I'm extremely critical when it comes to pizza and have developed correspondingly high standards over time. My usual pizzeria was unfortunately closed today, so I was forced to find an alternative. Even just looking at the photos, I noticed the seemingly meticulous preparation of the dough, which promised a perfect balance between airy lightness and a firm, supportive structure. The cheese also suggested a high-quality selection and expert aging.
In practice, this first impression was fully confirmed. The dough impressed with its aromatic depth, clean fermentation, and pleasant texture, while the cheese melted evenly, retained its flavor, and blended harmoniously with the overall impression. The result was a pizza of remarkable quality. I will definitely be ordering from there more often in the future.
Today we had salmon trout. As a trained chef and gourmet, I can only say that in the kitchen, the wheat is separated from the chaff when it comes to well-prepared fish. The men delivered without batting an eye. Tender, piping hot, simply perfect, and superbly seasoned (the fish). It was like an early New Year's Eve dinner. My utmost respect!
Best place to go eat in Bremen. It feels like homemade food. It's a Vietnamese-type restaurant. That's why it's not like fast food. Expct to wait a bit of time for the food, but it's totally worth it. The name is probably from a past place.
The doner kebab, ordered with "only meat," was brazenly stuffed with fries, even though fries were already included in the meal deal. Even the drink was delivered incorrectly. The doner itself tasted about 4/10, but the incredibly cheap-looking fries, noticeable with every bite, made the whole thing inedible.
When I called, they simply hung up. I certainly won't be ordering from there again and would advise everyone against eating there.
Furthermore, I can't imagine how so many people supposedly eat there happily; the reviews seem fake, and they're clearly trying to silence negative comments. Disgusting.
