Best pizza ever! Service was great and also great ambience...if I'm in Heidelberg again, I'll come back

We were visiting to enjoy a nice Valentine's Day dinner. On the phone it was said that in addition to the Valentine's menu you could also order dishes from the menu. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. You were tied to the overpriced menu. In the end we paid over €130 for pasta with sauce, a dollop of burrata, 5 slices of tomato and a tablespoonful of chocolate mousse. The portions were so small that we cooked something small at home. We were hungry, even though we are always extremely full after every other restaurant visit. The service was pretty bad. We were often forgotten and waited over an hour for the main course. Nevertheless, the decor in the restaurant was very nice and the food tasted good too. Conclusion: The overpriced menus on Valentine's Day are not worth the money. Find restaurants where you can choose what you eat.

Pleasantly modern atmosphere with Italian music. In summer, the glass front is completely open, so you can essentially sit outside (there are also a few small bistro tables on the sidewalk). During Corona, since 2020, I have been there alone for lunch almost weekly, sometimes even twice a week, because I had appointments nearby. Increasingly sometimes with family/friends. Back then I gave it 5 stars, especially because the lunch menu was always very good, even if it wasn't cheap. There were always very nice, attentive service staff. NEW: The food is generally very good in taste; ... that you don't like one or the other perfectly is normal and can be addressed, e.g. Amount or type of salad dressing or similar Lunch was always quite quick, but on other visits we sometimes had to wait a little longer. Unfortunately, you can now only pay in cash, which is very annoying these days and you just don't always think about having enough cash with you and it doesn't just cost €10/15. Unfortunately, the quantities are now very manageable, definitely too small for men or sporty/active people, especially since the prices are even higher. I really hope that this changes again. The manageable menu is fine, we usually find something, but we rely on particularly fresh ingredients.

We were hoping for a nice evening on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, it was a total failure. The waiter was completely overwhelmed. Food was overpriced. We were told on the phone that you could eat a la carte. This was not the case, even if it is claimed. 😡There was only one overpriced menu. We will never visit this restaurant again. There is one consolation. The food was delicious. Greetings to the chef.

A really modern, cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. After a warm welcome and great advice, I had a delicious fresh salad and fantastic REAL carbonara! I can highly recommend Trentasette!

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and every time it's been an absolute taste experience! The menu offers a great variety and is updated regularly, so you can always discover new delicacies. The boss is always friendly and accommodating, which makes the visit even more pleasant. There is also a bar in the lower part of the restaurant where you can enjoy delicious cocktails in a great atmosphere. Great events also take place there regularly, which make the evening even more special. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

A friend and I were able to enjoy the best New Year's Eve meal ever with you yesterday. The service, ambience and especially the food deserve nothing other than 5 stars in terms of appearance and taste. I still dream about the bruschetta today!

Rein zufällig haben wir dieses tolle Restaurant gefunden. Wir wurden toll begrüßt und hervorragend bedient. Das Essen war wunderbar, m. E. hebt sich dieses Restaurant sehr von vielen anderen Restaurants in der Altstadt ab, sowohl im Hinblick auf die Bewirtung als auch im Hinblick auf das Essen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

We came across "37" by chance. It is located a little away from the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian zone. BUT: Mattia & his team do a great job! Delicious dishes, great service & that “certain something” were very convincing. 5☆ Recommendation!!!

I wanted to have dinner alone and happened to drive past the store with a parking lot in front of the door. So we came in spontaneously, received a friendly greeting, and the card was brought quickly. After that nothing happened for a long time because the waiter was with friends, assigned them a table and gave the dog water. From the waitress I ordered a salad as a starter and asked for lots of pepperoni in the salad, spaghetti all arrab (ordered extra spicy) and a glass of Nero D'Avola. After some time the waitress brought me the starter salad and about two minutes later the main course, even though I had only just started the starter salad. The main course was Macaroni All Arrab, which the chef accidentally made. The salad contained exactly one pepperoni, the macaroni wasn't spicy at all. The wine wasn't brought until just before the macaroni was finished. The waiter noticed that I didn't have a drink on the table and asked the waitress why the guest didn't have a drink. He then came to my table himself and asked me what drink I wanted. I replied "what I ordered earlier along with the food". But he didn't ask the waitress, but wanted to know in front of me. To compensate for the delay, I received a glass of mineral water with a slice of lemon on the house with the wine. Conclusion: the service here is really bad, the food is below average, special requests are simply ignored. I can only advise against visiting this restaurant! Heidelberg offers very good other restaurants.

