We went for an informal dinner on a regular day, the waitress was so stressed 😣 because it was close to the time of closing the kitchen. Still some time ahead but she was pushing us like we were children late to school. 🫤 of course we left. So I can’t say much about the food. 🫢
I simply love it here!
The food is really delicious, the portion sizes are just right, and the prices are good too.
Tapas are always a bit more expensive, but you get something different for a change.
The staff are very friendly.
The food takes a little while, but it's well worth it 😍 The atmosphere is okay.
The drinks are highly recommended. Order the house drink with San Bitter, passion fruit, and sparkling wine – delicious 😍
Super host
It was raining when we were there and he made sure we get a table inside asap and provided us with hot tea to keep us warm.
The quality of the sushi we ordered was supreme and plenty
An outdated lodge with a certain charm. Some of the staff were inattentive, unfriendly, and poorly managed. The food was good, but the selection was sometimes limited. The price-performance ratio was okay. Next time, however, I would try a different lodge.
The sushi was really good, maybe not the best in Thüringen, but definitely high on the list. The presentation was also great. However, the service wasn't great. We waited a really long time, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The waiter gave us extra edamame to apologize, so we were okay with that.
The problem was that one of the sushi rolls was missing. After checking the photos and discussing it, they said we wouldn't need to pay for it. However, it was listed again in the receipt, and since it was one of the pricier rolls at €17, it felt a bit like a trap. After explaining again and the waiter checking it out, we ended up not having to pay for the missing roll.
Tldr: It's okay, but check if everything's there. We saved a little money by taking a photo, but the food was good.
This place is absolutely awful, I've never experienced such terrible service. All the food there is expired and there's hair in it. The beer, wine, etc., are all expired from the kiosk next door. There are rats on the floor. All the employees work illegally and are also very unfriendly. I know this because I worked there; the owner even stole my tips and rips off the customers.
We were there for the first time today. It's a really lovely little restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent! We'd love to come back again.
The food was excellent 😌 The prawn tartare tasted absolutely delicious and the kitchen looked great, I highly recommend it 🤗 and I really liked the service 👍
Honestly, the food was good, but at the same time, something burnt and inedible appeared in my meal.
The staff politely offered to change the meal, but I refused.
May God bless them.
We were quite disappointed.
The food wasn't fresh. The mushrooms were canned, and the other ingredients were also quite stale.
We were really looking forward to a fresh punch. The kimchi was initially missing, and when we pointed it out, the first response was that it was included. After mentioning it a second time, we received some more, but it was already past its best and no longer good. When we pointed this out, the only response was, "That's how it's supposed to be."
So, everything was rather chaotic, with no fresh ingredients, and therefore not tasty. It also upset our digestion.
A tiny portion of fries cost six euros. Far too expensive.
The burger, however, was apparently good.
What a shame.
A wonderful restaurant, run with great care and attention to detail. The ever-changing menu is superbly curated. Every dish I've had so far has been fantastic! Last week's calamari was simply amazing. Everyone who's been to CUCINA with me has been delighted. Thank you to Angie, Aldi, and Mamma.
