Thank you for the oriental trip. It was a highlight for both the taste senses and the eyes. This was underlined by pleasant, informal and authentic service. We had a very nice evening in the rooms surrounded by old, thick walls with accents from the Orient.
Been there yesterday. Staff friendly. Ambience clean and ordinary. Food came quickly. Unfortunately, the chicken skewer wasn't completely cooked through, the meat was partly pink until it was almost done.
Toilet on the upper floor is ok so far, wooden railing upstairs is wobbly and loose and be careful, at the top step! Unfortunately there was a slippery doormat lying on the yellow-black marking, which I didn't see... well, that's it.
Delicious butter chicken, well-seasoned and generously served. It’s comfort food that feels like a warm hug, with super fast and efficient service. Highly recommend!
Not really recommended. We ordered takeaway and when we arrived at the agreed time the pizza wasn't even in the oven. In the end we waited another half hour.
In addition, our order was then given to other customers who came back 10 minutes later and whose pizza was then given to us, so we also got cold pizzas (one was decorated with a hair, the other contained additional random ingredients).
The Bellini experience is definitely an experience that you don't want to have often.
We had a pumpkin soup as a starter, two side salads as a main course, rump steak with herb butter and fries, the shrimp ragout with Mediterranean grilled vegetables and tagliatelle and as dessert the apple strudel and the chocolate soufflé.
The food was really good and the service was friendly and accommodating. The price-performance ratio was quite reasonable.
Really tasty and good food. The staff is also good and one of them always gives me an extra ingredient for free. Nice ambience in green tones and comfortable seats. Also good to take away but you don't need to make a reservation.
I deleted my five star review from a month ago because the food and service yesterday was very poor. Ordered two drinks: 1x carbonated water and once Fanta. Then two glasses of sparkling water came, the waiter said - I said whatever, instead of Fanta you could also use sparkling water - it was non-carbonated tap water. Side salad was prepared the day before and the lettuce leaves were already rotten. We didn't eat it and the waiter didn't take it from the table or ask what was wrong. Ordered two pizzas - too dry. We didn't eat half of it. The bill came: €3.60 each for two glasses of tap water - I'm not coming anymore (100km drive from Ludwigsburg)
Good kebab, had Yufka with veal and a portion of fries. The Yufka was good, the fries were ok I would say, the staff were friendly. The ambience needs to be polished up again.
Location looks good, service is ok, and the food itself tastes good too, BUT:
The prices for the size are just horrendous compared to what you get, even when you factor in inflation etc.
Special rolls, which cost >15€ per roll and consist of 8 pieces, are so short, small and the pieces are so narrow... and then there is not much fish in them.
So a sushi roll that actually only has fish + 1 ingredient in it should consist of at least 2/3 fish and 1/3 ingredient... and overall the fish makes up at least 1/2 of the roll.
Here the rolls barely consist of 1/5 fish, the rest is rice, other ingredients etc., and then tiny rolls.
We had several starters and 3 special rolls, 2 x 8 pieces, 1 x 5 pieces.
We were already full at other restaurants, but here I left hungry again, and that for almost €60 for it.
2 pictures for comparison, the mango/salmon roll from Ginza, although delicious, but unfortunately small enough to starve and hardly any fish, and in contrast, sushi from a street vendor, much larger, 2/3 fish (tuna).
Sorry, but please adjust your sizes, then I'll be happy to come back because it tasted delicious.
Otherwise you have to budget at least €80-100 just for food to fill you up, and that's too much.
Plus I want to eat sushi (fish) and not mainly other ingredients.
p.s.: You can really leave out the smoke, or at least ask if you want that. Not all customers have to Instagram their food...