Ich wollte alleine Abendessen, fuhr zufällig an dem Laden vorbei, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Also spontan rein, freundliche Begrüßung, Karte wurde schnell gebracht. Danach passierte lange nichts, da der Kellner mit Freunden zu Gange war, ihnen einen Tisch zuwies und den Hund mit Wasser versorgte. Bei der Kellnerin bestellte ich einen Salat als Vorspeise und bat um viele Peperoni im Salat, Spaghetti All Arrab (extra scharf bestellt) und ein Glas Nero D'Avola. Nach einiger Zeit brachte mir die Kellnerin den Vorspeisensalat und ca. zwei Minuten später das Hauptgericht, obwohl ich den Vorspeisensalat gerade erst angefangen hatte. Das Hauptgericht waren dann Makkaroni All Arrab, hat der Koch versehentlich gemacht. Der Salat enthielt genau eine Peperoni, die Makkaroni waren gar nicht scharf. Der Wein wurde bis kurz vor Beendigung der Makkaroni nicht gebracht. Dem Kellner fiel auf, dass ich kein Getränk auf dem Tisch hatte und er fragte die Kellnerin, warum der Gast kein Getränk hat. Er kam dann selber an meinen Tisch und fragte mich nach meinem Getränkewunsch. Ich antwortete "das, was ich vorhin zusammen mit dem Essen bestellt habe". Er erkundigte sich aber nicht bei der Kellnerin, sondern wollte es vor mir wissen. Zur Entschädigung für die Verspätung bekam ich ein Glas Mineralwasser mit einer Zitronenscheibe aufs Haus zu dem Wein. Fazit: der Service hier ist richtig schlecht, das Essen unterer Durchschnitt, Sonderwünsche werden einfach ignoriert. Von dem Besuch dieses Restaurants kann ich nur abraten! Heidelberg bietet sehr gute andere Restaurants.

We were looking forward to a nice evening with friends. We were there for the first time. Were received very warmly. Unfortunately, that's where the lovely evening ended. Beer was out. Can happen. Aperol was also out. It can also happen. But putting other drinks on the table without asking. Doesn't have to be. The food took a very long time. That's ok too. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't good either. The carbonara was barely seasoned. The tortellini were cold. Were warmed up again. This took 15 minutes. Then he was allowed to eat alone. Even after communicating with the waitress that we didn't like or taste it, we were just ignored and the bill came. No more asking if we want something to drink etc… All in all a disappointing evening. Given the high prices, we expected more service and quality. You can have a bad day. But at least you can be customer-friendly and more accommodating. With small gestures and a bit of charm you can usually change a dissatisfied customer's mind. Hasn't been tried...

We wanted to spend our last holiday evening in this restaurant on the recommendation of our hostel and were unfortunately very disappointed. It became difficult when it came to choosing drinks because some things were not in stock (no Sprite, coffee machine broken...). Unfortunately, the alleged Angus steak almost bordered on being cheeky for the price quoted. The spaghetti carbonara was really completely covered in a pepper carpet and was inedible. The only waiter who really tried hard and was nice told us during the payment process that we could only pay in cash. We didn't know anything about this and were only able to pay our bill very unprofessionally via a Paypal link, delivered on a piece of paper All in all really disappointing...a shame. Ambiance and location are great

My wife and I had a nice date evening here, but we're not super satisfied with the food. The price doesn't match the taste or portion. Service was good however and it's nice to sit outside in the summer.

Went here by chance and weren't disappointed. Small menu, but with very selected dishes; There is also a day ticket that complements the offer. Mattia and his team gave us a wonderful evening among friends. At the beginning he introduced himself to us personally and gave us tips on the aperitif 🍸. After ordering the food, there was a pleasant greeting from the kitchen 🍝 The bruschetta comes on freshly made focaccia and is exceptionally good 🍅 Main courses 10/10 🇮🇹 Mousse au chocolat was the perfect finishing touch. There were four of us here and we were very impressed. Repeat order 💯

We reserved a table today, unfortunately we found ourselves in front of a locked door - despite the reservation confirmation. Reservations are also a problem at the Dacostar in Neuenheim.

The food was delicious so far. Unfortunately the work wasn't done so neatly and there were crawling things in the salad.. The service was not very fast and rather distant, some items were sold out even though we were there shortly after opening.

