Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und drinnen in gutem Ambiente, alles wunderbar, eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung von uns :-)

Ein toller Tagesabschluss in der Dorfschänke in Oberried. Super herzlicher Service. Draussen wunderbar zu sitzen mit Blick auf die alte Kirche und den Schwarzwald. Das Essen war super und es hätte 5 Sterne gegeben, leider waren die gereichten Pommes etwas latschig. Die Brägele, Wurstsalat und das Schnitzel waren super.

Even when it's full, the staff are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, patiently advising their guests. The food is always excellent! Thank you ♥️

Das Restaurant Mardin in Kreuzberg ist ein Ort, der kulinarisch wirklich in Erinnerung bleibt. Schon beim ersten Besuch merkt man, dass hier mit viel Erfahrung und Tradition gekocht wird. Die Küche ist kurdisch geprägt und hebt sich deutlich von klassischer türkischer Gastronomie ab, vor allem in der Art der Zubereitung und der Intensität der Gewürze. Genau dieser Unterschied macht das Essen so besonders. Während viele türkische Restaurants eher standardisierte Grill und Ofengerichte anbieten, wirkt die Küche hier individueller und handwerklicher. Besonders auffällig ist das bei der Adana, die hier noch wirklich von Hand geformt und frisch gewürzt wird. Das Fleisch hat eine spürbare Struktur, ist kräftig abgeschmeckt und deutlich aromatischer als das, was man oft anderswo bekommt. Auch die Gewürzmischungen insgesamt sind intensiver und komplexer, ohne dabei zu schwer zu wirken. Das Essen ist in der Tat außergewöhnlich gut. Viele Gerichte wirken wie aus einer Familienküche, in der noch nach Gefühl und nicht nach Standardrezept gearbeitet wird. Alles schmeckt ehrlich, direkt und sehr aromatisch, mit einer klaren Handschrift in jedem Gericht. Besonders die Kombination aus gegrilltem Fleisch, frischen Beilagen und würzigen Komponenten bleibt im Gedächtnis. Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant trägt stark zum Gesamterlebnis bei. Es ist kein Ort für sterile Eleganz, sondern für echtes, lebendiges Essen in einer Umgebung, die Wärme ausstrahlt. Man sitzt entspannt, oft umgeben von einer Mischung aus Stammgästen und neugierigen Besuchern. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben, auch wenn es voll ist. Insgesamt ist Mardin in Kreuzberg ein Restaurant, das sich klar von vielen anderen absetzt. Vor allem durch die handgemachte Adana, die intensiven Gewürze und die kurdisch geprägte Küche entsteht ein sehr eigenständiges kulinarisches Erlebnis, das weit über ein klassisches Grillrestaurant hinausgeht.

Authentic, incredibly delicious Chinese food. We had beef and tripe with seaweed and egg soup as a starter. For the main course, we had stir-fried beef. The portions were generous and the quality was excellent. The restaurant is small and perhaps a little dark. But the food was AMAZING! 😅😁

Always a pleasure to be in the "periphery" away of downtown! A perfect teamwork of family and friends who do a hearty and candid service. Always busy...today we had feta marinated in herbs and truffle oil, Manitaria mushrooms, Octopus in tomatoe sauce for appetizers, of course, tzatziki for an appetizer......The main course, whatever you order, is delicious...we had chicken in metaxa sauce with garlic fried potatoes, Sikoti - beef liver with delicious roast onions and salmon in variatons...Mom, son and team are outstanding. Vasilios is an enormous asset to the team!! Ouzo and greek sauvignon blanc and assyrtico wine mix make all go smooth. We are consistantly happy with everything for years and look forward to the next visit! Efcharisto!!!
