very disappointing that I can no longer order from this restaurant as they have increased the prices to €13 as the minimum order for online delivery. You can't find a product for €13. So you always end up paying almost €15. This is like a rip-off so that customers pay more. I will never order from this restaurant chain again until they lower the minimum order value to €10 again.

Scheduled pickup is absolutely not recommended!! The pizzas were cold and dry from long storage. You couldn't eat. Catastrophe. The employees made me stand there for 15 minutes and processed three delivery drivers before I could pick up my food. I don't even want to know when they were already prepared. Noodle portions are very small

Disappointing experience at Domino's today. Ordered a Domino's box for takeaway, but upon opening it at home, found only the pizza inside. Missing were the sides and other items promised. Quality control seems to be lacking. Hope for better service in the future.

Since the new management took over, there has been a culinary renaissance here that simply has to be experienced! As a long-time customer, I haven't been convinced by the service lately, but now after switching, I'm convinced again by the quality of the pizzas. So what happened after such a change in leadership far exceeded my expectations.

I've ordered many times but now the quality is so poor, the pizza isn't cooked through, it's dripping with fat and smells like an old baking tray, the extra ingredients are way too expensive (for the quantity) and I also had stomach problems after the last two orders, absolutely no longer recommended !!

Habe über Lieferando bestellt, habe die Lieferzeit angepasst, über eineinhalb Stunden zu früh…wäre mein Partner nicht da gewesen, wäre niemand da… war noch unterwegs und ich Finde es doof, dass nicht informiert wurde das es früher geliefert wird weil so viele Bestellungen reinkommen…laut App ist es immer noch 23 Uhr und das stimmt nicht

Die Chicken-Produkte und gefüllten Brötchen immer sehr lecker.

Dominos Liefert regelmäßig falsche Produkte und weigert sich im Anschluss Ersatz zu liefern oder zurück zu zahlen. Darüber hinaus sind zusätzlich bezahlte toppings kaum vorhanden und die Lieferzeit schwankt enorm und dauert häufig innerhalb Erlangens weit über 60 Minuten -> Essen ist kalt. Ich rate jedem dringendst einen anderen Kurier zu wählen

So sehr ich diese Pizzeria auch liebe, das war das letzte mal. Das ist eine Nummer zu viel.

Haben dort zwei Pizzen liefern lassen. Die Extrawünsche für den Belag wurden berücksichtigt und insgesamt ging es auch echt schnell. Geschmacklich war es auch in Ordnung. Update: War jetzt nochmal dort und hab mal doe Option Steakpfeffer dazu gewählt... leider war das kein Pfeffer! Die Pizza war extrem salzig und fast ungenießbar. Schade :(

Habe 8 Pizzen bestellt. Der Mitarbeiter war alleine und völlig überfordert.....der Arme! 😔 So einen Laden boykottiere ich!😠 Die Pizzen waren auch schlecht! Eine Katastrophe!!! Geschmacklich nicht so wie ich sie kenne und waren auch nur lauwarm obwohl ich auf die Pizzen warten musste! Kenne ich von Nürnberg anders, da schmecken die immer super und sind frisch! Boden war auch dreckig und lauter tote Insekten am Fensterbrett! Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder!

Falsches Essen geliefert. Bei der Pizza war das nicht sofort ersichtlich, erst nach dem probieren, weil eine verwandte - aber günstigere - geliefert wurde. Nachtisch war falsch - auch hier ein günstigerer, das hätte mir auffallen sollen, ist es aber erst später. Aber wer ruft an um einen Nachtisch zu reklamieren (Pizza war ja schon probiert)? Hier bestell ich nicht wieder.

Habe gerade meine lieferung erhalten und bin ein bisschen enttäuscht.... ich bestelle normalerweise echt gerne bei dominos wegen der Teriyaki Pizza aber dieses mal waren beide Pizzen die ich bestellt hatte berbrannt und deswegen auch sehr trocken. Schade !

Vanwege een overnachting op doorreis kwamen we uit bij deze Domino's. Ik ben op heel wat plaatsen in de wereld bij Domino's geweest maar de vestiging in Erlangen heeft de twijfelachtige eer om de aller slechtste te zijn. Het personeel was onvriendelijk, sloeg een verkeerde prijs aan, vertelde pas ná het afrekenen dat we lang zouden moeten wachten en riep ons niet toen de bestelling klaar was. De pizza's zelf hadden een ontzettend taaie bodem; net of je een oud stuk brood hebt opgewarmd. Op de pizza Caprese ontbrak de pesto en daardoor ook de smaak. Al met al zeer teleurstellend.