Nicely decorated restaurant with delicious food. We had spaghetti carbonara and homemade ravioli with truffles. The ravioli with truffle, a total of 6 ravioli, cost a whopping ~€27. The dish didn't leave you feeling full. There was no light in the toilet. There was no hint, only when asked. It was stated that the cell phone should be used as a flashlight. It's a shame that the lighting in the basement (toilet) wasn't prioritized as important.

At first it was very friendly, but in the end it became downright rude when we as a larger group wanted to pay separately (only cash was possible). This was simply not accepted (completely normal in Germany and easy to do) and the reaction was in the most outrageous way. In short: the food was good and the staff initially friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was really nice. But, dear team, the guest is simply king in professional establishments and in the end our "wish" wasn't that unusual... very borderline, because we left with a negative feeling. Absolutely a shame!

Trattoria Trentasette is a very nice Italian restaurant with good food, friendly service at a fair price, conveniently located in Heidelberg.

Very nice neighborhood Italian option outside of the typical tourist area. Think they were a little surprise to see American tourists (they can just tell) there and English is more limited than in H-berg's tourist area, but good enough in combination with my rusty 40-years ago college German. Great food, better service, and marvelous atmosphere. So if you're willing to go out of your comfort zone if you don't speak fluent German, this is a great break from the typical tourist spots. We like to explore options outside of the typical tourist spots and Trentasette fits the bill. Very good Italian food, great service and friendly staff who were patient with my basic knowledge of German. I would definitely recommend it to both adventurous tourists and locals.

Went here last week for a company event. + very nice service, + clean location - Food/dessert was returned and unfortunately wasn't convincing (risotto was tasteless and was swimming in fat, mousse au chocolat wasn't homemade?)

Ambience great, food well... We ate a salad that was very, very unspectacular for 16.50 euros. The sauce tasted exactly like the sweetened balsamic dressing from McDonalds, fresh in itself, but the shrimp were really on point and of good quality. The wine, in itself good, round in taste, no flaws, not old, but where is the open bottle put, the red wine arrived really warm and cooling! then depends on the temperature of the room. That hasn't happened to me in a while. The spaghetti with pepper was a little too little al dente (but still completely within limits) but white pepper was used as pepper, which simply didn't convey enough flavor. That just doesn't work, Casa Mia or what feels like every other Italian place does a better job. It's a shame, the restaurant itself is great and has a good location. In short, an Italian without profile and finesse. Every pub with food in South Tyrol does this better.

Service was sometimes a bit too fast and euphoric, so the occasional mishap happened.

An Silvester wollten wir gerne a la carte essen, hatten sogar extra angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich ist. Als wir dort waren und schon am Tisch saßen, war plötzlich nur ein überteuertes Menü möglich. Preis Leistung hat da leider überhaupt nicht gestimmt und so überrumpelt zu werden war nicht nett.

Leider waren wir (wahrscheinlich) zum falschen Zeitpunkt dort. Hatten für den Silvester Abend einen Tisch reserviert. Leider wurden wir damit überrascht, dass es ein Silvester Menü gibt und man nicht A la carte bestellen kann. Dies stand weder auf der Website, noch vor dem Restaurant. Die Preise für das Menü waren zudem komplett überteuert, die Portionen waren dazu noch sehr sehr klein und überhaupt nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Geschmacklich war es jedoch sehr lecker.

Es war mein Lieblingsitaliener. Der letzte Besuch war für lange Zeit der letzte - denn das, was uns präsentiert wurde, war das Letzte. Ich habe immer einen bestimmten Tisch Wochen vorher reserviert und zugesagt bekommen - drei Mal hintereinander gab der Kellner ihn weg. Das wurde letztes Mal mit einem Aperitiv "entschädigt". Die Vorspeisen ( Vitello tonnato und Carpaccio) waren hervorragend. Bei der Bestellung der Hauptgerichte wurde uns gesagt, Trüffel sei ausgegangen. Also gab es einmal Ibericoschwein mit Rosmarinkartoffeln und einmal Branzino auf Pepperonata. 3 Minuten vor dem Hauptgericht kam der Inhaber und stellte uns eine Portion (hervorragendes) gem. Gemüse auf den Tisch - als give away. Das Schwein kam ohne Kartoffeln. Auf Nachfrage teilte uns der Wirt mit, Kartoffeln seien ausgegangen (!). Ich als Wirt wäre in das 100m entfernte alnatura gegangen und hätte Kartoffeln gekauft. Der Branzino war, ebenso wie das Gemüse, hervorragend. Die Grösse des Fischfilets hätte aber besser zu einer unter Magersucht leidenden Sardine gepasst. Nach Beschwerde gab es als Entschädigung eine Kugel mousse au chocolat. Der Wirt äusserte, es läge nicht an ihm, es läge am Personal. Er musste sich dann von mir sagen lassen, dass es nicht am Personal, sondern an der Personalführung läge. Ein Hauptgericht in der Grösse eines amuse gueulle hätte m.E. die Küche nicht verlassen dürfen bzw. durch den Kellner zurückgewiesen werden müssen, es sei denn, der Chef ist damit einverstanden. Schade. Lieblingsitaliener ex.

