The four of us chartered the "Charisma" and sailed in 5 days from Langenargen to Kirchberg Castle, Unteruhldingen, Konstanz, Fußacher Loch and to the home port of Langenargen. Great ship, comfortable for 4 large people - to live in for 5 days. Comfortable technical equipment, ship in clean condition, delivery on time. Charter price is a bit higher, but at Schattmaier we know what we are getting ☝🏻. My skipper and the three of us were a great crew. It is a unique experience to have eaten here! I have never been able to eat something so brilliant from Asian cuisine in my life. The sauces are made by hand from the ingredients. I've really never experienced that in Central Europe. Thank you very much for this gift! In terms of craftsmanship and taste, it is absolute fulfillment. Unfortunately, the ambience is a bit old, but that's not on your plate. Very friendly service completes the excellent food! Thank you for that!

We had the grilled Aubrac beef for two people. It was perfectly grilled (English) and also well and robustly seasoned. The vegetables were also excellent: potatoes, peppers, green asparagus, eggplant, and zucchini. Seasoned boldly, but not overly so. The service was also very attentive, but not intrusive. All the food and drinks were of very good quality. The ambiance is also very special. All of this comes at a price; you have to know if it's worth it. We think it's worth a visit.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, large bathroom, very friendly staff. Very clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Fresh scrambled eggs or fried eggs upon request. Free TG. I had booked a very nice double room for single occupancy. It was in a quiet location and had a balcony. I felt very comfortable and would book this hotel again at any time.
