The food is always great! The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate special requests. You just need to allow a little extra time for the food to arrive. But that's to be expected, because everything is freshly prepared. I'm happy to wait a few minutes longer for that.

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant. Always busy on weekends, and without a reservation it's difficult to get a table during peak hours. The food is great. We haven't tried the sushi yet, but it looked amazing. I really like the menu with pictures. All in all, worth a visit. We'll definitely come back to try the sushi again.

Absolutely no comparison to the restaurant in town. The service was incredibly fast, pleasant, and friendly. Sure, if the restaurant is suddenly full, I might have to wait a few minutes longer. But they offer a complimentary appetizer. The food is plentiful and tastes just like a vacation! What I mean is, authentic cuisine. We thank you for the lovely service, for a truly wonderful anniversary (10th wedding anniversary), and for the lovely surprise at the end. We'll definitely be back. Tonight, on my birthday, just like in May, it was a wonderful evening with excellent service and incredibly friendly staff. Since the restaurant is so popular, the street parking spaces fill up quickly, but you're likely to find a spot in the back courtyard. :) Today, for Halloween, the restaurant has come up with some fantastic decorations and created a wonderful atmosphere. 👻

Probably the best sushi place in Saxony! I’ve been several times in Laterne and I’ve been never disappointed! The service is there is super friendly and fast! The food is simply amazing! I’m a person who really rarely eat sushi, but this place make me crave sushi. I could recommend this place if you are looking for some delicious Asian food! Just keep in mind to make reservation before you go!

I was there on a Sunday evening. All the tables were occupied and therefore correspondingly noisy. The appetizer I ordered (miso soup) arrived quickly and tasted good. 👍🏻 The main course was forgotten and brought after repeated requests. In contrast to the appetizer, the main course tasted very average. The fried rice with vegetables and chicken schnitzel tasted like it came from any random snack bar 👎🏻 Conclusion: It wasn't all bad, but it's not my first recommendation. The ambiance is nicely designed. Everyone's taste is a little different, but it's unacceptable to be forgotten.

The two of us ate here, and it was by far the best Vietnamese food we've ever had. A fantastic and large selection of starters and main courses...the complete repertoire of Vietnamese cuisine is offered here... Even people who don't like sushi etc., but rather feel more at home with regular Asian cuisine, will find their money's worth here. The excellent presentation of the individual dishes is also worth mentioning. We were truly blown away and regret not being from here. The service was also super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We had an all-around successful evening with fantastic food. If there were more stars to be awarded, we would be happy to give them here. It couldn't be better. Thank you so much for this 🫶

I'd heard a lot about this restaurant and decided to visit to see if it was as good as my friends had said. The food was excellent, the menu was nice, and the service was friendly. Regarding the decor, the room where we were seated was rather sparse, while other areas of the restaurant are more refined in terms of design. I think it's an interesting and pleasant place, especially worth a visit for the variety and flavor of the dishes.

We sat by the open window, facing the noisy street. The table and chairs were dirty, and there were napkins and leftover food on the floor. The appetizers were delicious. Unfortunately, the sushi wasn't tasty; the fish had no taste at all. You've had much better experiences elsewhere. Then we wanted to pay and paid with small change – restaurants elsewhere are always very happy about this. Here, we were treated very rudely. We won't be back.

Had a starter soup – very tasty. Main course with Peking duck – meat tender and crispy crust. Perfect. I can't fault it. I'll be back in the summer and try out the outdoor area. Completely satisfied. This is my second time here. The dishes are very finely prepared and taste quite convincing. However, the prices are a bit higher than you'd expect. Nevertheless, it's a lovely restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere – well worth a visit.
