Highly recommended. Friendly staff, fast and attentive service. Beautifully presented dishes, and the taste was just as delicious. We enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch – there was even pizza 🥂, thank you so much! We'll definitely be back.

A charming old building with typical Black Forest flair. The owner is incredibly kind and makes her guests feel right at home. We haven't had such delicious pork in ages. We'll definitely be back to try the other tasty dishes.

Very friendly! We visited this summer after riding the Hasenhorn coaster, it was a hot day and we drank a large beer, had a starter and then had lunch. The menu is only in german and we don't speak german very fluently but they did their very best to serve us. We shared some different starters with 4 persons and got extra plates to share without a problem. When they prepared the meal, we could have our salad (cold vegetables that were part of the meal) in advance as a separate plate so we didn't have to wait (at their own suggestion). We ordered a small beer as an extra drink, by mistake we got a large beer but without we asked for it, they only put small beers on the bill. Very customer friendly people. And the food was very good!

Small, charming restaurant. Super friendly service, delicious Hawaiian toast, and fantastic Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle). Great prices and perfect for a stop after a hike in the area 👍🏼

We spent three days at this hotel over New Year's and were pleasantly surprised; we received a very warm welcome. We celebrated New Year's at their partner hotel, the Waldhotel, and frankly, the evening was unique, gastronomically perfect, with unlimited wine included. We were taken to the restaurant and then picked up again very, very late at night... Highly recommended!
