We ate there last night. It was truly delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff were very polite and accommodating. The atmosphere is very pleasant; you feel very comfortable. All in all, it's a really great little restaurant/café.
On our special day, when we wanted to celebrate our anniversary, we made a reservation a few months in advance. Conclusion: We had to wait a long time to be served, even though there were five staff members milling around and maybe only three tables in the beer garden. The meal took about an hour and everything was very chaotic. A salad plate with one tomato and greens cost €6.50, and I don't need a supermarket dressing anymore. This was our last time there. No THANKS!
Haven't tried the pizza yet, but ate at Schäufele for the third time today. Just crazy! The food, the guests and the location are simply great. Next time we'll try the pizza.
We also took home-made cakes/pies with us! Also great!
We made a reservation and then got two seats next to each other at the counter. I said that we weren't happy with that. However, this place was insisted on. Three tables in the dining room were occupied by the time we were finished. When we arrived we were alone in the restaurant. That was very disappointing. In this atmosphere we only ordered a main course and then moved on for dessert and a nightcap
That's a really great shed. It brings back memories of the 80s. Great, friendly staff, very nice owner, good music, mixed crowd (all ages). A place to feel good.
Our evening in the Indian restaurant was really great! The food was a hit: we had Haryali Malai Kabab and Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi - both delicious, fresh and seasoned just right. The Jalfrezi in particular had a pleasant spiciness that was really fun.
The red wine also went well with it. The restaurant itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the team was really friendly and attentive - we felt really comfortable.
Definitely a place not to be missed!
