We've been coming back to the Walkmühle for many years – it's an absolute delight! The food is always excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. Our absolute highlight: the shrimp in garlic butter on fresh leaf salad. Simply delicious!
A nice and beautifully designed restaurant with great dishes and nice service. Parking is difficult, but a bus stop is right in front of the restaurant.
Sensationally delicious!
We enjoyed the 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and are still blown away...
The food was a poem - very varied and rich in flavors. Wonderfully served by charming service and unobtrusively enriched with interesting information.
The absolute highlight was the wonderful sauce and the buttery tender meat in the main course as well as the fantastic nougat creme brulee for dessert.
The wines also went very well with the menu and we probably found our new favorite wine in one of them...
The rooms are cozy, you feel comfortable and don't have to worry about being underdressed without a suit...
The prices were absolutely fair.
The restaurant is centrally located in the city center and is easy to reach if you park on the Main.
The menu changes, so there is always a good reason to go on a journey of discovery of flavors again...
Delicious food, good portions and friendly service, what more could you want?
The schnitzels and the salad dressing are really great and all of this is available at reasonable prices.
In this rustically furnished restaurant, the overall package is run by the operator in a warm and friendly manner; it is cozy, clean and family-friendly. It's a shame that for personnel reasons only closed parties can take place. We would really like to stop by every now and then.
What a find! Great food and service. We had schnitzel with fries, and a spaghetti bolognese which was so tasty. Along with a delicious appetiser from the self serve salad bar, a glass of wine and a beer, all for just over €40. Such good value. Best place we've eaten at since the start of our holiday. Thanks again Dieter for your hospitality
I became aware of the Maono through some Instagram videos.
I had reserved online in advance, which I found very positive as an option.
The welcome was nice and space was still available despite arriving a little late. The store fills up from 7 p.m. Reservation recommended.
The ambience is harmonious and the entire restaurant is nicely designed. In my opinion, the tables are a bit close together.
The menu selection was very varied. Especially a lot of vegetarian / vegan dishes. After ordering, it took less than 10 minutes and the food was already there. Astonishing.
The falafel tasted really good and was a large portion. Unfortunately, the pasta with truffle couldn't keep up.
The lemonade drinks were good.
I found service to be weak from the moment the food was served. Plates weren't cleared away for ages and it took a long time until someone came to the table again.
Definitely still room for improvement and didn't live up to what I expected.
Very nice restaurant and delicious home-style cuisine. In the picture Görlitz mushroom meat. A blast combined with a cool light. So Juten Hunger from Berlin
