Köstliche Burger! Ich habe 10 Minuten vorher angerufen, um zu fragen, ob noch Plätze frei sind und ob mein Hund mitkommen darf; das war überhaupt kein Problem, super Service! Denken Sie nur daran, Bargeld dabei zu haben.

Tolles Essen .... hatte einen Red spicy Burger 🍔 .... meine Frau einen anderen und Süßkartoffeln Pommes 🍟 .... sehr lecker 😋 Gutes Bier ... was will man mehr 👍

Etwas abseits der Hauptstraße liegt dieser schöne Pub. Ein kleiner Biergarten davor, im Kellergeschoss ein authentisches irisches Ambiente mit dunklem Holz, Guinness-Schildern an der Wand und dezentem irischem Folk. Die Karte bietet eine tolle Auswahl an klassischem Pub Grub zu akzeptablen Preisen. Die Burger sind riesig, mit frischen Zutaten und zartem, saftigen Fleisch belegt. Köstlich! Das gilt auch für den Eisbecher zum Dessert. Der nette und aufmerksame Service rundet den Abend ab. Sehr gerne wieder.

Zufallsfund bei unserem ersten Besuch in Hopfen am See. Freundliches Personal, sensationelle Burger 🍔, gutes irisches Bier 🍺, Cocktails 🍹🍸und passende Dekoration. Tolle authentische Atmosphäre. Immer einen Besuch wert, wenn wir zum Urlaub vor Ort sind. 😊 Man sollte genügend Bargeld zur Verfügung haben, da keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Das Pub befindet dich im Keller. Für Gehbinderte bzw. Rollstuhlfahrer schwer zugänglich.

Das Essen ist einfach nur schlecht und überteuert. Eine echte Enttäuschung, vor allem angesichts der Qualität der regionalen Produkte – es ist kaum zu verstehen, wie man das so verhunzen kann. Außerdem kann man nur bar bezahlen.

Ein absolut lächerlicher Laden. Das Essen war einfach nur widerlich. Sie akzeptieren keine Kartenzahlung und verlangten sogar einen Euro extra für die Angabe einer Allergie! Sie sollten sich nicht Irish Pub nennen dürfen, das ist eine Schande.

Das Gesamtpaket hat einfach gepasst. Super leckeres Essen. Unheimlich freundlicher Kellner und mega tolle Atmosphäre. Die Auswahl an Speisen und vor allem an Getränken ist bombastisch. Immer wieder gerne

Mein Mann, meine Freunde und ich sind leidenschaftliche Foodies, die in ihrer Freizeit gerne zusammen schlemmen und immer wieder neue Lokale in und um Augsburg testen. Diesmal ging es für einen Ausflug mit Freunden nach Füssen. Top: Ich war mit 12 Personen anlässlich einer Babyparty/nachgeholtemJGA zum Abendessen dort und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, was bei größeren und etwas lauteren Gruppen nicht überall der Fall ist. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und man kann jeden Burger selbst hinsichtlich Patty (Beef/Chicken/Vegan) und Beilage (Pommes/Süßkartoffelpommes/Wedges) zusammenstellen. Die Burger waren sehr lecker und die Portionen gigantisch groß. Besonders hervorzuheben war jedoch die Gastfreundlichkeit. Flop: Man kann leider nicht mit Karte bezahlen, was für einige überraschend kommt, wenn man es zum ersten Mal im Pub oder in der Speisekarte liest.

Ein sehr schönes Pub mit einer tollen Auswahl an Speisen und einer riesigen Auswahl an Whiskey. Wir 2 Burger die beiden fantastisch geschmeckt haben. Die Preise waren durchweg auch äußerst fair.

Dem Restaurantpersonal gelang es, uns mitten in der Hochsaison innerhalb von fünf Minuten ein Taxi zu rufen, sodass wir die wohl großartigste Musikdarbietung der letzten Jahre nicht verpassten. Als Zeitzeuge der Wiederbelebung von Deza war er schlichtweg unser Held!

Wir kehrten im Hotel gegenüber ein. Obwohl sich gegenüber ein Bauernhof befand und die Straße dicht daneben verlief, war das Essen ausgezeichnet und der Kellner überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er bemühte sich sehr, uns zu verstehen (wir sprechen weder die Landessprache noch viel Englisch). Hervorragend, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wer Hunger hat, und richtig gut Burger essen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Menge ist viel, und schmecken tut's hier richtig gut.

