Restaurant Dreier in Todtnau

Very friendly! We visited this summer after riding the Hasenhorn coaster, it was a hot day and we drank a large beer, had a starter and then had lunch. The menu is only in german and we don't speak german very fluently but they did their very best to serve us. We shared some different starters with 4 persons and got extra plates to share without a problem. When they prepared the meal, we could have our salad (cold vegetables that were part of the meal) in advance as a separate plate so we didn't have to wait (at their own suggestion). We ordered a small beer as an extra drink, by mistake we got a large beer but without we asked for it, they only put small beers on the bill. Very customer friendly people. And the food was very good!

We are Catalans and come from Freiburg. We really enjoyed the break tasting the salmon burger and the breaded turkey, accompanied by salad, potatoes and sweet potato. The beer is German-sized and the cake, as it should be... a Schwartwald. Simple preparations but well made and well presented. Friendly and efficient waiters with good communication in English. Absolutely recommended. Now, let's continue the route to Lake Titisee. Auf wiedenesher!

I visited with two friends to relax, experience things, and enjoy some delicious food. We were not disappointed. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is very cozy, and the food is simply fantastic! The breakfast buffet was also excellent! A large selection and everything was fresh; we really enjoyed it. The location, right on the main road, is a bit uncomfortable, but it's not noisy. It was a bit confusing that the spa area is split between two locations. This wasn't really clear in the pictures on Booking.com, and we were a bit disappointed. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend the hotel; it's great that dogs are allowed here too!

Not my kind of place! The ambiance takes you back decades, and the food didn't impress me either; the Cordon Bleu was simply not tasty.

That was probably nothing, bad food, beer from the bottle, staff annoyed because customers were coming.