Leider haben wir wahrscheinlich einen schlechten Tag erwischt, der Service hatte nicht seinen besten Tag. Das Speisen aus sind, ist bei der Frische normal, da wäre eine Info bei Übergabe der Karte wünschenswert. Auch das es heute nur Barzahlung gibt, kann man doch vorher kommunizieren. Die Speisen sind lecker, klein und angemessen bepreist. Bei einigen Getränken stimmt die Karte nicht mit der Kasse überein. Also eher beim nächsten Mal woanders hin.

Unglaublich schönes Lokal mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche und sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal - absolut die beste Pasta die ich jemals gegessen habe, kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Dieser eifrig thematisierte „Italiener“ ist wirklich so authentisch wie ein Besuch in Disney World. Die lässige Servicekraft („Buono Sera“) trägt Fedora-Hut und Arbeitsschürze, als käme sie frisch von der Oliven-Ernte oder müsste ein Bienenvolk umquartieren. Es ist ein „Olive Garden“ mitten in Heidelberg! Mit einer wunderbaren, selbstgefälligen Arroganz wurde uns mit Hinweis auf die auf Deko-Tafeln ausgewiesene Lasagne erklärt, dass man hier ein „echter Italiener“ und „ohne Sahne“ sei und es bestimmt keine (pffhhhh) „Lasagne“ gäbe. Nun gut. Gleicher Duktus auch bei der Erläuterung, warum die ausgewiesene Pinsa - Variationen auf Grund des sehr, sehr, sehr erkrankten „Pinsa-Kochs“ nicht verfügbar seien. Die einzige Pinsa mit Tomate und Parmesan (21 €) würde man aber dennoch anbieten können. Auch ohne Pinsa-Koch. Bestellte Getränke wurden nach einer kleinen Erinnerung gerne gebracht. Wir hatten Cacio et Pepe (13 €) als Vorspeise, das mit einer gräulich-wässrigen Soße und hauchfein gemahlenem Pfeffer aus dem Streuer wirklich nicht überzeugte. Wie bei der nach einem Salat als secondo piatto geordneten Carbonara fehlte den Spaghetti das Salzwasser wirklich gänzlich. Die Carbonara war fad, nur ein Hauch von Guanciale, nicht langsam ausgelassen und insgesamt nicht cremig. Die Zubereitung der Carbonara ist natürlich variabel. Aber ob mit reinem Eigelb oder Vollei, zusammen mit dem Pecorino und der Stärke im heißen Nudelwasser entsteht normalerweise eine wunderbare cremige dicke Soße, die die Nudeln umspielt. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Die Pinsa war optisch in Ordnung hatte aber keinen ordentlichen Ofen gesehen und geschmacklich eine deutlich wahrnehmbare Frittierfett-Note (wie ein Berliner), die ich mir nicht erklären kann. Belag war frisch, aber dem Preis nicht entsprechend. Süßlich abgeschmeckte gelbe Tomaten und Parmesan. Espresso zum Abschluss ohne Crema und dazu eine „Zwischenrechnung“ mit Hinweis auf die favorisierte „Barzahlung“ als Steuersparmodell… wirklich keine gute Visitenkarte.

Nach zwei sehr positiven Erfahrungen muss ich nach unserem letzten Besuch leider deutlich nach unten korrigieren. Ein Essen war nach unserem Empfinden versalzen, bzw. hat nur nach gekörnter Brühe geschmeckt, das andere hatte gar keinen Geschmack. Zusätzlich war das Bier schlecht eingeschenkt und schal. Und der ungefragte Einsatz der "Rauchseifenblasen-Maschine", die in die Getränke gesifft hat, hätte man sich sparen können. Alles wurde zwar auf Hinweis versucht zu korrigieren, der Service war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente ist einfach super, aber wenn ich das ohne die positive Vorerfahrungen und Eigeninitiative erlebt hätte, wären es ein bis maximal zwei Sterne. Werde es wieder probieren, aber solche Schwankungen sind wirklich schwierig.