Absolute Empfehlung!! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Ambiente war sehr authentisch und warmherzig. Wir hatten uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen, bei Gelegenheit, gerne wieder!

Tolles Ambiente- sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Fleischqualität und TK Garnelen hinken bei der knackigen Preisgestaltung hinterher- mit den Burgern wären wir vermutlich besser aufgestellt gewesen. Beilagen mit 8,90 Euro extra zu berechnen muss nicht sein aber an der Stelle quali- und quantitativ super.

Ich war gestern mit meiner Frau in der Vitushöhle beim Essen. Und es war total super. Man geht da die Treppe runter und steht dann in einer Bar, die ist der Hammer. Wie in Irland. Und dann wird man auch gleich von der freundlichen Chefin mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Da fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Ich hab dann einen Burger mit Wedges gegessen, der war auch sau gut und richtig viel. Ich war papp satt. Ich kann das Lokal nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super tolles Pub mit richtig guten Burgern. Auch Fish&Chips sind zum empfehlen, eigentlich ist alles sehr gut. Wir haben letztens Jahr dies Pub entdeckt, da mein Mann auf Reha war, seitdem fahren wir immer wieder nach Hopfen am See. Erst eine runde um den See und danach in die Vitushöhle zum essen. Was man auch erwähnen sollte, sind die vielen Whiskys. Da kann man sich mal durchprobieren.

Tolle Location, super Service und total leckeres Essen. Steak war sehr zart. Burger in der Höhe leicht herausfordernd zu essen 😀 Große Portionen, aber wir haben es geschafft. Hunde sind willkommen und bekommen einen Napf Wasser. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nur Barzahlung.

Wir besuchten das Restaurant. Die angebotenen Hamburger sind sehr schmackhaft. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich.

Die Vitushöhle ist wie man es sich vorstellt. Gemütliches Ambiente im Irland und Schottland Stil mit passender Musik, gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und gediegener Beleuchtung. Die Speisekarte ist mit vielen Burger- und Steak Variationen, Fish and Chips, Salaten, Currywurst, Ribs und mehr sehr abwechslungsreich und für ein Pub sehr groß wie ich finde. Die Portionen sind sehr lecker und großzügig, kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren. Als Irland Besucher war ein Cider vom Fass der Go to auf der Getränkekarte, diese ist ebenso wie die Speisekarte abwechslungsreich, sodass man bei jedem Besuch was neues ausprobieren kann. Der Service ist sehr gut, die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko an dem ganzen: An St. Patricks Day geschlossen wegen Ruhetag - schwiiiieeeerig 😅 Ansonsten 10/10

Manchmal hat man richtig Glück - und das gilt für unseren Aufenthalt in der Vitushöhel. Ein ausgesprochen engagierter junger Mann hat uns die verschiedenen Biersorten probieren lassen. Die Burger waren ausgezeichnet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolles Essen. Super Getränke Auswahl - inkl Kilkenny oder Guinness aus'm Fass. Burger oder Fisch und Chips sind wirklich zu empfehlen!

Ein unbedingtes "da muss ich hin"! Super Pub, aufmerksame Bedienung, Spitzenburger und Guinness. Was will man mehr.

Beide Gerichte waren super und der Service war sehr freundlich! Die Portionen waren außerdem ordentlich, was nach einem Wandertag selig macht!

Sehr schöner Irish Pub sehr gemütlich und richtig passend eingerichtet bis ins kleine Detail. Der Chickenburger war mega lecker und riesengroß. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen zumal Hunde herzlich willkommen sind. Vielen Dank.

Eine richtig coole Bedienung, sehr aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich wie als würde man in eine andere Welt eintauchen. Burger sind gut, habe aber auch schon bessere gegessen. Getränkeproben werden noch vor dem Bestellen angeboten. In allem ein Erlebnis wert!

In meinen 30 Lebensjahren habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt. Absolut phänomenal! 11 von 10 Punkten. Und das Guinness war genau so, wie ein irisches Guinness schmecken sollte. Hut ab vor diesen Jungs, die Irland alle Ehre gemacht haben! Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und geht unbedingt hin – das Essen ist einfach fantastisch und das cremige Guinness natürlich auch.

Tolles Pub, mit allem, was dazu gehört: uriges Ambiente, sehr netter Service, klasse Essen (das Whiskysteak ist sehr zu empfehlen), große Auswahl an typischen Getränken! Gerne wieder!

