Stumbled across this restaurant by chance and spontaneously got a table. There were 4 adults with 3 small children and a dog. We were welcomed and served in a very friendly manner, which is not a given in this situation. The atmosphere was very nice, everything was modern and comfortable and they really made an effort. It tasted great both big and small. We'll definitely come back because the beer garden looked good too. Unfortunately it was still a bit cold yesterday.
We ordered a gypsy schnitzel and cream schnitzel. It's probably difficult to identify what's in the cardboard box. We expected more because the schnitzel was great last time. This time we most likely got ready-made sauce and subsequent stomach aches.
Good luck getting served. We came in, asked for a table, then had to chase someone down 15 minutes later to get a menu. Another 20 minutes go by and nothing. Other tables getting served and we were ignored. Another party that came in after us left. When we left I made a point ti give the menus back and all the wait staff were just sitting around. Can it recommend.
The Streller company organized the buffet at our wedding for us. I would like to give more than 5 stars if I could. Great pre-planning and all questions were always answered perfectly. Great and delicious food and the staff on our big day, as well as the boss Mr. Vogler himself, were incredibly nice people who knew what they were doing. Thanks for a perfect day!!
I booked a room in December 2024 through the hotel’s website, which clearly stated free cancellation was available up to 7 days before arrival. Wanting to upgrade to a larger room, I attempted to cancel my original booking a month in advance. Despite reaching out over three times via email and through the form on the website, I received no response.
Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my cancellation, and I ended up with two bookings under my name. I raised this issue with the front desk, and after checking with their head office in Munich, I was told a refund for the first room would be processed within a week.
It has now been over four months, and I have yet to receive any refund or follow-up. Very disappointing service and lack of communication for what should have been a straightforward process.
I had a wonderful experience at Rhinocervs! I tried the ‘Kurztrip nach Rio’ menu for my birthday! It was simply sensational!! Original Brazilian flavor combined with a lot of creativity and elegance and generous quantities. High quality caipirinha “posto nove”! Service also in Brazilian Portuguese and very attentive!!
