Staff and service great... But the food... pizza base a bit black in some small places. I've never eaten kebab pizza so badly. Sauce was strangely slightly sweet. It also had a resounding effect. Maybe I had a bad day.

Very friendly! We visited this summer after riding the Hasenhorn coaster, it was a hot day and we drank a large beer, had a starter and then had lunch. The menu is only in german and we don't speak german very fluently but they did their very best to serve us. We shared some different starters with 4 persons and got extra plates to share without a problem. When they prepared the meal, we could have our salad (cold vegetables that were part of the meal) in advance as a separate plate so we didn't have to wait (at their own suggestion). We ordered a small beer as an extra drink, by mistake we got a large beer but without we asked for it, they only put small beers on the bill. Very customer friendly people. And the food was very good!

Petit salon de thé pas loin du pont blackforestline. Service très sympa, les gâteaux à la creme sont bons mais un peu chers... 5.90€ la part Dr Schwarzwälder. Mais généreuse. Les autres gâteaux étaient bons aussi.

The location was in a quiet location in the middle of the forest in a small village. We had access to the neighboring hotel and all the treatments such as cosmetics and massage were carried out there. We had access to the wellness area such as swimming pool, sauna, infrared chamber, peace oasis, deck chairs on the terrace between the textile-free sauna and peace oasis. There was the option to change directly in the cloakrooms for 2 euros, or 1 euro coin for the lockers. To access the cloakroom you need the hotel card so that you can enter, otherwise you are excluded if the card is in the locker. There is a tea station and water station in the entrance area. In the hotel where we stayed it was quite ok according to the hotel category. We didn't have a balcony/terrace, or we missed the night curtains because it was light early in the room. Otherwise the service was good. The only thing is that for customers who are looking for the breakfast buffet for the first time, it would be ideal to ask if it is your first time there and where exactly the buffet is located. We were assigned to a table, but waited a long time until we decided to look for someone who could help us. In my opinion, this part could be improved a bit, as apparently it wasn't just us and we were in the next room and not directly where the kitchen was.