Waren dort zum Abendessen hatte einen Vitusburger meine Frau einen Hamburger beide waren Spitzenklasse Portion auch sehr gut dazu Guinness vom Fass und Kaffee von Julius Meinel was will man mehr das Personal ist sehr freundlich wir kommen wieder

Nachdem ich zufällig unmittelbar gegenüber meiner Pension dieses Kleinod entdeckt habe, bin ich abends dort im Biergarten kurzfristig ohne Tischreservierung hingegangen. Zu meinem großen Glück habe ich einen Tisch bekommen, sonst wird hier aufgrund des starken Andrangs dringend eine Reservierung empfohlen. Weizen war lecker, die Currywurst mit Pommes auch, der Wirt hatte soviel zu tun, vor allem im Irish Pub selber, dass ich kaum dazu kam, in der Wirtschaft zu bezahlen. Hier war alles übervölkert - der Laden brummt!!!

We've been visiting this restaurant once a year during our vacations for many years – always with great satisfaction, especially because of the really good burgers. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this year – so much so that we probably won't continue our long-standing tradition. The outdoor area has now been completely converted to self-service. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful (high chair, water for the dog, etc.), but that unfortunately can't compensate for the poor quality of the food. The burgers, usually the highlight, were a bitter disappointment this time: While still the same impressive size, the taste was far below our usual standards. The patties seemed pre-cooked, frozen, and then thawed in the microwave – which was unfortunately clearly noticeable in the taste and texture. The "crispy" on the crispy burger was anything but crispy, and the Angus beef tasted cold and "raw" (even though it was cooked through). On the plus side, the fries were as good as ever (which is to be expected at €8) and the beer on tap was excellent. It's a shame – we hope this was just a slip-up, as this place has long been a staple on our vacations.

An Irish and Scottish-style guesthouse. Our room is beautifully furnished and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There's a parking lot and a bicycle garage. The best part, however, is the pub, where you can sit comfortably inside or outside every day except Mondays. Of course, they serve delicious beer and whiskey 😋 The XL burgers are delicious, and the steaks are also highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Burger was okay. Fries were great.

They have some really good beer blends here, like Black Adder or Red Snake. When the weather's nice, you can even sit outside. The restaurant isn't in the front row by the lake, which might be why it's worth a visit. The music plays at a moderate volume, so you can still have a good conversation. The food isn't great, but it's OK.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night here. Super nice, tasteful rooms. Highly recommended.

A bit off the beaten track, but no less attractive and very busy. We stopped by for dinner, and we were impressed. An authentic Irish pub with all the Irish delicacies, from spare ribs to burgers in a variety of variations to beer and whiskey – simply fantastic!

We stayed in the hotel across the road so naturally went here for tea. I had currywurst which I had been wanting to try since arriving in Germany and was not disappointed. My parents had two of the biggest burgers I’ve ever seen. And the bar man was kind enough to advise we may not need extra chips due to the size of the portions. What an amazing place with lovely food and a fabulous barman. Thank you so much!

It looks inconspicuous from the outside, but very authentic inside. The visit was really worthwhile, the Bruger was very tasty. Absolutely correct price. I think in high season you have to make a reservation. If the restaurant hadn't closed at 10 p.m., we would probably still be there now 🤣 🤩.

We ate in the restaurant and each had his burger and fries. The service was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. The restaurant is also toddler friendly, there is a high chair.

Great Irish and Scottish pub, the inside is a dream like being on holiday on the island. Ordered fish and chips and haggis burger. The food was very good, just like on holiday in Scotland and a nice single malt was the perfect evening.

For a beer in the pub it's great. Good whiskey. But the burger was cold. The fries were soggy and way too expensive for €6.90. Conclusion: first have a delicious meal somewhere else, then go to the Vitus Cave for a drink or two!

Burgers are very tasty, prices are absolutely reasonable and the service is also great!

We actually ate in the Vitus Cave twice during our short vacation. The pub/restaurant is really very authentic... Friendly service, good selection of burgers and much more. Good cider. The portions are generous, so I had the rest of the spare ribs packed. Our dog was also very welcome there. We didn't have to make a reservation. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Hopfen.

We were only there to eat. Food was very tasty. I think drinks are a bit cheaper but all in all it's a nice place with delicious food and I'll come back.

