Bürgerstüble - Gohren in Kressbronn am Bodensee

The Bürgerstüble surprised me extremely positively. In my opinion, this restaurant is highly recommended - which is (unfortunately) the exception on Lake Constance. A restaurant with lots of local guests lives up to the name Bürgerstüble, the friendly waiters serve the guests quickly and the menu offers home-style food. We were pleasantly surprised when paying. The ratio of price to performance is also right here.

Campsite residents always enjoy coming to eat. Very good food, friendly and courteous staff. Here you can get the side salad with the main course at no extra charge.

We had a very good meal in the Bürgerstüble in Gohren. It is close to the lake and Langenargen, but not directly on the promenade, so it is not overcrowded or touristy. The atmosphere is well-kept and clean, still has a 70s/80s touch and is very cozy. Swabian cuisine with game, plates are very attractive. The boiled beef tasted excellent. Portions are large and prices are extremely correct. Highly recommended, gladly again.

Hospitality is still very important here.👌 Central location, for activities in all directions. Not to forget, quiet location. Went here for the first time because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot confirm this. My roast was about 1cm high and felt like it weighed 100 grams. The other three roasts were also the same size. But I didn't order a senior portion! Only the spaetzle filled me up. The salad was totally soggy, probably made an hour before. We're not coming anymore. Dear Bürgerstüble, regarding your answer: I told the waitress that the roast was much too small. All I received was a smile. Why do you have to mention that a salad is mushy, something like that doesn't work. If that's okay for your other guests, it's not okay for me.

Inn with inviting guest rooms inside and on the terrace in Gohren near the riverside cycle path (...tip from our landlady). Rich, tasty dishes from the regional menu as well as the specialty game. Friendly service and the very good price/performance ratio round off the positive overall picture. The 1km detour through the fruit tree fields to the Bürgerstüble is highly recommended. (...a good alternative to the overpriced restaurants at the lake)

Food top... good meat, homemade spaetzle, good service and very friendly... Come again :-) I can't comment on the room as we didn't stay there overnight. We spend the night at the campsite.

A good address to enjoy home-style cuisine for over 40 years. Priced in a somewhat higher segment. But the kitchen staff knows their craft and is worth every euro. Portions leave little room for dessert...

Less on the menu would be better

Always happy, everything is very good and can only be recommended, the price-performance ratio is right.

I had dinner here with my wife and colleagues and it was very good. The service and the ambience were also very good. We had the daily menu on Saturday. A soup. Afterwards there was a mixed salad. Then came meat, two types of pork and beef, fries and spaetzle and a dark gravy and a mushroom cream sauce, both of which were very good.

The Bürgerstüble has very clean, cozy rooms and the service is very friendly and accommodating. There is something for everyone at breakfast, it is delicious and fresh. There is also a large selection at dinner and everything was very tasty. There is also a small room with toys for children. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely short vacation

I worked there for two days. I messed up something while serving, the boss reprimanded me and an employee casually said to him: “That's the problem with foreign girls, they don't understand anything”. I just have a darker appearance, otherwise I have German roots and Swabian slang. Due to further such incidents, I do not recommend the Bürgerstüble under any circumstances. Excellent home-style cooking!!! Just looking at the salad plate you can tell that everything is homemade, no ready-made sauces. Everything prepared with a lot of dedication! Everyone there was very very friendly, great service! Excellent price/performance ratio! I'm rarely there, but I'm there regularly! Will definitely come here again! Clearly full marks!👍👍👍

Leckeres Essen und super netter Service!

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Anständige gut bürgerliche Küche, wie bei Mutter zuhause sind die Gerichte mit Liebe zubereitet! Die Karte ist umfangreich, der Jahreszeit angepasste Gerichte. Groß und Klein, auch fleischlose werden hier verwöhnt. Da immer gut besucht sollte man reservieren. Sehr nette Bedienung. Da war ich nicht zum letzten Mal und komme gerne wieder. Ich kann nur das Restaurant beurteilen.

Ich bin hin und weg, einfach fantastisch... Essen wie damals bei Oma. Mit viel Liebe zubereitet, absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr nette Bedienung. Alles super

Ich war spontan beim Bodensee und hatte nach einen schönen Tag am See Hunger. Nicht weit weg von mir war die Bürgerstüble. Ich fragte nach ein Platz für mich und bekam trotz ausgebuchten Restaurant einen Splitt im Wintergarten. Der Service war extrem auf Zack, von der Getränke Bestellung bis zum Erhalt sind nur wenige Minuten vergangen, ob wohl die Gaststätte voll besetzt war musst ich auf nichts lange warten und die Bedingungen waren immer freundlich, die Preise für die erhaltenen Speisen und Getränke waren vollkommen ok. Wenn ich wieder mal die Ecke bin, werde ich die Gaststätte gerne wieder besuchen.

Ein gemütliches, zünftig-schwäbisches Restaurant von sehr netten und engagierten Eigentümern. Hier sind die Portionen groß, lecker und preislich top bei bester Qualität. Mitgebrachte Hunde bekommen Wasser und Verständnis. Prädikat besuchenswert.

Faire Preise, es gibt fast zu jedem Gericht immer einen Salat gratis dazu, tolle Wildgerichte durch eigene Jagt ( das Reh- Schäuffele war der Hammer), freundliche Bedienung.

Für mich war der Salat zu Gericht mit etwas zu viel Essig angerichtet.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Rehragout war äußerst schmackhaft, die Portion mehr als reichlich, der Preis war auch völlig ok. Kein abgehobenes Touristenlokal sondern eine schöne, gemütliche Gaststätte mit gutbürgerlicher Küche. Die Speisekarte ist nicht überladen. Man darf einen Hund mitbringen! Zu empfehlen. Update 1Jahr später: Und immer noch das Loblied auf die freundlichen Gastleute und das leckere, bezahlbare Essen. Es hat sich ausser einer Preisanpassung, die absolut im Rahmen ist, nichts geändert. Werde auch gerne nächstes Jahr wieder mit Freuden dort einkehren.
