Minus 5 stars, been a regular customer for 10 years, unfortunately apparently new operators recently. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later I received a completely dry, reheated so-called FamilyPizza that was just 40 degrees warm. After the 4th phone call, I was cheekily rejected, even though a new fresh pizza had been promised beforehand. For decades I have been happy to order a party or family pizza every now and then when I don't have the time to cook myself, but I and my family have never been so disappointed!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Good food. Meat was tender and tasty. Great atmosphere.

Ordered the first and last time... Canton Duck had absolutely nothing to do with Canton Duck. The meat was fatty and tough, the rice was old and the sauce was some kind of ready-made sauce. Ordered pizza with extra meat, but if there was extra meat on it it would otherwise be empty

The food tastes good. However, I find the behavior of the employees impossible and outrageous. When I finished my meal and wanted to clean up, I spilled a tiny drop of sauce on the chair. When the lady who wiped the tables there came, I told her and apologized. Si looked very annoyed and really ignored me. Unfortunately, I don't go there anymore because that happens quite often now.

I should have listened to my gut feeling when I entered the restaurant and saw the grim faces of the two people. It was confirmed: the food was definitely not fresh and had been heated on a hot plate! The sauce was more watery than flavorful. Absolutely not recommended.

Since the change of ownership the quality has improved by over 100%. The selection is great, the taste and freshness are great.

Unfriendly service, Bosna and grilled sausage not good. Rolls are cheap baked rolls that are still half raw! And that for the price! Not recommended.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews here, the crispy duck is wonderful!

The pizza was burnt and inedible. Previous reviews describe physical symptoms that I can confirm (stomach pain).

Unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Personal. Bei Frage nach einer kalten Schokolade unwirsch darauf hingewiesen worden, dass man nicht bei Starbucks sei. Danach wurde mit Kollegen in einer Fremdsprache diskutiert, als Kunde hat man dadurch das Gefühl, dass über einen abgelästert wird. Die Trolleys fürs selbst abgeräumte Geschirr waren überfüllt. Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt.

Leider war ihr Fahrer sehr unfreundlich und hatte keine Geduld, Geldübergabe verlief problemlos, dennoch was das Essen kalt und nicht mehr genießbar
