Disastrous service. We ordered and wanted to cancel. But we got a really bad-tempered guy on the phone who assumed we were just doing it for fun and that we could "take our apologies somewhere else." They're greedy bastards at this place. Definitely not ordering there. There are plenty of better places than this dump.
I love this pizzeria; it always tastes so good, no matter what time or what time. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and the boss is especially commendable. Unfortunately, if anyone is expecting carbonara, they won't get the real thing. It's with tomato sauce, which isn't what you're hoping for. It still tasted delicious, as you can see from the picture. But it wasn't what I expected. Thank you so much for the quick delivery, especially right before closing time. Thank you 🙏
The ambiance at Dragone is appealing and inviting, and the service is friendly. The culinary experience, however, was mixed: The appetizer seemed somewhat bland and uninspired – lacking refinement and care. The pizza, on the other hand, impressed with good ingredients and a well-made dough, but here too, a little more passion for detail would have made all the difference.

Nevertheless, I see potential and would like to give the restaurant a chance to fully convince me at a later date. A return visit is planned in three months – as a little taste tester, so to speak. I'm curious to see how Dragone develops by then.
Really delicious food, well seasoned, the meat was tender and the noodles too, only I specified that they should be spicy but it wasn't really spicy xD The delivery person was on time :)
You can consider the last 3-6 months comments before deciding to eat at a restaurant. They can improve to cook or serve the customers better than before. Sometimes we can have a worse experience although it is more than 4 stars as we don't notice the latest comments from overall hundreds or thousands comments.
I ate mango chicken rice. It was tasty, healthy and affordable.. 😊
Honestly, today was a disaster. Only junk food like currywurst with fries made with the cheapest sausage and awful sauce, fries that got tough as you ate them, sausage salad that had been sitting in its packaging for ages, bad HB beer (we could have had good Augsburg beer or Zusmarshausen beer, just regional) and white wine spritzer from a bottle with rosemary flavoring. It couldn't be worse, but the prices were like those in a restaurant. It's a shame that Mr. Fischer has let the beer garden deteriorate so badly.
Unfortunately, I can't really rate the food, as this treatment completely ruins your appetite. The way customers are spoken to here when they ask about their orders is outrageous. Being treated so weakly when you have a question about a product is absolutely unacceptable. I've never experienced such abysmal service.
I bought a bottle of water. The receipt said: Water €4.20, €0.25 deposit, which was still reasonable.
However, an additional €2 was charged for a reusable deposit system with a cup. This means you have to drink the bottled water from an unhygienic cup, and the deposit bottle is kept by the staff.
This seems to be a new way to make customers pay for expensive water and an additional deposit without even getting the bottle.