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in diesem Restaurant. Diesmal leider aus Service-Sicht eine Katastrophe und ein kulinarischer Reinfall, fast schon komisch. Der Kellner eine Mischung aus gelangweilter, unaufmerksamer Überheblichkeit, ohne jegliches Interesse am Wohl des Gastes. Ärgerlich genug, dass nicht auffiel, wenn wir vor leeren Gläsern oder Tellern saßen und das Bezahlen erst gelang, nachdem wir lautstark nach der Rechnung riefen. An einem Freitag Abend direkt mal ein Gericht schon nicht mehr verfügbar, im Übrigen des Einzige Pastagericht mit einer Sauce auf Tomatenbasis, was ich als Auswahl an Pastagerichten eher als unglücklich gewählt empfinde, sollte doch eine Gewisse Vielfalt vorhanden sein.Mein kleines Wasser kam - sehr befremdlich - in einem Glas, die Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe schwammen in einer dünnflüssigen Suppe, welches die eigentlich cremige Käsesoße hätte sein sollen. Beide Nudelgerichtet waren nur noch lauwarm. Auch die Thunfischcreme auf dem Vitello Tonnato glich einer dünnflüssigen Sauce. Ganz verwundert war der Kellner über unsere Bitte, uns doch zwei Teller für die Vorspeise zu bringen, die wir uns teilen wollten 🤣. Die Frage, ob die Focaccia, die wir ursprünglich zu den Hauptgerichten bestellt hatten, schon im Ofen sei, wurde lachend verneint, was uns sehr entgegenkam, da wir diese abbestellen wollten, doch das ging laut Kellner nicht, da er es ja schließlich bereits in die Kasse eingeben hätte und sonst stornieren müsste🤨…Aaah ja! Beim Bezahlen baten wir darum, das Trinkgeld (welches eigentlich gar nicht gerechtfertigt war) mit der Rechnung per Karte zu zahlen. Die beste Antwort ever: „das geht nicht, sonst muss ich 3 Tage auf das Trinkgeld warten!“ 😳 Danke fürs Gespräch und sonst gar nichts! Das war unser letzter Besuch im ehemals sehr guten Restaurant!

Die frische Pasta war richtig gut. Die würde ich so auch nochmal essen, obwohl die Wartezeit recht lange war. Was mich jedoch wunderte, dass die Pastagerichte der Tageskarte bei ‚Secondi‘ und nicht bei ‚Primi‘ aufgeführt waren. Eigentlich ist Pasta doch immer ein ‚Primi’ in Italien.

Tolle Atmosphäre, vor allem aufgrund des sehr freundlichen Personals und das Essen war überragend. Wenn man 6 Sterne geben könnte, hätte die Trattoria es auf jeden Fall verdient. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trattoria 37 ist der einzige Grund weshalb ich den Glauben nicht verloren habe, dass es gute Restaurants gibt. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Was gibt es besseres als leckeres Essen? Genau! Ein super nettes aufgeschlossenes und lustiges Team, das den Aufenthalt in dem Restaurant bereichert. Das Ambiente.. das Ambiente ist einfach super für ein tolles romantisches Date. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten einen Deja-Vu aus unserem Heimatland Sizilien.

Super Ambiente. Super Essen. (mehrere Gänge) Faszinierend, kaum in Worte zu fassen. Sprachlos wie das 7:1 Deutschland gegen Brasilien. Neben Crême Brulé, Trüffel Maultaschen, Pinsa aus Napoli. Atemberaubend 😁

Sehr gutes Italienisches Essen mit übersichtlicher, gut sortierter Karte. Große Auswahl an Pinsa. Wirklich freundlicher Service mit Spaß am Job.

Amazing place. We arrived without reservation and we're welcome with a big smile. The service is great and really friendly. The food is really tasty. The atmosphere and the decoration really match. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for really good Italian food.

Before COVID, this restaurant served excellent food, but since then, it's been a bit of a letdown. The cacio e pepe, for instance, was watery and tasteless, which is a shame for Italian restaurants. However, their service remains top-notch, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I'd recommend they consider changes in the kitchen to restore the great flavors they once had.

Einfach genialer Abend! Das Risotto fantastisch, das Rinderfilet super zart, der Salt frisch und lecker. Der Service außerordentlich aufmerksam! Nur zu empfehlen!!