I've only been there once as a guest to eat and another time for drinks with a group of friends. The menu is extensive, the burgers are ok but a bit expensive. Side dishes are not included and must be ordered separately. Unfortunately the sweet potatoes were inedible and I couldn't eat them. The drinks menu, on the other hand, is very diverse and offers a large selection of alcoholic drinks - nothing to be desired. However, I find it impractical that payment is only possible in cash. A card payment option should definitely be introduced.

Pleasant pub with Irish style 2 cl of schnapps for 4.90 is already steep But generally moderate prices Hugo came in the wrong glass - but he changed that immediately 😄

We only ate here in the pub... unfortunately we can't say anything about the accommodation. The burger was tasty and a large portion. Beer and whiskey tasted good too. The entrance is downstairs, but it is a very cozy restaurant with very friendly service…. A bit hidden, but not far from the lake…

We had dinner with friends in the evening and everyone was thrilled. The Scottish part of our group was pleasantly surprised by the Haggis Burger... portions were “more than enough”, the service was great, the Guinness was really tasty. We will be back!!!!

We had dinner at the tavern and we loved the burgers they were just huge and delicious the waiter was very friendly and helpful I didn't know what beer to order and he brought me two samples for me to choose from I don't know if it's common but just huge that place was offered to me highly recommended

On the last evening of our vacation we were in this wonderful location. What can I say? Everything was just perfect here. I ate the most brilliant burger of my life, with delicious Guinness, great authentic music, and the interior was apt and wonderfully put together. Plus a service that loves guests and the job. It was an incredibly brilliant experience. Anyone reading this definitely needs to go there.

We had dinner in the pub and it was delicious. The portions were large and I like that you can choose from different patties. So you have a great choice even as a vegetarian. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere inside was very cozy. Of course, the delicious Guinness couldn't be missed.

Well-maintained and decent house.. plus a large parking space. Only the view with a “lake view” is completely wrong and fake. After asking the restaurant staff downstairs, there is not a single room with a lake view. When booking you select an extra lake view and you get a room with a view of a farm. That's exactly why there are no pictures where you can really see the balcony or the view.

We had dinner with you on Saturday evening with 6 people. Now that I've given myself a few days to let the evening sink in, I'm going to leave a review. I don't like doing that, but I was really disappointed. The ambience is great, no question, the service was nice and friendly, now let's move on to the food. I am a chef myself and after reading the reviews I had a certain expectation of the food and it was highly praised, at least in the past. Well, my friend had ordered fish 'n chips, but what came were three breaded, identically cloned pieces of frozen fried fish after vinegar, you had to ask what usually goes with the dish, it was disappointing at a price of €19.90. I had the burger with egg and beans and chose crispy chicken, potatoes and quark, the meat was two pressed meat patties that were fried to death, the potatoes were boiled potatoes without any seasoning, then there was a quark yoghurt mixture, which was also completely unseasoned and the whole thing for 21, 90€. My son got the wrong burger but ate it because he was hungry. Maybe you should reconsider your menu because for the prices you can expect fresher ingredients and a minimum level of taste. Many greetings from Augsburg, we will still stop by again when we get the chance because everyone deserves a second chance.

We had dinner in the pub and everyone was totally happy. Spare ribs, chicken wings with fries, fish & chips, 1x fries and the Black Beast Burger. However, the service was also exceptionally good. When we ordered 3 schnapps to finish off, we received a Sprite for my son and a sip of Prosecco for me in a shot glass to toast. 🥂 5 stars for us for the food, the ambience (typical pub) and the great service. Plus, it was the best burger I've ever eaten 😇 Large portions and great value for money.

An absolute tip for burger lovers. I have rarely eaten such good burgers. The decor is very nice and typically Irish. The service is very friendly and attentive.

From the outside the Irish pub looks very inconspicuous, but we were totally surprised at how lovingly the pub is decorated. We felt like we were in Ireland and not in the Allgäu. We had a burger with sweet potato fries and a mixed salad with shrimp. Then a few Guinness. It was all very, very tasty. 👍. Tomorrow we will go there again.

The impressions were mixed: the service was attentive and quick. The burger was good and cooked exactly as requested. Unfortunately, the whiskey steak did not correspond to the description in the menu: despite the medium cooking level ordered, the meat was served medium plus and was a little tough. What's more, the whiskey pepper cream sauce didn't contain a single peppercorn and was actually a gravy lightly flavored with whiskey. There was no sign of the (much thicker) consistency of a cream sauce. The price-performance ratio is also not right, especially for the side dishes. I can't comment on the rooms as we only visited the restaurant.
