We celebrated our company outing here. The meal was excellent. The service was very nice and attentive. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. We really liked it.

Sensationally good food, remarkable hospitality - really great service, and a cozy, really nice atmosphere. Might be interesting for some: Accessibility via the inner courtyard. Highly recommended. The saltimbocca and sea bream were absolutely outstanding.

We spent a very nice evening in this restaurant with a friend who stayed in the directly adjacent (also highly recommended) Hotel 3 Höfe. The menu ranges from selected meat and fish dishes to a diverse and special pasta menu. The atmosphere is very inviting with cozy lighting and subtle Italian music. Many thanks to the kitchen and the very attentive staff!

A very, very good Italian restaurant in the middle of Friedrichsdorf. The food was like in Italy, the friendliness of the service and of course the ambience. And all of this at reasonable prices. We'll be back.

Very good food, special requests are catered for, very polite but not intrusive staff in a very nice atmosphere. Not the last visit and would rather have paid one or two €€ more. The small but fine menu has something for everyone.

We ate there for the first time with three people. Small restaurant but very invitingly decorated. There was a large group of people at the next table, but the waitress still gave us full attention. Pasta was homemade. The menu only had a few dishes, but they were very high quality and not run of the mill. Highly recommended for special evenings but also if you just want to have a good meal. We will definitely come back.

Really really recommended. We reserved a table at short notice, were served in a very friendly and professional manner, were able to choose fresh food, and ate delicious pasta and fish. The wine was also very tasty. Finally, there was espresso and limoncello on the house.

Wir waren vor Kurzem zum ersten Mal bei Da Lorenzo zum Abendessen mit Freunden und sind total begeistert! Das Essen war bei jedem von uns köstlich und auch der Service äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Wir werden bestimmt des öfteren wieder vorbeischauen!

A mega restaurant 👍👍👍 The service was very friendly and quick, humorous. The food was very good. However, I found the sole with rosemary potatoes and grilled vegetables a little too expensive at €36.50. The sole was expertly filleted at the table and it was just something different and for me, something special. So: HAPPY AGAIN!!!! There's still a lot to try ❤️

Simply delicious. I cooked pasta with prawns to perfection. We also recommend the super delicious Aperol spritz. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back. And your terrace is so inviting that you really enjoy spending time there.

We ate with 13 people in the beautiful courtyard and had a wonderful evening. The food and wine tasted good. Children's meals could be offered for the children.

Lorenzo begrüßte uns persönlich. Der Service war perfekt. Die Speisekarte ist zum Verlieben. Unsere Gerichte waren geschmacklich top (Rinderfilet Carpaccio, Seezunge, Tagliolini Mare, Schwarze Taglioni mit Lachs). Das ist insgesamt schon gehobener Standard. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Once and never again - anyone who talks about the art of pasta here thinks McDonalds is a gourmet restaurant. Tagliolini with octopus (€ 19.50): Pasta doesn't taste fresh, but warmed up, the squid has the consistency of a car tire. Cannelloni with ricotta and spinach: soggy, on the level of a court canteen. Unimaginative menu that probably hopes to appeal to unsuspecting customers who think salmon and shrimp are noble fish. Flop of the year.

Yesterday the four of us went to this restaurant for the first time and everyone was very satisfied. The food was very good. The large selection of homemade pasta is great. My gnocchi stuffed with porcini mushrooms was buttery tender and the arrabbiata sauce was plentiful and delicious. The portions are very good. The staff is very attentive and very nice. We will definitely go back.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The service is absolutely top and the pasta was great. The drinks were great and the location is really nice. However, to be on the safe side, I would make reservations for several. Gladly again at any time :)

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant auf der Hugenottenstraße mit leckerem Essen auf hohem Niveau. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht, Dessert und Wein: alles top und sehr, sehr lecker. Hier erkennt man sofort, daß die Speisen frisch und mit Herz angerichtet werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlicher und dies ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zudem wurden die Speisen schnell serviert. Hervorzuheben ist, daß man bei gutem Wetter im schönen Innenhof mit einem ganz besonderen Flair sitzen kann. Das Ristorante Da Lorenzo ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We were guests for a business lunch and had very tasty food (fresh fish as our daily meal) and were served in a very friendly manner.

This evening we were here spontaneously, we got nice seats inside, even considering the weather I could have sat in the very romantic courtyard. The service was competent and attentive and both our starter salad and the pasta were very tasty. The lasagne was really homemade. We will be back.

I often ate in a restaurant, The food was excellent and pleasing to the eye, since the eye eats with me, I really liked it. I usually have the panacota for dessert, but the tiramisu is also a must. I'm looking forward to my next visit and can only recommend the restaurant

Es gibt es noch, zwar immer seltener, das gute italienische Restaurant mit der Qualität und origineller Handschrift von einst, als Mama oder Papa noch in der Küche standen. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der sehr schmackhaften bodenständigen Küche, den angenehmen Weinen und dem freundlichen und sehr professionellen Service in geschmackvollem Ambiente.

We used to enjoy going to Thomas and Katja's restaurant and really enjoyed the excellent German cuisine But now we have been able to get to know the great dishes from Alfonso and his young colleague and have been there several times (probably five or ten times). The starter from the display case is enough for at least two people and is very tasty. My wife and I alternate between vitello tonato and the carpaccio - both are excellent. As main courses, our young ladies/children really like the arrabbiata or the carbonara. The plates are empty in no time, even though the portions are huge and they are always very impressed with the quality. We are happy about the variety on the menu, although we also like the cheese pasta with truffles - always a great alternative We are already looking forward to the next time.

3x zum Abendessen. Das erste Mal war alles bestens. Das zweite Mal wurde älteres Brot serviert. Nach Reklamation wurden Brote aufgebacken und dann später serviert. Beim dritten Mal war so einiges daneben. Vitello tonnato: das Fleisch war gut. In der Sosse war wenig Thunfisch, dafür viel Essig, somit zu dünn und zu sauer. Scampis zu lange gebraten und verschwanden unter allerlei Gekräuter. Die Dorade vom Grill schmeckte gut. Als Beilage hatte ich Salat gewählt. Dieser war unmöglich, viel zu große grüne Blätter, etwas Rucola, ein paar grobe Zwiebelstücke, on top Balsamico. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Erlebnis eine Ausnahme war. Es wäre schade, wenn die Qualität nachlässt ...

Wir waren in kurzer Zeit 2x hier. Einmalig. Richtig italienisch. Ein Italiener der Spitzenklasse. Die Küche top. Bedienung fast schon zu freundlich.

Das ist mit Abstand das beste Restaurant in Friedrichsdorf. Hier schmeckt es wie in Italien. Wir haben Steinpilze mit Pasta und als Vorspeise Steinpilze mit Carpaccio. Himmlisch, besser geht es nicht.

Lecker, frisch aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das Angebotene.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, ja überrumpelt. Während wir noch die Speiskarte studierten - sehr überschaubar - wurde vor uns auch schon eingedeckt und nach unserer Auswahl gefragt. Zählt definitiv zu gehobener Klasse - zumindest was die Preise angeht. Schade, ich hatte so Lust auf Pizza beim Italiener .... Fehlanzeige. Service war etwas hektisch und schien mir immer wieder aufgeschreckt durch den Seniorchef. Dennoch - und das muss ich eingestehen - war die Qualität des Essens sehr gut.
