We've rarely had such good Asian food. The portions are freshly prepared and very generous. The prices are actually too low for the quality. The staff couldn't be friendlier.

We visited Hà Nội twice while on vacation in Pirna, both times ordering takeout. Firstly, the ambiance is truly high-quality and cozy, and secondly, the staff were extremely friendly. The prices are great, and we even received free drinks while we waited for our food. Everything is just right here, because the food was also extremely delicious!

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and, despite the language barrier, very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place accepts both card and cash, which is a big plus :)

I recently visited the Hà Nội Restaurant in Pirna and can only say... Simply fantastic. My picking soup was wonderfully aromatic and perfectly seasoned, a true taste experience. The fried noodles were also a complete success. I particularly liked the ambiance. Tastefully decorated, without overly Asian decor, it was pleasantly simple and cozy. The service was equally friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome. And most importantly, the portions were generous and beautifully presented. And very reasonably priced, what more could you want? Overall, a highly recommended restaurant where both the quality and atmosphere are impressive. I'd be happy to come back.

Anyone looking for good Asian food at a reasonable price will definitely find it here. A great little restaurant right in the old town. The vegetarian dishes, in particular, are really affordable at €7 and absolutely delicious.

Great value for money. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on Google two days ago and were so pleasantly surprised by the food and service, along with reasonable prices, that we went back today. Fresh, crispy vegetables as a side dish or in the soup, wonderful mango salad, and very good crispy duck with generous portions. Very easy to reach on foot – the Old Town Market Square is just behind the church.

Nice sitting outside with the old town view. However, not very friendly service from the old lady. I understand the language barrier but even when I tried to speak German, she made a frowny face as if I spoke gibberish. Made me feel awkward. The springrolls were very nice, however the fried rice with chicken was very average. I had the same order in two other Vietnamese restaurants in Dresden and the food was much better.

The best Asian food I've had in a long time. Huge portions, beautifully presented, and extremely tasty. Authentic and very friendly service, and all at very fair prices. You can also sit outside. The restrooms are also very clean. Highly recommended!

Great food at a reasonable price! There were two of us and we sat under the parasol in the perfect evening weather. The service was super friendly and served our drinks really quickly. My wife had fried rice and duck; I had roast duck with rice and vegetables – with a spicy kick! Both dishes were beautifully presented – really great!!! Highly recommended restaurant

It couldn't be more outrageous: Because of the cold wind, we sat against the wall of the house as there was no draft there. Beforehand we asked if there was a reservation and was told no. As soon as we were seated, the woman came out and shouted at us in front of all the guests that there were only four of us allowed to sit there. She didn't understand our explanations in German and we were shouted at wildly and waved our hands around. Apart from the fact that dozens of tables were empty and another couple was allowed to sit against the wall of the house: there is a complete lack of decency here!!! Keep your food, we're going where we're welcome.

We took a quick look at Pirna while passing through and ended up in this restaurant by chance. They serve very tasty, high-quality Vietnamese cuisine at very reasonable prices. We were served very friendly. The quiet atmosphere was particularly pleasant. An all-round successful dinner!

This is a really good place to stop off! A very nicely decorated restaurant where the chef brings the food to the table. We were very satisfied. We will definitely be guests here again on our next visit to Pirna!

During our short vacation (3 nights) we ate there on two evenings because the price and service are really very good and that's why the Bistrorant is definitely recommended. The cook personally brings the food to the table. We would love to come back.

Cheap and tasty in itself. Unfortunately, the order is deviated from time to time. E.g. different sauce than ordered or large cola instead of small. It's a shame that when it comes to vegetables, you see more German vegetables than Chinese ones.

Unfortunately, with the change in ownership, the food is no longer of the same quality as before. My favorite food No. 83 is far from the quality I have been used to for years. Tested twice since then and now deselected. Really a shame. Otherwise a nice restaurant. In the meantime, the quality of the food, especially dish number 83, has improved significantly and you should pay the restaurant a visit. It's worth it again!

Very good restaurant. It was my first time here and I had only heard bad experiences. However, I can't confirm that at all. The service was great and the food came very quickly. It was freshly cooked hot and tasted delicious. The prices are super cheap. I can't give a negative review, only positive ones

Friendly restaurateurs. Unfortunately, the spring rolls could no longer be ordered, because they were gone. We both ordered a completely different dish, but got the same thing, only one with tofu and the other with chicken. That was a shame. Too much use of vetsin too, which I always think is a shame. I did have a delicious alcohol-free maracuja cocktail, which looked cheerfully decorated 😀

Unfortunately, the new operators cannot match the quality of their now retired predecessor. If you exclude the usual small language difficulties when ordering, our food was once again rather bland. It's a shame, hopefully this was just our experience.