Great place in hiedelburg, turned up without a booking, were accommodated and treated fantastically despite not speaking any German, great pasta dishes and pizza, with lovely white wine to accompany. Very busy when we left at 8.30. Highly recommended

Sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut. Von den Vorspeisen über Pizza und Pasta war alles lecker, frisch und authentisch! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Essen ist leider unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr schade. Original Spaghetti Carbonara wird mit einer dickflüssigen Creme serviert, dafür wird aber kein Extra Käse gereicht. Der rot Wein hatte 26 grad und war ungenießbar. Fenster sind weit offen, Leute sitzen draußen und der ganze Zigarettenrauch zieht ins Restaurant. Nicht sehr angenehm.

Sehr große Empfehlung ! Das Essen, das Ambiente und vor allem der Service waren ein Traum. Das Essen war sooo lecker, authentisch und geschmacklich unschlagbar. Der Service war eine 10/10, super zuvorkommend, umsichtig und wahnsinnig nett und freundlich. Kommt unbedingt vorbei und probiert unbedingt die Lasagne …… große Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder !

I stopped in because it was near my hotel and I am ruined for eating Italian food forever more. The bruschetta was devine- warm crunchy bread with a herbaceous delight on top. The big surprise was the riff on eggplant parmigiana - made with zucchini and parma. I am not a fan of eggplant parm and this had my taste buds singing. BIG applauds to Nello and his extremely capable team!! Modou and Salvadore were incredibly welcoming- please give them my warmest regards.

Hebt sich von anderen Restaurants ab da wirklich alles frisch und ehrlich zubereitet ist und nicht überladen mit gehaltvollen Saucen oder künstlichen Aromen. Selbst die Trüffelnudeln kamen ohne Aroma aus. Der Inhaber ist eine Gastroseele und sehr freundlich.

Super schöner Abend in tollem Ambiente, exzellentem Essen und sehr sympathischem Service. Kommen aus dem Grund sehr gerne immer wieder.

Vorweg Bruschetta welches super war und danach Saltimbocca und Pinsa. Beides zum weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin und das Ambiente im Restaurant ist italienisch schön

Il locale è gestito da un italiano e la cucina ha incontrato le nostre aspettative. Rapporto qualità prezzo tutto sommato buono. Personale gentile e attento

Kürzlich war ich zu einem runden Geburtstag im Trentasette eingeladen. Hui, dachte ich, soll ein gutes Restaurant sein, sicher auch nicht ganz billig. Habe mich darauf gefreut, vorher nicht viel gegessen. Und dann das: im Keller ein schmuckloser Raum, die Mäntel im Nebenraum gestapelt. Nach ca 1,5 Stunden kam die Vorspeise….Baguette Brötchen mit den üblichen Belägen: Olivenpaste, Tomaten, einem müffelnden Lachs…fertig, nicht genug für alle….eng unten in der kleinen Küche aufgebaut. Dann kam die Krönung, wohl in der Jugendherberge abgeguckt: Teller mit Nudeln und Tomatensauce (aus der Tüte)…einzeln runtergetragen….jeder aß für sich, sobald er den Teller vor sich hatte. Der Chef machte ziemliche Hektik, weil er ‚organisieren‘ wollte. Grauenvoll. Irgendwann kamen Gläschen mit Panacotta und Himbeere, die Gelatine Industrie hat sich sicher über einen erhöhten Absatz ihres Produkts gefreut. Wie kann man so mit seinen Kunden umgehen? Respektlos und unverschämt. Nie wieder trentasette

Ich war nun zum dritten Mal innerhalb von 12 Monaten da, mit unterschiedlichen Freunden, und ich bin 3x sehr zufrieden gewesen, auch gestern wieder. Netter Empfang mit Schnauzer und Hut, super liebe Bedienung (junge Frau, mega sympathisch), italienisches Ambiente aber schick, Adriano Celentano im Ohr, ein schwarzweiß Film ohne Ton auf die Leinwand im Hintergrund, gute Vorschläge bei der Essensbestellung, perfekte Carbonara wie es sich gehört (...ohne Sahne und trotzdem himmlich cremig!). Leckerer, schöner und entspannter hätte auch diesen Abend nicht sein können... grazie!

Essen war super lecker, Preise in Ordnung, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolle Atmosphäre, gehoben, aber trotzdem locker, gute Musik in angenehmer Lautstärke, super Service: unaufdringlich aber immer präsent. Super für Paare oder mit Freunden!
