Restaurant & Pizzeria L'isola in Bad Wörishofen

The pizza is decent. The dough isn't exactly to my taste.

This is the best Italian restaurant I've ever seen and eaten. The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly warm. It was an all-around great evening. Fully booked, and that speaks for itself. The food is super fresh and incredibly delicious.

I ordered and picked up two pizzas. They were delicious 👍🏼 I haven't eaten there yet, but I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Update 07/2025, The service was very friendly and the pizza was tasty and very well-topped. The lighting at Lìsola is now in the warm white range and no longer so bright. In our opinion, Lìsola is now the best pizzeria in Baden-Württemberg in terms of quality, as all other Italian restaurants in Baden-Württemberg have drastically increased their prices and reduced their quality. Very few restaurants in town are an option for us; Baden-Württemberg isn't Munich. Unfortunately, some restaurants in Baden-Württemberg are jumping on the overpricing bandwagon, which is why we, as locals who visit at least 180 restaurants a year, stay away and drive a few kilometers. Lìsola as a restaurant is a clear recommendation for good Italian pizza; unfortunately, we can't comment on the other dishes. Katja & Ralf --------- Simple Italian restaurant in Bad Wörishofen. It is very clean, tidy, and modernly furnished. A little too uncomfortable for us, OK for lunch, but in the evening we'd like a more cozy atmosphere. This is difficult to achieve with cool white LED lights. We were there on a Friday evening. The menu is extensive and the service was very friendly. We eat at least twice a week in the district at different restaurants. We had pizza, which, in our opinion, didn't quite compete with the two other Italian restaurants in Bad Wörishofen. But that's a matter of personal taste, and the pizzas served here were okay. We wish the owners continued success and best wishes from Katja & Ralf

Here, the chef knows how to make pizza! The whole family helps out and works together harmoniously.

We felt at home from the very beginning. The whole place smells divine of good food, and the landlady and her family are a well-coordinated team; you immediately feel at home and welcomed. The food tastes as good as it smells, and you can tell it's handmade and made with love. I highly recommend this place!

We spontaneously went there for dinner yesterday. Super friendly, family-run business. We felt really comfortable and will definitely be back. As an occasional vegetarian, I opted for a vegetarian pizza (Pizza Vegetariana) and I haven't regretted it. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were generous with fresh vegetables—truly delicious. The staff is also extremely friendly and attentive. Eating here is definitely recommended. I will definitely eat here again on my next stay in Bad Wörishofen.

The beer wasn't cold or fresh enough—it felt like they'd just bottled the leftovers from the keg. The pizza was just a pre-made product warmed up in the oven. A complete disappointment...

Despite a lack of seating, we quickly managed to get tables set outside for 8 hungry people. The food was excellent, and the service was funny, friendly, and fast.

The restaurant is just a four-minute drive from the thermal baths, making it easy to reach. After a relaxing visit to the Bad Wörishofen thermal baths, you can enjoy a delicious dinner there and then take a lovely stroll through the picturesque alleys. The food is simply delicious and, of course, a feast for the eyes. We will visit this lovely restaurant more often after our thermal bath visit.

The spaghetti carbonara was simply superb and the tomatoes with mozzarella were also superb

This is the best pizzaria ever, no joke Come here and try pizza number 17 and tuna salad with flatbread I don't know what kind of dough recipe it is. Airy, crispy, tasty and cold beer with it. We'll definitely be back

Unfortunately the pizza has nothing to do with a real Italian pizza. The dough was dry and tasteless - more like cardboard. Instead of being baked on a stone, it came from a tray like an average delivery service. Overall very disappointing and absolutely run of the mill - I expected much more

Food very tasteful, to the point. Ambiance very nicely designed. Despite not having a reservation, I got a table in 30 minutes. We always asked whether everything was ok and always responded to questions or comments straight away. Best pizza ever will definitely come back.

Delicious food and friendly people

We recently visited this pizzeria and were very pleased! We ordered Bombay pizza, lasagna and Gnoki pasta - everything was simply gorgeous. Pizza Bombay surprised us with its rich taste, juicy ingredients and perfectly crispy dough. Lasagna is tender, with aromatic sauce and delicious cheese. And the Gnocks were soft, satisfying and simply melted in your mouth. The service is also excellent: fast, polite and with a smile. Great place, I recommend it!

We were guests in Bad Wörishofen and chose this pizzeria for dinner based on the good reviews. Despite the fact that we hadn't made a reservation, we were invited in and assigned a seat, but with the addition that the seat would have to be free in about an hour and a half because the table was reserved. Well, we thought it could be done. We were immediately given the menu and our drinks were served. After a short time we were served our pizzas. The pizzas are a real poem!!! Me and my wife agree that this was one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. A real pleasure. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is very friendly! You can tell that a family with a lot of love and know-how is at work here. Despite the time limit of 1.5 hours, we left full and happy after just over an hour. Price-performance is great!!! Ambiance is great!!! Service is also great!!! If we lived here it would be our local pub. The selection of pizza, pasta, salads etc is also amazing. If we're in the area again we'll come back! We are visiting Bad Wörishofen and visited the restaurant based on the reviews online. Our expectations were exceeded, not only in terms of the ambience but also the food was above average at moderate, acceptable prices. You can tell that someone is cooking here who not only knows his job very well, but also celebrates it with love and passion. The ingredients were fresh and you could taste it (pasta, fish, salads) that everything was homemade. Last but not least, we were impressed by the familiar service and tone; special requests are no problem. There is no hiding the fact that there is a family at work here who invests all their love and pride in the restaurant and the satisfaction of its guests. It's a shame we don't live nearby, otherwise this would become our regular restaurant. Keep it up!

Small Italian restaurant - which has been family-run for a long time. Price performance is very good. Quality of the pasta, tomato soup and pizza bot perfect. The food was there in no time. Kudos to the boss, who also takes care of the service. I was already at the restaurant at 5:30 p.m.! By 6 p.m. all tables were occupied.

The food here is exceptionally delicious! The bruschetta is really a poem... it's hard to describe in words how good it is! The service here is very attentive and selfless. The ambience is great, you feel comfortable. There's nothing to say about the price, I think the ratio to the performance is okay. Conclusion: This restaurant is a must for all foodies and always worth a visit!

We were there yesterday and received extremely friendly service. The food (pasta and pizza) tasted really fantastic and the tiramisu at the end really sweetened our holiday. The house wine is really highly recommended and the price is absolutely right. :)

One of the best Italian restaurants. The cannelloni was to die for and another day I ate a pizza calzone. Wonderful super great taste. And I and my wife especially liked the bruschetta. I was here for dinner with my family a few days ago and I have to say that we were unfortunately disappointed. The pizzas did not correspond to the price-performance ratio. The stated diameter of 30 cm was far from the truth, it was probably more like 26-28cm. The pizza dough looked like it had been made and all the bases looked the same. So conclusion: It tasted like a good frozen pizza, with few toppings and for the price ;( And for me it had nothing to do with the Bella Italia feeling. Too bad..Very, very bad. PS: Service was good again

Were in Bad Wörishofen for 3 days, meeting 3 friends. Had lunch here and made reservations again for the evening. The food was very aromatic with fresh herbs. Everyone was thrilled, regardless of whether it was soup, pizza or pasta dishes. We recommend. The owner is a friendly young man who was very accommodating. It's been a long time since I've had such good Italian food.

Pizzabäcker ausgefallen sind... ok, wir wussten Bescheid und haben uns darauf eingestellt. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht: mega freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen. Herzlichen Dank.