A very nice restaurant in Pirna's old town. Asian/Vietnamese cuisine. Delicious noodle soups, flat rice noodle dishes and normal dishes such as sweet/sour duck with rice. The service is friendly and attentive. Good price/performance ratio.

Disappointing experience after changing operator I used to really like this Vietnamese restaurant, but after the change in ownership the quality has deteriorated greatly. The dishes that were once full of flavor and freshness now taste bland and uninspired. The ingredients no longer seem to be of such high quality and the spices are completely missing. I hope that the new operators will soon return to the old recipes and quality, because unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant at the moment.

While the food was OK the service was appalling. We accept we don’t speak German but my daughter who was with us does and they failed to understand even simple requests. They got our order wrong, they didn’t want to give us glasses to go with the water we ordered but suggested we use the partially full ones with other drinks in. They choose not to understand our request for extra plates so we could share food. Requests were met with a nod of the head and then nothing was done. Then all the servers disappeared and we were ignored. Our food was cold by the time we got plates. There are better choices in Pirna. We won’t be back.

Food ok but the worst service I've ever had in Germany. Ordered a large bottle of sparkling water to go with the other drinks we had ordered and there was considerable resistance to giving us another 4 glasses for the water. Evidently we were expected to mix the water with our existing drinks! And then to the food. As a party of 5 including 2 children,we ordered 5 entrees and 3 mains to share. We had to ask 4 times for smaller plates to share the food. It was not a question of language as the request was made by a native German speaker. 4 times! The last request had to be made in a loud voice as the service staff had disappeared without providing the plates as requested. Plenty of better places to eat at. Don't support such poor service

On my first stay I received a very friendly welcome. The staff is polite and courteous, but not intrusive. The food was excellent, I've never had such good Asian food before, I can only recommend it. I'd love to come back!

This restaurant is in the style of a snack bar, the food is cheap not only in terms of price, the ambience is good if the light is not that bright. The service is nice and authentic. I won't come back because I'm happy to pay more for good food.

My order came in the order 1) starter and warm main course at the same time, 2) drink then a few minutes later. When I explained to the waiter that the main course might have to be eaten cold, he explained to me that he knew that and had already told the (new) kitchen staff that they didn't want to accept this information. A short time later I received a "visit" from what was probably the kitchen staff in question (two people who stood next to me without saying a word), to whom I explained everything again after clarifying their concerns. I received a reassuring pat on the shoulder as a thank you - so it remains to be seen whether that will change. I hope the waiter at least stays with them. None of this would have motivated me enough to post a comment here. But what really annoys me is when coconut milk is mixed with cream (unfortunately a common practice for cost reasons). This is pretty much fun for people with food intolerances, especially since I go to Vietnamese or Thai restaurants precisely because coconut milk doesn't pose any health problems. I didn't eat anything else that day that could have caused this, so I was left with this sad conclusion. – I can’t judge the “atmosphere” point because I was sitting outside.

In the middle of the busy city center lies this small, unassuming Vietnamese restaurant that is a culinary discovery. Despite the simple furnishings and the fact that the service staff only speaks broken German, the real treasure lies in the aromatic and tasty dishes. And at a truly fantastic price!

The service is friendly. The atmosphere is nice. The food is tasty. We got there around 6:00 pm to see if there was a table available. There wasn't. They told us to come back at 7:30 pm. We cam back at 7:25. They told us a few more minutes. And then a few more minutes, and then a few more minutes. We finally got a table around 8: pm and ordered in the next few minutes. Our food didn't arrive until 8:55 pm. I guess Saturday night in Pirna, you gotta make a reservation.

The mango salad with chicken was very tasty and the fried rice with crispy chicken was also very tasty. Only the sweet and sour sauce was a little underseasoned for our taste. But we'd love to come back! :)

All dishes are freshly prepared, not over-seasoned, the vegetables are not overcooked (very crunchy). Very nicely presented on the plate. The ambience is not overly Asian and very clean, including the plants and the toilets. Price performance ratio is very good. Very friendly service. Highly Recommended.

Very tasty food, absolutely fresh products, very well seasoned. I had the mango salad and the duck. Large portions for an incredibly low price. The drinks are also very, very cheap. It's really worth it...and it's very well heated in winter.

A lovely Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Pirna. Dining is accompanied by relaxing music. The innkeeper himself lives this relaxation but is very attentive and friendly. The food tastes very good and is sufficient in quantity. What you should note is that only cash or EC card payments are possible.
